Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de briquettes indéformables à partir d'une matière à presser en forme de copeau, de fibre, de poussière ou de feuille : la matière à presser est tout d'abord amenée au moyen d'une presse à briqueter (1) d'un dispositif d'amenée motorisé (17, 18, 19) à un piston de pré-compactage (15) et pré-compactée par la plaque de pré-compactage dudit piston dans une chambre de réception (16). La matière est ensuite compactée par un piston de pression (12) déplacé perpendiculairement à celle-ci dans un châssis de moulage (8), un capteur de course (22) mesurant la course du piston de pression (12) et commandant le moteur du dispositif d'amenée (19) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de commande (23) étant utilisé pour réguler la quantité de matière à presser reçue dans le châssis de moulage (18). La pression du piston de pré-compactage (15) est réglée fixement par le dispositif de commande (23) pour le type respectif de matière à presser et la régulation de la quantité de matière à presser s'effectue à l'aide du capteur de course (22) associé à un compteur de rotation (20) qui mesure le nombre de rotations du dispositif d'amenée (17, 18, 19).
