Definitions
- the invention relates to a workstation of an open-end rotor spinning machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Open-end rotor spinning machines are known in various embodiments and described in detail in numerous patent applications. Open-end rotor spinning machines generally have a plurality of similar, in series juxtaposed jobs, on each of which, for example, presented in a sliver can sliver is spun into a thread, which is then wound into a cross-wound bobbin.
- the workstations of such open-end rotor spinning machines have for this purpose in each case, inter alia, an open-end spinning device for producing the thread and a winding device for producing the cross-wound bobbin.
- the jobs of these open-end rotor spinning machines are supplied in the event of a yarn breakage by a special service unit, a so-called piecing. That is, in these open-end rotor spinning machines patrolled during spinning a piecing along the jobs and engages in a thread break at one of the jobs helping.
- the document DE 42 22 377 A1 relates to a package winding machine with a pivot drive for pivoting a suction nozzle between a thread receiving position and a yarn transfer position, in which the suction nozzle is held in each case and can be brought into the other position by activating the pivot drive.
- Open-end rotor spinning machines which have so-called autarkic jobs, that is, these open-end rotor spinning machines have jobs that can fix a thread break automatically.
- the jobs are each equipped for this purpose, inter alia, with a pivotally mounted suction nozzle, which is pivoted after a yarn breakage with their nie horrbeetzmacherbaren mouth in the area of the surface of the currently rotating in the unwinding cheese and the accumulated after the yarn breakage on the cheese spool end pneumatic receives.
- the suction nozzle then transfers the recorded thread end to a piecing device in the region of the open-end spinning device, which ensures that the affected workstation is re-spun again.
- self-sufficient workstations are both the working organs of the open-end spinning devices, as well as the working organs of the winding devices each driven by a single motor.
- the suction nozzles of these jobs are each equipped with its own drive, so that the suction nozzles are always controlled defined if necessary.
- the cheese changer ensures in such open-end rotor spinning on the one hand that, if necessary, a finished cheese from the winding device of a job transferred to the machine-length cheese winding device of the open-end rotor spinning machine and a new cheese package is inserted into the winding device of the relevant job, and on the other hand Task to clean the areas of the workplaces, which suffer from particularly heavy soiling during the spinning operation.
- the cheese changer is equipped for this purpose with a cleaning device which acts from time to time by means of blowing nozzles to be cleaned areas of the jobs with a blast of air.
- the present invention seeks to modify the autarkic workstations such open-end rotor spinning machines to the effect that the suction nozzles of such jobs are positioned as cost-effective in rest positions in which they do not hinder the pneumatic cleaning process of the cheese change.
- the described in claim 1 training a job of an open-end rotor spinning machine with a locking device that allows locking the suction nozzle in a predetermined rest position in particular has the advantage that the suction nozzle by such a locking device in a simple, safe and cost-effective manner in a predetermined rest position can be fixed. That is, the locking device according to the invention reliably ensures that a swung by its drive in the rest position suction nozzle reliably remains in the predetermined rest position even after switching off its drive.
- the locking device is arranged in the region of the pivot axis of the suction nozzle. Such an arrangement of the locking device, the design effort that is necessary for the development of a locking device minimized, and be ensured in a relatively simple manner that the suction nozzle on the one hand well fixable and on the other hand is pivotally adjustable.
- the locking device according to the invention is designed as a mechanically operating device which fixes the suction nozzle frictionally when the drive is switched off.
- the locking device has a first, stationary positioning means, which, acted upon by a spring element, corresponds to a second positioning means, which in turn is non-rotatably connected to the suction nozzle and thus pivotally mounted with the suction nozzle.
- the first positioning means which has a rounded shape, is frictionally positioned by the spring element in front of a stop formed by the second positioning means and thereby prevents the suction nozzle when turning off its drive pivot away downwards and can get into a disturbing the cleaning process position.
- the drive of the suction nozzle is designed as a stepper motor, which is connected via a control line to a workstation computer, that the suction nozzle by means of the stepping motor can be swiveled exactly defined at any time. That is, the acted upon by the stepping motor suction nozzle can between a thread receiving position, in which the mouth of the suction nozzle is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the lateral surface of a reel held in the bobbin winding unit and in the unwinding cheese, a yarn transfer position in which the recorded thread a Anspinnorgan in Spinning device is presented, or a rest position in which the suction nozzle does not interfere with the cleaning of the job by the cheese change, are pivoted.
- the use of a stepper motor as Saugdüsenantrieb also has the advantage that the required for exact positioning control effort is relatively low. Stepper motors are also proven in practice, commercially available at low cost serial components.
- stepper motor and the locking device are preferably dimensioned so that the stepper motor, if necessary, overpress the locking device and then easily swivel the suction nozzle out of the rest position. This means that the locking device, while the drive is switched off, securely secures the suction nozzle in its rest position, but in no way hampers the proper pivoting of the suction nozzle during a yarn breakage.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a front view of an open-end rotor spinning machine 40 with end frames 41, 42 and a plurality between the end frames 41, 42 arranged similar, self-sufficient work places.
- end frames 41 and 42 are, as usual, for example, a textile machine's own vacuum source 45, an electrical power supply and a central control unit 46 of the open-end rotor spinning machine 40 are arranged.
- the central control unit 46 is in turn connected to the workstation computers 47 of the individual work stations 1, preferably via a bus system 43, connected.
- the numerous work stations 1 each have a workstation housing 11 with an open-end spinning device 2, a winding device 44, a suction nozzle 4 and other known yarn treatment devices, such as a waxing device 5, on.
- a master fiber belt 48 which is stored in spinning cans 49, which are positioned in series next to each other below the jobs 1, spun into a yarn 3, which then on the winding device 44 to a cheese 8 is wound up.
- the open-end rotor spinning machine 40 is also equipped with a movable along the workstations 1 cheese changer 6, which not only in case of need finished cross-wound bobbin 8 to fresh cheese packages 10, but also a pneumatic cleaning device 7, preferably in the form of a blowing device having.
- Fig. 2 is one of the numerous, self-sufficient jobs 1 an open-end rotor spinning machine 40 shown in side view.
- jobs 1 are each equipped inter alia with an open-end spinning device 2, a winding device 44 and a defined pivotable suction nozzle 4.
- the sliver 48 presented in the spinning can 49 is spun to a yarn 3, which is later wound up on the winding device 44 to form a cross-wound bobbin 8.
- the open-end spinning device 2 has, as usual, a driven by a drive 27 rotating spinning rotor 26 to which the sliver 48 is fed by means of a sliver feed roller 25.
- the finished thread 3 is pulled out of the open-end spinning device 2 by means of a thread withdrawal device 35 and runs to the winding device 44, where it is wound up into a cross-wound bobbin 8.
- the cross-wound bobbin 8 is held freely rotatably in a creel 9 and is acted upon rotationally by a single-motor driven winding drum 12.
- the workstation 1 furthermore has a thread-changing device 18, which can likewise be driven by a single motor, and by means of a piecing-up device 20. That is to say, each of the workstations 1 is equipped so that it can automatically repair thread breaks if necessary.
- the suction nozzle 4 of the workstation 1 is defined by means of its stepping motor 28 between a thread receiving position in which the mouth of the suction nozzle 4 is positioned in the region of the cross-wound bobbin 8 held in the creel 9, a yarn transfer position in the spinning device 2 and a rest position 29.
- the suction nozzle 4 is also fixed by an inventive, preferably mechanically operating locking device 30, which is described below with reference to Figures 3 and 4 will be explained in more detail.
- Fig.2 is on or on the open-end rotor spinning machine 40, for example, on a guide rail 13 and a support rail 15 movable, a cheese changer 6 is arranged.
- the drive of this cheese changer 6 consists of rollers 17 and support wheels 19th Such cheeses 6 patrol along the work stations 1 of the open-end rotor spinning machine 40 and automatically engage when at one of the jobs 1 a need for action arises.
- Such a need for action exists, for example, when at one of the jobs 1 a full cross-wound bobbin 8 must be replaced by a new cheese package 10, that is, when a finished cross-wound bobbin 8 handed over to the machine-length cross-bobbin transport device 14 and a new cheese package 10 in the creel 9 must be inserted.
- the cheese changer 6 has for this purpose, as is known, numerous handling devices that allow a proper cheese / empty tube change.
- the cheese changer 6 additionally has a preferably pneumatically operating cleaning device 7. That is, the cheese changer 6 has a cleaning device 7, the Blas Kunststoffdüsen 22 are connected to a pressure source 23. If necessary, directed compressed air streams 24 can be sent to polluted areas of the workstations 1 via these blown air nozzles 22, thereby cleaning them.
- the Figure 3 shows in front view and on a larger scale one of the jobs 1 of the open-end rotor spinning machine 40 during the spinning process. That is, in the open-end spinning device 2, a sliver 48 fed via the sliver feed roller 25 is spun into a finished yarn 3 which is drawn off by the yarn take-off device 35.
- the finished thread 3 is tangent on its way to the cheese 8 the Anspinnorgan 20, the thread cleaner 21, the thread tensioner 16 and the waxing device 5 before he traversed by the Fadenchangier worn 18, runs on the rotationally driven cheese 8.
- the suction nozzle 4 is positioned during this spinning process in the rest position 29 and is thereby reliably fixed by the locking device 30.
- the mechanically operating locking device 30 has, as in particular Figure 4 can be seen via a first, rounded positioning element 32, the end of a spring element 31, designed for example as a leaf spring, is arranged.
- the spring element 31 is fixed via an abutment 36 stationarily on the workstation housing 11 in such a way that the positioning element 32 is acted upon in the direction of a second positioning element 33 arranged non-rotatably on the suction nozzle 4.
- This second positioning element 33 has on its front side a stop edge matched to the rounded positioning element 32. This means that when pivoting the suction nozzle 4 in the rest position 29, the first positioning member 32 automatically slides behind the stop edge of the second positioning member 33 so that the suction nozzle 4 is fixed non-positively.

Description

- In
