Claims (6)
- Système de détermination de la situation de la circulation sur une voie (S) routière, délimitée par une première section (1) transversale de mesure et, en aval suivant la distance de la longueur (d) de la voie, par une deuxième section (2) transversale de mesure, comprenant un premier détecteur (10) de la circulation disposé à la première section (1) transversale de mesure et un deuxième détecteur (20) de la circulation disposé à la deuxième section (2) transversale de mesure, qui sont constitués pour détecter, comme données de la circulation locales, un passage et une vitesse (v) d'un véhicule (F) passant dans la section (1 ou 2) transversale de mesure, ainsi qu'une caractéristique (z) de reconnaissance pouvant être associée univoquement à ce véhicule (F) et un instant (t) de passage, comprenant des moyens (40) de transmission de données entre les détecteurs (10, 20) de la circulation et un dispositif (30) d'exploitation pour l'analyse des données de la circulation, le dispositif (30) d'exploitation comprenant des moyens (31) d'analyse constitués pour comparer des caractéristiques (z) de reconnaissance détectées à la première et à la deuxième sections (1 ou 2) transversales de mesure,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens (31) d'analyse sont constitués pour calculer, à partir de caractéristiques (z) de reconnaissance coïncidant avec des instants (t) de passage, un temps de croisière moyen et/ou une vitesse (v12) de croisière moyenne pour la voie (S) routière, pour calculer, à partir de vitesses (v1, v2) moyennes aux sections (1, 2) transversales de mesure et de la vitesse (v12) de croisière moyenne, un profil (v((s)) de vitesse pour la voie (S) routière et pour déduire, d'un profil (v(s)) de vitesse concave, un cas de perturbation sur la voie (S) routière. - Système suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel les détecteurs (10, 20) de la circulation sont constitués pour enregistrer une série d'images vidéo numériques de la section (1, 2) transversale de mesure respective et pour, par des moyens (11 et 21) d'exploitation d'image, détecter, comme données de la circulation, un passage d'un véhicule (F), un instant (t) de passage du véhicule, une vitesse (v) du véhicule (F) qui passe et une caractéristique (z) du véhicule (F) qui passe.
- Système suivant la revendication 2, dans lequel les moyens (11, 21) d'exploitation d'image des détecteurs (10, 20) de la circulation sont constitués, en outre, pour détecter, comme données de la circulation, à partir de la série enregistrée d'images vidéo numériques de la section (1, 2) transversale de mesure respective, une bande (Sn) de roulement utilisée par le véhicule (F) qui passe et/ou une classe (k) du véhicule (F) qui passe.
- Système suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les moyens (31) d'analyse sont constitués pour calculer, à partir des intensités de la circulation et des vitesses (v1, v2) moyennes aux sections (1, 2) transversales de mesure, des densités de la circulation et, à partir de celles-ci, des degrés de la qualité de la circulation.
- Système suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel les moyens (31) d'analyse sont constitués pour calculer, à partir des caractéristiques (z) de reconnaissance coïncidant avec les instants (t) de passage, un temps individuel de croisière pour la voie (S) routière et pour déterminer, à partir de l'écart-type des temps de croisière individuels, des indications sur la situation de la circulation sur la voie (S) routière.
- Système suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les moyens (31) d'analyse sont constitués pour calculer l'intensité de la circulation sur une rampe (R) se trouvant entre les sections (1, 2) transversales de mesure pour entrer latéralement dans la voie (S) routière ou pour en sortir, en égalisant les caractéristiques (z) de reconnaissance de véhicules (F) venant de la première section (1) transversale de mesure aux caractéristiques (z) de reconnaissance de véhicules (F) venant de la deuxième section (2) transversale de mesure.
