Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de freinage de chaîne (12) pour tronçonneuse à moteur (10), comprenant
    (a) une chaîne coupante guidée de manière à se déplacer dans un guide-chaîne de la tronçonneuse,
    (b) un dispositif d'entraînement de chaîne pneumatique (22) permettant d'entraîner la chaîne coupante,
    (c) un tambour de frein (28) relié au dispositif d'entraînement de la chaîne (22) et
    (d) des moyens de freinage (30, 34, 36, 38) pouvant être déclenchés et prévus pour freiner le tambour de frein (28) par frottement,
    (e) des moyens de commande pneumatique (44) destinés à commander le courant pneumatique de la tronçonneuse (10) pneumatique, assistant le freinage de la tronçonneuse (10) par l'intermédiaire du dispositif d'entraînement de chaîne pneumatique (23),
    (f) un dispositif de déclenchement (48) destiné à actionner les moyens de commande pneumatique (44),
    (g) le dispositif de déclenchement (48) étant couplé à un mécanisme de déclenchement (32) destiné à déclencher les moyens de freinage (30, 34, 36, 38),
    caractérisé en ce que
    (h) les moyens de commande pneumatique (44) provoquent une inversion du sens du courant pneumatique et
    (i) le mécanisme de déclenchement (32) comprend un levier de freinage mécanique (36), le levier de freinage (36) étant prévu sous forme de bouclier (38).
  2. Dispositif de freinage de chaîne (12) pour tronçonneuse à moteur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande pneumatique (44) sont configurés sous forme de soupape de coupure (42).
  3. Dispositif de freinage de chaîne (12) pour tronçonneuse à moteur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de freinage (30, 34, 36, 45) sont tarés.
  4. Dispositif de freinage de chaîne (12) pour tronçonneuse à moteur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de freinage (30, 34, 36, 38) comprennent un ruban de frein (30) entourant le tambour de frein (28).
  5. Tronçonneuse à moteur (10), comprenant
    (a) une chaîne coupante guidée de manière à se déplacer dans un guide-chaîne de la tronçonneuse,
    (b) un dispositif d'entraînement de chaîne pneumatique (22) permettant d'entraîner la chaîne coupante,
    (c) un tambour de frein (28) relié au dispositif d'entraînement de la chaîne (22) et
    (d) des moyens de freinage (30, 34, 36, 38) pouvant être déclenchés et prévus pour freiner le tambour de frein (28) par frottement,
    (e) des moyens de commande pneumatique (44) destinés à commander le courant pneumatique de la tronçonneuse (10) pneumatique, assistant le freinage de la tronçonneuse (10) par l'intermédiaire du dispositif d'entraînement de chaîne pneumatique (22),
    caractérisée en ce que
    (f) les moyens de commande pneumatique (44) provoquent une inversion du sens du courant pneumatique.
  6. Tronçonneuse à moteur (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de commande pneumatique (44) sont configurés sous forme de soupape de coupure (42).
  7. Procédé de freinage de tronçonneuse à moteur (10) munie d'un dispositif d'entraînement de chaîne pneumatique (22) entraînant la chaîne coupante, caractérisé en ce que l'amenée d'air comprimé destiné au freinage est commandée en étant inversée.
  8. Procédé de freinage de tronçonneuse à moteur (10) munie d'un dispositif d'entraînement de chaîne pneumatique (22) entraînant la chaîne coupante, selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'amenée d'air comprimé est interrompue.
  9. Procédé de freinage de tronçonneuse à moteur (10) munie d'un dispositif d'entraînement de chaîne pneumatique (22) entraînant la chaîne coupante, selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'amenée d'air comprimé destiné au freinage est limitée dans le temps.
