Definitions
- the invention relates to a submarine with a container which is lockable to one side, typically to an upper side and to the outside by a pressure-tight closing and pivotally hinged lid.
- Containers for the purposes of this invention for example, be arranged in the tower entrance and exit lock, but also those for dispensing weapons, decoys or other objects.
- These containers which are intended to carry persons or objects under water, are filled on land or from the pressure hull and, if they are not filled with liquid, are filled with air, d. H. filled with gas or a gas mixture. Before opening the lid under water, the container is flooded, d. H. in the container located gas or gas mixture is displaced by inflowing water and passed into a collection container. Since the typically arranged at the top
- Lid design is outwardly convex curved, remains even after the flood in the lid, a gas bubble, which rises when you open the lid to the water surface. These rising gas bubbles generate noise and are also visible on the surface, which is often not desired, especially in military operations, but also in other uses of a submarine.
- Such a convex cover for example, describes the FR 2 560 146 .
- annular reinforcing ring in the inner edge region, it is possible to retain at most a small amount of residual air during installation of the lid.
- the invention has the object, a submarine, which has such a container with a pressure-tightly sealing to the outside lid, so that the
- Underwater container can be opened without gas bubbles rise.
- the submarine according to the invention with a container which is lockable to one side and to the outside by a pressure-tight and pivotally hinged lid is provided with means for flooding the sealed container under water and with means for collecting and storing the displaced during flooding from the container Gas or gas mixture equipped.
- it has a gas trap provided on the lid, which ensures that the gas or gas mixture present in the lid when the lid is closed after the container has flooded is collected and stored when the lid is opened so that no gas bubbles rise when the container is opened ,
- the basic idea of the present invention is that with containers of this type, the cover of which is typically arranged on the top and in which, after flooding the container under water due to its outwardly curved formation of gas collects, this capture by means of a so-called gas trap, ie this to collect and store under the lid collecting and virtually non-removable gas in the gas trap located in the lid so that it can not escape from this when you open the lid, but is guided back into the interior of the container during the subsequent closing.
- a so-called gas trap ie this to collect and store under the lid collecting and virtually non-removable gas in the gas trap located in the lid so that it can not escape from this when you open the lid, but is guided back into the interior of the container during the subsequent closing.
- This solution according to the invention not only has the advantage that when opening the lid under water after the flooding of the container no more gas bubbles rise, but also brings under water an effective in the opening direction of the lid buoyancy, which facilitates the opening of the lid and the 90th ° tilted open position of the lid supported and stabilized under water.
- the inventive solution is structurally simple and inexpensive, since such a case can be formed by a simple sheet metal construction on the inside of the lid or by molded parts, for example, glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
- the gas trap is formed in the case of an outwardly convex lid by a pocket formed on the inside of the lid and open only towards the hinge side of the lid.
- the shape and circumference of the bag essentially depends on the lid shape, in order to ensure that the gas can be completely collected there and stored when it is opened.
- a comparatively small opening of the pocket is sufficient on a regular basis if, by the way, it is designed to be closed and the volume of the cover formed by the curvature on the inside includes almost complete.
- the opening will usually be directed to the hinge side of the lid, since such covers are typically arranged so that they pivot upwards.
- the opening must be arranged so that it is located as far down as possible.
- such a pocket is formed by a part of the lid itself as well as one, starting at a distance extending wall.
- the bag is then through the inside of the lid and the wall is formed, wherein the side facing away from the Anlenkseite part of the lid forms part of the bag.
- a wall can be inexpensively and structurally simple means mounted in the lid, be it a metal lid by welding a corresponding sheet metal part or a plastic lid by laminating a corresponding plastic molding.
- the bag thus formed in the closed position of the lid has a substantially horizontally extending wall, which is arranged at a distance from the inside of the lid and fills the upper cross section of the container.
- this wall can be arranged slightly inclined upwards to the articulation point, so that the air under the wall is completely displaced by the water flowing into the container and it is ensured that the entire residual gas within the gas trap, in particular the bag, collects ,
- the pocket can also be formed by a hollow shaped part with an opening, which is arranged in the lid such that the opening of the molded part is directed to the Anlenkseite of the lid or lid designs that do not open upwards, downwards ,
- a hollow molded part may be formed of plastic or sheet metal and should be advantageous incorporated without gaps in the lid to ensure that no gas caught between the molding and the lid. If appropriate, this can also be ensured by attaching a corresponding seal to the molded part or by flush bonding with a suitable plastic.
- the bag is provided according to a development of the invention, in the container a conduit for discharging the therein to provide located gas or gas mixture, the open end extends into the interior of the lid contour. A part of the gas which collects directly under the cover can already be removed via such a line, so that it is possible to ensure that the remaining quantity of residual gas in the pocket formed in the cover can be reliably collected and stored.
- the submarine not shown in detail in the figures has a lock, which forms a container and from a normally vertical shaft 2 with a not shown in the figures, the shaft 2 down towards closing inner lid and a this after has upwardly closing outer cover 3.
- the lid 3 is hinged to the outer skin 4 of the submarine, the pivot axis 5 is located in FIG. 1 perpendicular to the paper plane. The covers close the shaft 2 pressure tight.
- the shaft 2 is initially gas, in particular air-filled, the lid 3 pressure-tight manner, as in Fig. 1 is shown in the lower position.
- the lid 3 pressure-tight manner, as in Fig. 1 is shown in the lower position.
- the gas contained in the shaft 2 is directed into a submarine or belonging to the system gas storage.
- a parallel to the shaft 2 extending to the shaft wall pipe 6 is provided, the upper end of the lid 3, ie within the lid contour, ie the space enclosed by the lid opens.
- the ascending water in the shaft displaces the gas until the water level 7 has reached the upper open end of the pipe 6.
- This residual gas 8 is formed by an integrated in the lid 3 air trap in the form of an articulation side of the lid towards open pocket, which forms a kind of container for the residual gas 8 and ensures that when then opening the lid 3, as shown in Fig. 1 is represented by the vertical lid 3, gas does not rise up to the water surface, but rather remains within this pocket.
- the bag for collecting the residual gas 8 through the inside of the domed lid 3 on the one hand and the lid 3 (in the closed position) down substantially flat final wall 9 is formed, which has an opening 10 through which when closed Position of the lid 3, the upper end of the pipe 6 projects and surrounds this line end with distance.
- the collecting under the wall 9 during flooding and rising of the liquid gas is passed through the opening 10 in the wall formed by 9 and cover 3 bag.
- the Wall 9 is plate-shaped and consists of a closed lid in the normal operating position of the boat approximately horizontally extending circular wall portion and an obliquely to the lid 3 extending flange wall part which is peripherally tight and fixed to the lid 3.
- the opening 10 is, as in Fig. 2 recognizable, arranged in the open position of the lid 3 below, so that the gas rising up through them can not escape.
- the pocket is formed by the inside of the lid 3 and the wall 9.
- a hollow body in the lid 3 and a hollow body can be incorporated flush and gap-free, which then forms the pocket as a gas trap, having an opening near the pivot point of the lid 3 and optionally from the lid 3 is removable.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- den geöffneten Deckel in einer gegenüber
Fig. 1 um etwa 90° gedrehten Ansicht.
Fig. 1 in der unteren Position dargestellt ist.
