Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Isolierkassette als Teil einer Rohrmantelisolierung mit einem im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Blechgehäuse (5), welches eine Dämmstofffüllung (7) vollständig einschließt. Die Isolierkassette (2) gemäß der Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Dämmstofffüllung (7) ein Silicat-Aerogel umfasst.
Description
Isolierkassette
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Isolierkassette als Teil einer Ummantelung von unter Mediendruck stehenden Einrichtungen eines Dampferzeugers, beispielsweise als Rohrmantelisolierung mit einem im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Blechgehäuse, das eine Dämmstofffüllung vollständig einschließt.
Solche Isolierkassetten finden häufig Anwendung zur Wärmeisolierung von Rohrleitungen an Dampferzeugern.
Bei den bekannten Isolierkassetten handelt es sich um halbschalenförmige Blechkassetten, welche mit Mineralwolle, Glasfaserwolle oder ähnlichen Isoliermaterialien gefüllt sind. Diese sind beispielsweise in der DE 29 23 094 A beschrieben. Bei der Kälte- und Wärmedämmung von Rohrleitungen ist es üblich, Dämmmaterialien mit einer Ummantelung zu versehen, die das Dämmmaterial gegen Verwitterung und mechanische Beschädigung schützt. Vielfach erfolgt die Ummantelung der Dämmung durch eine Verblechung des Dämmmaterials, beispielsweise mit Zinkblech. Bei einigen Anwendungen, so beispielsweise bei der Anwendung in Kühlmittelkreisläufen von Kernkraftwerken hat sich die Verwen- düng von geschlossenen Isolierkassetten bewährt, die das Dämmmaterial vollständig einschließen. Insbesondere das Blechgehäuse der Isolierkassetten soll einen hinreichenden Schutz gegen mechanische Beeinträchtigung des Dämmmaterials bieten. Es kann allerdings in Kühlmittelverluststörfällen in Kernkraftwerken dennoch eintreten, dass die Metallkassette zerstört wird und das darin enthaltene Isoliermaterial austritt. Es könnte beispielsweise der Fall eintreten, dass der Leckstrahl einer Kühlmittelleitung das Abreißen und die Zerstörung einer Isolierkassette bewirkt. Isolierkassetten der vorstehend beschriebenen Art sind beispielsweise für Leitungen bis etwa 800 mm Durchmesser und einen Innendruck von 160 bar bei etwa 3000C Medientemperatur vorgesehen. Es ist leicht vorstellbar, dass der Leckstrahl einer solchen Leitung verhältnismäßig hohe mechanische Kräfte in die Isolierkassette eintragen kann.
Dabei könnte es theoretisch vorkommen, dass das Blechgehäuse einer Isolierkassette reißt und das Dämmmaterial vom Leckstrahl des Kühlmittels ausgespült
wird. Das ausgewaschene Isoliermaterial könnte die Ansaugsiebe der im Reaktorsumpf vorgesehenen Pumpen verstopfen, wodurch die Störfallbeherrschung erschwert wird.
Die Rückhaltung bzw. Aushaltung von faserigen Isoliermaterialien mittels Sieben hat sich grundsätzlich als schwierig herausgestellt. Laborversuche haben gezeigt, dass das Fasermaterial zum Einen mit verhältnismäßig feinmaschigen Sieben schlecht zurückzuhalten ist und zum Anderen hohe Druckverluste über die Siebe bei Anlagerung erzeugt. Dies führt ggf. zum Versagen der Siebe.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Isolierkassette der eingangs genannten Art diesbezüglich zu verbessern.
Die der Erfindung zu Grunde liegende Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Isolierkassette als Teil einer Ummantelung von unter Mediendruck stehenden Einrichtungen eines Dampferzeugers, beispielsweise als Rohrmantelisolierung mit einem im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Blechgehäuse, das eine Dämmstofffüllung vollstän- dig einschließt, wobei sich die Isolierkassette dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Dämmstofffüllung ein Aerogel umfasst. Unter Aerogel im Allgemeinen und im Sinne der Erfindung sind hochporöse Festkörper zu verstehen, bei denen bis zu 95 % des Volumens aus Poren besteht. Die Verwendung dieses Materials als Füllmaterial für eine Isolierkassette hat den Vorzug, dass etwa aus der Isolierkas- sette austretendes Material auf Grund seiner physikalischen Eigenschaften leichter aus einem Wasserkreislauf auszuhalten ist.
Vorzugsweise ist als Dämmstofffüllung ein anorganisches Aerogel vorgesehen, welches nicht benetzbar ist, welches schwimmfähig ist und welches nicht brenn- bar ist. Als besonders vorteilhaft hat sich eine Isolierkassette erwiesen, bei welcher die Dämmstofffüllung ein Silicat-Aerogel umfasst. Solche Silicat-Aerogele können beispielsweise einen Porendurchmesser von etwa 20 nm bei einer Porosität von > 90 % aufweisen. Die Dichte des Materials kann zwischen 90 und 100 kg/m3 betragen. Die Wärmeleitfähigkeit kann beispielsweise etwa
0,018 W/rn-K bei 25°C betragen. Ein solches Material kann eine innere Oberfläche von etwa 600 bis 800 m2/g aufweisen. Das Material ist daher hervorragend als Isoliermaterial für die zuvor beschriebenen Zwecke geeignet.
Beispielsweise kann als geeignetes Silicat-Aerogel ein Material mit der Handelsbezeichnung „Nanogel" Anwendung finden, welches von der Firma CABOT Corporation vertrieben wird.
Bei einer zweckmäßigen Variante der Isolierkassette gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Dämmstofffüllung ein Aerogel als Granulat, vorzugsweise mit einer mittleren Korngröße von 0 bis 4 mm umfasst. Ein solches Granulat besitzt insbesondere Vorzüge bei der Handhabung. Dieses kann in entsprechende Füllöffnungen von Blech kassetten abgefüllt werden. Die Isolierkassetten können mit der höchstmöglichen Packungsdichte befüllt werden.
Alternativ kann die Dämmstofffüllung wenigstens einen Aerogel-Formkörper umfassen. Ein solcher Formkörper könnte an die Gestalt des vorzugsweise formstabilen Blechgehäuses angepasst sein. Das Blechgehäuse der Isolierkassetten kann beispielsweise aus austenitischem Stahl bestehen. Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Variante der Isolierkassette gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Aerogel nicht transluzent ist. Hierzu kann ein entsprechend behandeltes Aerogel Anwendung finden. Dies hat den Vorzug, dass die Infrarotreflektivität des verwendeten Dichtmaterials erhöht wird, womit die Isolierwirkung verbessert wird.
Hierzu kann beispielsweise die Dämmstofffüllung Graphit- und/oder Metall- oxidstaub umfassen. Der Staub kann beispielsweise mit einem Aerogel-Granulat in homogener Mischung vorliegen. Beispielsweise kann die Dämmstofffüllung Aerogel und Graphit- und/oder Metalloxidstaub in homogener Mischung umfassen, wobei der Anteil an Graphit- und/oder Metalloxidstaub zwischen 1 ,5 und 4,5 ma% umfasst.
Zweckmäßig weist die Isolierkassette gemäß der Erfindung einen etwa C- förmigen Querschnitt auf und ist mit Befestigungsmitteln versehen, mit welchen
zueinander komplementär ausgebildete Isolierkassetten zu einem im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Rohrmantel zusammensetzbar sind.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung kann die Isolierkassette allerdings an jede beliebige Kontur einer zu isolierenden, medienführenden Einrichtung angepasst sein.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert:

Figur 1 zeigt einen Rohrleitungsabschnitt 1 einer heißgehenden Rohrleitung, die ein unter Druck stehendes Medium führt. Der Rohrleitungsabschnitt 1 ist mit Isolierkassetten 2 gemäß der Erfindung verkleidet, wobei die Isolierkassetten 2 jeweils ein C-förmiges Querschnittsprofil aufweisen und zwei zueinander komplementäre Isolierkassetten 2 jeweils mit Befestigungsmitteln 3 zu einem geschlossenen, rohrförmigen Isoliermantel 4 zusammengesetzt sind. Als Befestigungsmit- tel kommen beispielsweise an und für sich bekannte Bügel-Spannverschlüsse in Betracht. Jede Isolierkassette 2 besteht aus einem genieteten oder verschweißten Blechgehäuse 5, vorzugsweise aus austenitischem Stahlblech. Das Blechgehäuse ist vollumfänglich sowie an den Stirnseiten 6 geschlossen und mit einer Dämmstofffüllung 7 versehen. Bei der in den Figuren 1 bis 3 gezeigten Variante
der Isolierkassetten 2 umfassen diese eine Dämmstofffüllung in Form eines Granulats eines Silicat-Aerogels. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Granulat mit einer mittleren Korngröße von 0 bis 4 mm, umfassend als Hauptbestandteil Trimethylsi- lyloxy-modifiziertes Kieselgel. Dieses hat eine Porosität von > 90 %, einen Poren- durchmesser von etwa 20 nm, eine Schüttdichte von zwischen 90 und 100 kg/m3 und eine Wärmeleitfähigkeit von etwa 0,18 W/m K bei 25 0C. Die spezifische O- berfläche beträgt zwischen 600 und 800 m2/g. Das Aerogel ist nicht brennbar und nicht benetzbar sowie schwimmfähig.
Das Granulat wird in die Isolierkassetten durch die auf den Stirnseiten derselben vorgesehen Öffnungen 8 eingefüllt. Die Öffnungen 8 werden anschließend mit Deckeln 9 verschlossen. Die Deckel 9 können verschweißt, verschraubt oder vernietet sein.
Die Figuren 4 und 5 zeigen ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der Isolierkassette 2 gemäß der Erfindung. Die Dämmstofffüllung 7 ist als Formkörper 10 ausgebildet, dessen Gestalt der Gestalt des formstabilen Blechgehäuses 5 angepasst ist.
Der Formkörper 10 wird passend in das Blechgehäuse 5 eingesetzt, dessen Stirnseite 6 mit einem entsprechend ausbildeten Deckel 9 verschlossen wird.
Das Aerogel, entweder in Form des Granulats oder des Formkörpers 10, wird durch eine Einfärbung in seiner Infrarotreflektivität, d. h. in seinen Dämmeigenschaften hinsichtlich Wärmstrahlung, verbessert. Beispielsweise kommt eine Be- stäubung des Formkörpers 10 mit Graphit- und/oder Metalloxidstaub in Betracht. Das Granulat kann mit Graphit- und/oder Metalloxidstaub gemischt werden, wobei Graphit- und/oder Metalloxidstaub mit einem Anteil von 1 bis 4 ma% an der Mischung beteiligt sind.

Claims
1. Isolierkassette (2) als Teil einer Ummantelung von unter Mediendruck stehenden Einrichtungen eines Dampferzeugers, beispielsweise als Rohrman- telisolierung, mit einem im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Blechgehäuse (5), der eine Dämmstofffüllung (7) vollständig einschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmstofffüllung (7) ein Aerogel umfasst.
2. Isolierkassette nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmstofffüllung (7) ein anorganisches Aerogel umfasst.

4. Isolierkassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmstofffüllung (7) ein Aerogel als Granulat, vorzugsweise mit einer mittleren Korngröße von 0 bis 4 mm, umfasst.
5. Isolierkassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die Dämmstofffüllung wenigstens einen Aerogel-
Formkörper (10) umfasst.
6. Isolierkassette nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formkörper (10) an die Gestalt des vorzugsweise formstabilen Blechge- häuses angepasst ist.
7. Isolierkassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aerogel eine erhöhte Infrarotreflektivität aufweist.
8. Isolierkassette nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmstofffüllung (7) Graphit- und/oder Metalloxidstaub umfasst.
9. Isolierkassette nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmstofffüllung (7) Aerogel und Graphit- und/oder Metalloxidstau b in homogener Mischung umfasst, wobei der Anteil an Graphit- und/oder Metalloxidstaub zwischen 1 ,5 und 4,5 ma% umfasst.
10. Isolierkassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese einen etwa C-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und mit Befestigungsmitteln (3) versehen ist, mit welchen zueinander komplementär ausgebildete Isolierkassetten (2) zu einem im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Rohrmantel zusammensetzbar sind.
