Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Anhänger mit einem einer Vorderseite und eine Rückseite aufweisenden Grundkörper und einem auf dem Grundkörper angeordneten den Anhänger individualisierendes Element gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs 1.
  • Derartige Anhänger sind in einer Vielzahl von Ausgestaltungsformen aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt. Beispielsweise existieren Anhänger für Schlüsselbunde oder auch für Halsketten, welche über einen Grundkörper verfügen. Auf dem Grundkörper eines aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Anhängers kann ein den Anhänger individualisierendes Element, beispielsweise in Form eines Aufklebers oder einer Gravur vorgesehen sein, um dem Anhänger eine spezielle Note bzw. ein spezielles Aussehen zu verleihen.
  • Das auf dem Grundkörper aufgebrachte den Anhänger individualisierende Element, beispielsweise in Form eines Aufklebers, kann beispielsweise ein Foto aufweisen. Ferner ist auch denkbar, dass in den Grundkörper des Anhängers selbst eine Gravur, beispielsweise der Name eines Ehepartners oder dergleichen, eingebracht ist, um dem Anhänger selbst eine individuelle und spezielle Note zu verleihen.
  • Derartige aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Anhänger wurden bereits in WO 2009/041756 und WO 2008/026807 offenbart und erfüllen ihren Zweck in einer ausreichenden Weise.
  • Jedoch ist es ausgehend von derartigen oben beschriebenen Anhängern die der vorliegenden Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe, einen neuartigen Anhänger mit einem den Anhänger individualisierenden Element vorzuschlagen, der eine weitere Aufwertung erfährt und zusätzliche Funktionen zur Verfügung stellt, welche eine Individualisierung desselben über die bekannten Maßnahmen hinaus ermöglichen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfingdungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das den Anhänger individualisierende Element, welches auf dem Grundkörper des Anhängers angeordnet ist, als Lenticularobjekt ausgebildet ist.
  • Unter Lenticularobjekt wird im Sinne der Anmeldung ein optisch wirkendes Element verstanden, welches als Linsenraster-Bild oder auch Prismenraster-Bild ausgebildet ist, wobei das Lenticularobjekt einen dreidimensionalen bzw. räumlichen Eindruck des dadurch abgebildeten Gegenstandes oder Abbilds für den Betrachter erzeugt. Über ein derartiges Linsenrastersystem wird es möglich, mehrere unterschiedliche Bilder oder Informationen in einem einzigen Lenticularobjekt darzustellen. Die Anzahl der verschiedenen Bildphasen wird dabei bestimmt durch die Linsengröße und die Bildauflösung des Lenticularobjekts. Durch eine Änderung des Blickwinkels des Betrachters auf das Lenticularobjekt wird insbesondere eine Bewegung im Bild selbst erzielt bzw. es werden verschiedene Bilder oder Informationen abwechselnd für den Betrachter sichtbar.
  • Es können dabei mehrere verschiedene Abbildungen oder Informationen hinterlegt sein, wobei beispielsweise ein Bewegungsablauf eines Sportlers oder das Emblem eines Fußballvereins und den Fußballverein betreffende Daten Verwendung finden können, die dann abwechselnd für den Betrachter sichtbar werden.
  • Die Verwendung eines Lenticularobjekt als den Anhänger individualisierendes Element hat demnach den Vorteil, dass zum einen eine größere Möglichkeit an Individualisierung des Anhängers geschaffen wird, da verschiedenartige Bilder und Informationen, bzw. Bildabfolgen hinterlegt sein können. Darüber hinaus schafft der Einsatz des Lenticularobjekt aber auch die Möglichkeit, auf eine begrenzten zur Verfügung stehenden Fläche auf dem Grundkörper des Anhängers eine Vielzahl von Informationen unterzubringen, die je nach Sichtwinkel des Betrachters sichtbar sind oder nicht.
  • Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus den nach den Unteransprüchen beschriebenen Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
  • Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausbildung des Anhängers ist das Lenticularobjekt auf der Vorderseite des Grundkörpers des Anhängers angeordnet. Die Rückseite des Anhängers kann dabei als plane Fläche ausgebildet sein. Dies ermöglicht es, verschiedene Abbildungen mittels des auf der Vorderseite angeordneten Lenticularobjekts für den Betrachter darzustellen, während auf der Rückseite beispielsweise in Form einer Gravur oder auch in Form eines herkömmlichen Aufklebers weitere Daten und Informationen, beispielsweise den Träger des Anhängers kennzeichnende oder auch weitere Informationen bzgl. des durch das Lenticularobjekt auf der Vorderseite dargestellten Bildes, enthalten sein können.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist auf der Rückseite des Grundkörpers ebenfalls ein Lenticularobjekt angeordnet. Dies ermöglicht in vorteilhafter Weise das Unterbringen von der doppelten Menge an Informationen, da auch das Lenticularobjekt auf der Rückseite des Anhängers nach dem Wenden des Anhängers verschiedene Abbildungen und somit Ansichten dem Betrachter je nach Blickwinkel sichtbar macht.
  • Vorzugsweise ist dabei das mindestens eine Lenitcularobjekt mit dem Grundkörper stoffschlüssig verbunden. Insbesondere kann das Lenticularobjekt mit dem Grundkörper verklebt sein.
  • Darüber hinaus ist aber auch denkbar, das Lenticularobjekt vorzugsweise auf einer Trägerplatte anzuordnen, welche mit dem Grundkörper formschlüssig und vorzugsweise lösbar verbindbar ist. Das Lenticularobjekt kann aber auch ohne Trägerplatte mit dem Grundkörper formschlüssig verbindbar sein. Dabei ist denkbar, die das Lenticularobjekt tragende Trägerplatte in entsprechende Aufnahmen des Grundkörpers einzuklipsen. Alternativ wäre auch das Vorsehen von Rastnasen an der Trägerplatte möglich, welche in entsprechende Rastaufnahmen in dem Grundkörper einrasten. Dabei sind die Rastnasen vorzugsweise derart gestaltet, dass das Lenticularobjekt samt Trägerplatte von dem Grundkörper gelöst werden kann. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das als Lenticularobjekt ausgebildete den Anhänger individualisierende Element von dem Grundkörper entfernt werden kann und gegen ein alternatives Lenticularobjekt ausgetauscht werden kann. Beispielsweise ist denkbar, den Anhänger als Fanobjekt auszugestalten, wobei das Lenticularobjekt beispielsweise das Wappen eines Fußballvereins der Bundesliga abbildet, welches, in Abhängigkeit von dem Blickwinkel des Betrachters, verschiedenartig ausgestaltet ist, oder wobei in dem Lenticularobjekt neben dem Wappen des Vereines zusätzliche Daten, beispielsweise Gründungsdatum, Mitgliederzahl und aktuelle Fußballspieler enthalten sind und dem Betrachter somit in Abhängigkeit vom Blickwinkel und wechselnd zu dem Wappen dargestellt werden. Das derartig gestaltete Lenticularobjekt kann dann, sofern dieses mit dem Grundkörper lösbar formschlüssig verbunden ist, gegen ein alternatives Lenticularobjekt, beispielsweise eines anderen Fußballvereines ausgetauscht werden.
  • Nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Anhängers ist dieser als vorzugsweise rundes Medaillon ausgebildet. Unter Medaillon soll hier im Sinne der Anmeldung zum Einen ein einstückiger flacher Grundkörper verstanden werden, sowie andererseits ein zweistückiger Grundkörper, wobei die Vorderseite mittels eines Verschlussdeckels insgesamt verschließbar ist, sodass das Lenticularobjekt unter dem Verschlussdeckel in verschlossenem Zustand des Medaillons zu liegen kommt und nur bei geöffnetem Verschlussdeckel sichtbar wird.
  • Dabei kann der Grundkörper des Anhängers auch eine andere als eine runde Form aufweisen, wobei unter runder Form im Sinne der Anmeldung sowohl eine Kreisform als auch eine ovale Form zu verstehen ist. Beispielsweise kann der Anhänger eckig, vorzugsweise sechs- eckig, gestaltet sein.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das Lenticularobjekt zentral auf dem Grundkörper angeordnet. Nach einer besonderen Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes kann das Lenticularobjekt kleiner als der Grundkörper ausgebildet sein, sodass sich zwischen dem umlaufenden Rand des Lenticularobjekts und dem umlaufenden Rand des Grundkörpers eine freie Fläche ergibt, die mit weiteren Verzierungen, beispielsweise in Form von Gravuren oder einem Aufdruck, versehen werden kann.
  • Nach einer erfindungsgemäßen Weiterbildung des Anhängers ist vorzugsweise an der Außenumrandung des Grundkörpers eine Halterung, insbesondere in Form einer Öse, vorgesehen. Mittels eines durch die Öse geführten Bandes, welches beispielsweise in den Vereinsfarben des Fußballvereins, dessen Wappen durch das Lenticularobjekt gezeigt wird, kann der Anhänger um den Hals getragen werden oder an anderen Gegenständen befestigt werden.
  • Der Grundkörper ist nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, welcher vorzugsweise oberflächenveredelt ist, oder aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Dadurch ergeben sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, insbesondere die als plane Fläche ausgebildete Rückseite zu prägen bzw. durch Einpressen zu gestalten. Auch kann der Grundkörper samt auf der Rückseite befindlichen Informationen durch herkömmliche Spritzgussverfahren einfach hergestellt werden.
  • Nach einer besonderen Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes weist die Vorderseite und/ oder die Rückseite des Grundkörpers mindestens ein Leuchtmittel auf. Insbesondere wird dabei der Einsatz von LEDs (light emitting diods) vorgeschlagen, da diese in allen Größen verfügbar und sehr flexibel einsetzbar sind. Darüber hinaus weisen diese einen sehr geringen Stromverbrauch auf. Es sind jedoch auch alle anderen Arten von geeigneten Leuchtmitteln, beispielsweise auch phosphorsierende passive Elemente, denkbar. Das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel kann dabei sowohl zwischen dem mindestens einen Lenticularobjekt und dem Grundkörper und/ oder neben dem mindestens einen Lenticularobjekt auf dem Grundkörper angeordnet sein. Bei der erstgenannten Anordnung kann durch das Leuchtmittel selbst ein besonderer Beleuchtungseffekt als sogenanntes Hintergrundlicht erzeugt werden. Darüber hinaus ist aber auch gemäß der zweitgenannten Anordnung denkbar, eine Mehrzahl an Leuchtmitteln um das Lenticularobjekt herum anzuordnen und so einen besonderen Beleuchtungseffekt zu erzielen.
  • Um das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel zu betreiben, sofern es sich dabei um ein elektrisches betriebenes Leuchtmittel handelt, weist der Grundkörper eine verschließbare Vertiefung auf, in welcher eine elektrische Energiequelle, insbesondere eine wieder aufladbare Batterie, angeordnet ist. Das Leuchtmittel ist mit dieser elektrischen Energiequelle verbindbar, um die notwendige elektrische Energie zum Betrieb des Leuchtmittels zur Verfügung zu stellen. Neben einer wieder aufladbaren Batterie sind selbstverständlich alle denkbaren elektrischen Energiequellen, beispielsweise auch ein integrierter Akkumulator denkbar.
  • Nach einer weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildungsform kann der erfindungsgemäße Anhänger auch als Bestandteil eines Gürtels, beispielsweise in Verbindung mit der Schließe des Gürtels, ausgebildet sein. Dabei ist denkbar, die Schließe des Gürtels mit einer entsprechenden Aufnahme zu versehen, in welche der Anhänger aufgenommen und vorzugsweise lösbar befestigt werden kann, beispielsweise unter der Verwendung von Rastnasen an der Schließe und komplementären Rastvorsprüngen am Anhänger. Andere Befestigungsmöglichkeiten zur Befestigung des Anhängers an der Schließe sind jedoch auch denkbar. Beispielsweise kann auch eine Mehrzahl von Ösen an dem Anhänger vorgesehen sein, durch die der Gürtel geführt ist.
  • Alternativ kann der Anhänger auch als Bestandteil einer Schärpe ausgebildet sein. Dazu ist denkbar, dass der Anhänger vorzugsweise an seiner Rückseite Befestigungsmittel, beispielsweise in Form einer Sicherheitsnadel, aufweist, mit welchem er an der Schärpe befestigt werden kann. Denkbar ist ebenfalls das Vorsehen einer Mehrzahl von Ösen an dem Anhänger, durch die die Schärpe geführt ist.
  • Zudem ist denkbar, den Anhänger in Form einer Brosche auszubilden. Dabei sind vorzugsweise auf der Rückseite des Grundkörpers des Anhängers Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen, um den broschenförmigen Anhänger an der Bekleidung des Trägers befestigen zu können. Die Befestigungsmittel können dabei in Form einer Sicherheitsnadel oder äquivalenten Vorrichtungen ausgebildet sein.
  • Im Folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Der erfindungsgemäße Anhänger 1 gemäß Fig. 1 weist einen Grundkörper 4 mit einer Vorderseite 2 auf. Der Grundkörper 4 ist dabei kreisförmig ausgebildet. Auf der Vorderseite 2 des Grundkörpers 4 ist mittig ein Lenticularobjekt 5 angeordnet. Da der Durchmesser des Lenticularobjekts 5 kleiner als der Durchmesser des Grundkörpers 4 ist, ergibt sich ein umlaufender Ring, auf welchem beispielsweise eine Gravur oder auch das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel angeordnet werden kann. An dem nach oben weisenden Ende des Grundkörpers 4 ist eine Öse 6 vorgesehen, durch welche ein Band (nicht gezeigt) zur Halterung des Anhängers 1 beispielsweise um den Hals des Verwenders oder auch an einem Schlüsselring geführt werden kann.
  • Der Grundkörper 4 des erfindungsgemäßen Anhängers 1 gemäß der Fig. 2 weist ferner eine Rückseite 3 auf. Die Rückseite 3 weist dabei eine plane Fläche 7 auf. In die plane Fläche 7 können beispielsweise Gravuren eingebracht werden, um den Anhänger 1 mit weiteren Informationen zu versehen. Darüber hinaus können auf der planen Fläche 7 auch weitere Informationen mittels Aufklebern oder dergleichen aufgebracht werden.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Anhänger 1 in der Seitenansicht gemäß Fig. 3 zeigt den Grundkörper 4 als rechteckig ausgebildetes Element. Auf der Vorderseite 2 ist dabei das Lenticularobjekt 5 angeordnet. Die Rückseite 3 ist als plane Fläche 7 ausgebildet.
  • Darüber hinaus weist der Grundkörper 4 eine Vertiefung 9 auf, in welcher eine elektrische Energiequelle 10 in Form einer wieder aufladbaren Batterie angeordnet ist. Die Vertiefung 9 ist verschließbar. Darüber hinaus ist hinter dem Lenticularobjekt 5 in dem Grundkörper 4 eine weitere Vertiefung vorgesehen, in welcher ein Leuchtmittel 8 angeordnet ist. Mittels des Leuchtmittels 8 kann dabei das Lenticularobjekt von hinten beleuchtet werden. Das Leuchtmittel kann über einen Schalter (nicht gezeigt) in Betrieb genommen werden.
  • Die alternative Ausführungsform des Anhängers 1' gemäß Fig. 4 weist alle Merkmale des Anhängers 1 der ersten Ausführungsform auf, mit Ausnahme der Ausgestaltung der Rückseite 3'. Dabei ist die Rückseite 3' des Grundkörpers 4' des Anhängers 1' gemäß der zweiten Ausführungsform nicht als plane Fläche ausgestaltet, sondern weist, vergleichbar mit der Vorderseite des Anhängers 1' ein weiteres Lenticularobjekt 9 auf. Dieses ist ähnlich des Lenticularobjekts 5 auf der Vorderseite ausgebildet und angeordnet.

Claims (10)

  1. Anhänger (1) mit einem eine Vorderseite (2) und eine Rückseite (3) aufweisenden Grundkörper (4) und einem auf dem Grundkörper (4) angeordneten den Anhänger individualisierenden Element, wobei das den Anhänger individualisierenden Element auf einer Trägerplatte angeordnet ist, wobei die Trägerplatte formschlüssig und lösbar in eine Aufnahme des Grundkörpers (4) eingeklipst oder eingerastet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das individualisierende Element ein Lenticularobjekt (5) ist, und auf der Vorderseite (2) und/ oder auf der Rückseite (3) des Grundkörpers (4) mindestens ein Leuchtmittel (8) angeordnet ist.
  2. Anhänger (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lenticularobjekt (5) auf der Vorderseite (2) des Grundkörpers (4) angeordnet ist.
  3. Anhänger (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseite (3) des Grundkörpers (4) als plane Fläche ausgebildet ist.
  4. Anhänger (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweites Lenticularobjekt (9) auf der Rückseite (3) des Grundkörpers (4) angeordnet ist.
  5. Anhänger (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Lenticularobjekt (5) zentral auf dem Grundkörper (4) angeordnet ist.
  6. Anhänger (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (4) als vorzugsweise rundes Medaillon ausgebildet ist.
  7. Anhänger (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (4) vorzugsweise an seiner Außenumrandung eine Halterung, insbesondere in Form einer Öse (6) aufweist.
  8. Anhänger (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (4) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff oder Kunststoff besteht.
  9. Anhänger (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel (8) zwischen dem mindestens einen Lenticularobjekt (5) und dem Grundkörper (4) und/ oder neben dem mindestens einen Lenticularobjekt (5) angeordnet ist.
  10. Anhänger (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (4) eine in einer vorzugsweise verschließbaren Vertiefung (9) angeordnete elektrische Energiequelle (10), insbesondere eine wieder aufladbaren Batterie, aufweist, welche mit dem mindesten einen Leuchtmittel (8) verbindbar ist.
