Claims (12)
- Ressort de serrage (10) pour une borne à ressort avec une branche de serrage (12), une branche d'appui (14) et une branche de limitation (24), dans lequel
la branche de serrage (12) et la branche d'appui (14) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une articulation fléchie (16),
la branche de limitation (24) est formée à une extrémité de la branche d'appui (14) opposée à l'articulation fléchie (16),
la branche de serrage (12), la branche d'appui (14) et l'articulation fléchie (16) sont fabriquées en une bande en acier à ressort, et
la bande en acier à ressort présente dans la région de l'articulation fléchie (16) une plus grande largeur que dans la région de la branche de serrage (12) et de la branche d'appui (14),
caractérisé en ce que
un espace de serrage (22) est formé entre la branche de serrage (12), la branche d'appui (14) et la branche de limitation (24),
la branche de limitation (24) est réalisée de façon à empêcher un engagement trop profond d'un conducteur à serrer (62) dans l'espace de serrage (22), et
la branche de limitation (24) présente un élément d'ergot (26) pour la fixation de la branche de limitation (24) dans une position désirée. - Ressort de serrage (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'articulation fléchie (16) présente un rayon de flexion, dans lequel la valeur du rayon de flexion se situe entre 0,3 mm et 0,5 mm.
- Ressort de serrage (10) selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la branche de limitation (24) peut être calée contre une éjection au moyen d'un élément de limitation (50).
- Ressort de serrage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la branche de serrage (12) présente une région coudée (34) par rapport à la branche de serrage (12) à son extrémité opposée à l'articulation fléchie (16).
- Elément de logement (30) avec un ressort de serrage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'élément de logement (30) est fabriqué en un matériau conducteur de l'électricité et est réalisé essentiellement en forme de U, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de logement (30) présente une ouverture (32), dans laquelle une branche de limitation (24) du ressort de serrage (10) peut être fixée dans l'élément de logement (30) au moyen d'un élément d'ergot (26) formé sur la branche de limitation (24).
- Elément de logement (30) selon l'une de la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur une des faces latérales (42) de l'élément de logement (30) une découpe (44) destinée à limiter la profondeur d'engagement d'un outil (56).
- Elément de logement (30) selon une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de logement (30) présente une protubérance (46), qui fait office d'élément de butée pour la branche de serrage (12) du ressort de serrage (10).
- Elément de logement (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de logement (30) présente un ergot d'encliquetage (47) pour la fixation de l'élément de logement (30) dans un boîtier (52).
- Boîtier (52), dans lequel l'élément de logement (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8 est disposé, dans lequel le boîtier (52) présente une ouverture de réception (54) pour un outil (56) et une ouverture d'introduction de conducteur (58), caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de réception (54) présente un élément de paroi (60), qui fait office d'élément de butée pour un ressort de serrage (10) disposé dans l'élément de logement (30), et en ce qu'il peut fixer l'outil (56) logé dans l'ouverture de réception (54).
- Boîtier (52) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'introduction de conducteur (58) est réalisée de telle manière qu'elle fasse office de limitation pour un mouvement de déformation de la branche de serrage (12) d'un ressort de serrage (10) disposé dans l'élément de logement (30).
- Boîtier (52) selon une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (52) présente une découpe (64), dans laquelle un ergot d'encliquetage (47) disposé sur l'élément de logement (30) peut être fixé en vue de la fixation de l'élément de logement (30) sur le boîtier (52).
- Utilisation d'un boîtier (52) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11 pour un raccordement de plaquette de circuits imprimés.
