Definitions
- the invention relates to a large load carrier for receiving and transporting goods and other general cargo according to the preamble of claim 1 and a kit with a plurality of base elements according to claim 7.
- pallets, Euro pallets and industrial pallets, in particular Europool pallets, colloquially also called Euro pallet are used for the transport of goods.
- the disadvantage of these pallets is that they are not suitable to carry loose cargo, since they are just designed and have no lateral boundary walls.
- large load carriers whose basic shape is formed pallet-shaped.
- large load carriers are available with similar dimensions compared to the pallets mentioned above.
- the advantage of the large load carriers compared to the pallets is that they can be used because of their side walls for the transport of bulk cargo.
- the known large load carriers have the disadvantage that their palette-shaped bottom firmly, that is not detachable, is always connected with exactly matching side walls. A flexible use of the pallet-shaped floor without side walls is not possible.
- Another disadvantage is that the known large load carrier in the unfilled state due to the fixed connection palette-shaped bottom / side wall have relatively large dimensions, even if the side walls are arranged hinged and therefore claim large storage areas.
- a corresponding container results from the DE 10 2004 012 198 A1 ,
- This comprises a pallet-like bottom with wall bases arranged thereon and detachably connected side wall elements which are foldable in order to reduce the transport volume of the container.
- the wall base are connected via pin-groove connections releasably connected to the pallet-like floor.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a large load carrier, which allows a flexible connection of the side walls of a pallet-shaped floor or pallet-shaped floors of different sizes.
- the invention is characterized by a large load carrier with a pallet-shaped bottom and side walls. Furthermore, the large load carrier is characterized by base elements, which consist of plastic. The base elements are detachably connected to the pallet-shaped bottom in an edge region of the pallet-shaped bottom, the side walls being detachably connected to the base elements; According to claim 1, the base elements with each other in a releasably form-fitting manner and run geeingnet trained to form a circumferential base frame.
- the geometry of the base elements as well as the side walls can be easily adapted to the dimensions of already in use and newly developed pallets and the respective application. Due to the releasable connection between the at least one side wall, the base element and the pallet-shaped bottom, the further advantage is achieved that the pallet-shaped bottoms can be stacked to save space on each other.
- the side wall is connected via a hinge connection or via a hinge to the base element.
- the base elements can be connected to the pallet base by means of nails, pins or screws, but also with clamp or clamp connections.
- This embodiment is particularly suitable for wooden pallets and especially for plastic pallets or -Großladungscht.
- the nails or pins or screws can be made of metal or plastic or other material.
- the connection of the side wall via a hinge connection or a hinge with the base element leads to the advantage that the hinge connection or the hinge of a side wall can be temporarily folded in the direction of the pallet-shaped bottom, so as to enable a simplified loading and unloading.
- connection of the base element via a clamp connection with the pallet-shaped bottom leads to the advantage that the base element can be connected in a particularly simple manner via the clamp connection with conventional, already in use pallet-shaped bottoms, for example europallets.
- conventional, already in use pallet-shaped bottoms for example europallets.
- an optionally necessary development and cost is avoided.
- the advantage can be achieved that side walls can be adapted to conventional pallet-shaped floors.
- the large load carrier more than two releasably interconnected base elements, in particular base elements with at least two different shapes.
- pedestals can be formed which fit on pallet-shaped floors of different sizes.
- the base elements are formed such that by suitable combination of a plurality of base elements pedestals can be formed, which fit on pallet-shaped trays with sizes of 800x600 mm, 1,200x800 mm or 1,200x1000 mm large pallets. Due to the multi-piece design of the base elements has the advantage that the base elements can be adjusted by any combination on any floor or pallet sizes, which is why not a specific base element must be made for each pallet size.
- the base elements are connected to one another with a positive connection, in particular with a tongue and groove connection and / or a dovetail connection.
- a positive connection in particular with a tongue and groove connection and / or a dovetail connection.
- the large load carrier comprises a first and a second base element, which are designed substantially mirror-inverted.
- the mirror-image design of the base elements allows their use with low cost and development effort.
- two first and two second base elements are arranged in the corner region of the rectangular, pallet-shaped bottom.
- the arrangement of the two first and two second base elements, a complete enclosure of the pallet-shaped floor can be achieved in a simple manner.
- the further advantage is achieved that the base elements can be arranged stackable in the loose state, so that they can be transported to save space.
- the large load carrier comprises third base elements, which are arranged on two opposite edges of the pallet-shaped bottom between the first and / or second base elements.
- the third base elements have a different height than the first and second base elements.
- sidewalls of different sizes can be used, in order to finally produce a uniform upper, that is spaced from the pallet-shaped bottom end edge.
- the base elements adapted are so that they can be combined with hinged side walls, for which purpose on two opposite sides of the floor equally high base heights are preferred, which are, however, different heights in adjacent pages. That is, the bottom has two opposing higher socket formations formed of higher pedestal elements and two opposite sides with pedestal formations formed of lower pedestal elements. This offers the advantage that when folding the side walls or folding the side walls so that the side walls are stored on the bottom of the large load carrier, the side walls are stacked one above the other.
- the invention is characterized by a corresponding kit with a plurality of such mutually releasable base elements.
- Fig. 1 shows a large load carrier 1 with a pallet-shaped bottom 2.
- the pallet-shaped bottom 2 is connected via two first base elements 3a and two second base elements 3b with side walls 4a, 4b.
- first base elements 3a is in the Fig. 1 to see only one, since the other is arranged on the rear side of the large load carrier 1.
- the releasably connected two first and two second base elements 3a, 3b are arranged in the corner region of the rectangular bottom plate 2.
- the pedestals 3a, 3b have different heights on their respective sides, whereby side walls 4a, 4b of different sizes and heights can be used to finally return to a uniform upper, i.e. lower, height. produce from the pallet-shaped bottom 2 complained final edge.
- both the base elements 3a, 3b and the side walls 4a, 4b may be a suitable means to achieve specific size adjustments, which are necessary, for example, in order to accommodate or attach suitable piece goods. Also, a height adjustment may be appropriate if side walls 4a, 4b of different sizes are to be used.
- Socket shown is also a circumferential base frame. This ensures that a large load carrier 1 can be produced, which is able to receive loose piece or bulk material, so as to transport it in a closed container.
- the closed container is produced by attaching a suitable lid.
- Both the pallet-shaped bottom 2 and the base elements 3a, 3b and the side walls 4a, 4b are made of plastic. However, other materials such as metal, aluminum, wood, composites, etc. can be used. Overall, the use of material and the material requirement determined by the intended use, the use of plastic brings both special weight advantages and a special robustness with respect to environmental influences such as moisture, temperature fluctuations, etc. with it.
- the side walls 4a, 4b are detachably connected via a hinge with the base elements 3a, 3b and the base elements 3a, 3b are detachably connected via a clamping connection with the pallet-shaped bottom 2.
- other connecting elements or connecting mechanisms such as groove joints, bolt connections, screw etc. used, which make it possible to produce a detachable connection between the side walls 4a, 4b and the base element 3a, 3b or between the base element 3a, 3b and to produce the pallet-shaped bottom 2.
- Clamping connections are understood to mean connections that are generated by clamps, wherein the clamps may have different shapes and configurations.
- a simple clip connection can be made by attaching from the pallet-shaped bottom 2 or from the sides of the base elements 3a, 3b a clip in the form that it is arranged in one of the aforementioned elements and engages in the other element.
- clip connections other connection options, such as groove connections, plug connections, screw connections, etc., are conceivable which make possible a detachable connection between the pallet-shaped bottom 2 and the base elements 3a, 3b.
- the side walls 4a, 4b may have identical dimensions. In alternative embodiments, they may also have different dimensions from each other, and thus be optimally adapted to the size requirements. Furthermore, the side walls 4a, 4b can be formed in one piece or in several parts. Both the pallet-shaped bottom 2 and the side walls 4a, 4b can be manufactured with a closed surface as well as with recesses. If small piece or bulk goods to be transported, offers a closed surface. When transporting larger goods, for reasons of weight saving, recesses can be made in the pallet-shaped bottom 2 and / or the side walls 4a, 4b.
- Fig. 2 shows a kit with two first base elements 3a, two second base elements 3b and four third base elements 3c.
- the base elements 3a, 3b, 3c are mutually releasably connected to each other.
- the third pedestal elements 3c can be used in different dimensions, and are preferably arranged between the first and second pedestal elements 3a and 3b. As a result, a simple size adjustment and handling is achieved. Furthermore, they are suitable for releasable connection to the pallet-shaped bottom 2 and the side walls 4a, 4b.
- the base elements 3a, 3b and 3c can be arranged in preferred embodiments on an edge region of the pallet-shaped bottom 2, so that they can form a preferably completely encircling in the edge region of the pallet-shaped bottom 2 base.
- Fig. 3 shows a large load carrier having in addition to the two first and two second base elements 3a, 3b on each side third base elements 3c, which are each detachably connected to the two first and two second base elements 3a, 3b.
- the respective base elements are formed differently from one another, for example, the third base element 3c has a different height than the second base element 3b.
- the second base element 3b has a different height on one side than on the other side, wherein the shape of all base elements 3a, 3b, 3c is basically freely selectable. This makes optimal adjustments to size requirements possible. The same applies to the side walls 4a, 4b and the pallet-shaped bottom 2.
- Fig. 4 1 shows a further large load carrier 1 which, in addition to the two first and two second base elements 3a, 3b, has third base elements 3c on only two opposite sides, which are each detachably connected to the two first and two second base elements 3a, 3b.
- a large load carrier with a different dimension than in the Fig. 3 equipped with a socket.
- the large load carrier 1 is not just a large load carrier of larger dimensions. Rather, this also means carriers with very small to very large dimensions.
- FIG. 1 shows large load carriers with completely encircling base frame and arranged in the corner base elements 3a, 3b. It is also conceivable that the base frame is arranged only on one side of the pallet-shaped bottom 2 or on two sides in order to achieve, for example, a special protection of the piece goods to be transported.
