Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Beschlag, insbesondere zur Montage von Wandschränken, mit einer Montageplatte, an der eine Aussparung vorgesehen ist, in die eine Exzenterscheibe mit einer Öffnung eingesteckt ist, wobei eine Schraube die Öffnung durchgreift, wobei die Öffnung an der Exzenterscheibe so ausgebildet ist, dass die Exzenterscheibe auf den Schaft einer an einer Wand montierten Schraube mit einem Schraubenkopf aufsteckbar ist.
  • Die DE 79 30 056 offenbart eine Aufhängevorrichtung für Möbel, bei der an einem wandfesten Haken ein Aufhängehaken montierbar ist, der einen horizontalen Schlitz aufweist, der durch eine Schraube durchgriffen ist. Die Schraube greift in eine Schraubhülse ein, die an der Außenseite ein Gewinde umfasst und exzentrisch an einer Scheibe montiert ist. Die Scheibe kann wiederum an einem Aufhänger drehfest festgelegt werden, so dass durch die Aufhängevorrichtung eine Verstellung in drei Richtungen, nämlich seitlich, vertikal und in die Tiefe, möglich ist. Die Aufhängevorrichtung ist jedoch relativ kompliziert aus vielen Einzelteilen zusammengesetzt und die Montage ist folglich aufwändig.
  • Aus der DE 1 901 685 ist ein mehrteiliger Beschlag zum Aufhängen eines Wandschrankes bekannt, bei dem zwei Beschlagteile über Schrauben aneinander gehalten werden können. In den Beschlagteilen sind Öffnungen teilweise als Langlöcher ausgebildet, so dass eine gewisse Verstellmöglichkeit gegeben ist. Die Herstellung der Beschlagteile aus einem Metallblech besitzt den Nachteil, dass die Beschlagteile relativ schwer und teuer in der Herstellung sind. Nachteilig bei diesem Beschlag ist zudem, dass die einzelnen Beschlagteile lose einer Verpackungseinheit zugeführt werden müssen und darauf geachtet werden muss, dass die richtigen Beschlagteile einander zugeordnet werden.
  • Die EP 1 721 548 A1 offenbart einen Beschlag zum Aufhängen von Möbeln, bei dem zum Verstellen des Möbels ein drehbarer Exzenter vorgesehen ist.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Beschlag zu schaffen, der einfach herstellbar ist und eine schnelle Montage unter Beibehaltung einer Verstellmöglichkeit gestattet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Beschlag mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist die Öffnung an der Exzenterscheibe so ausgebildet, dass die Exzenterscheibe auf den Schaft einer an einer Wand montierten Schraube mit einem Schraubenkopf aufsteckbar ist und durch Drehen der Exzenterscheibe eine Höhen- und Seitenverstellung der Montageplatte relativ zu der Schraube durchführbar ist. Dadurch kann eine Vorabmontage der Schraube an der Wand erfolgen und der Benutzer kann an die vormontierte Schraube die Montageplatte und die Exzenterscheibe montieren, so dass nur wenige Montageschritte notwendig sind. Zudem kann über die Exzenterscheibe eine Höhen- und Seitenverstellung erfolgen, so dass mit wenigen Bauteilen eine exakte Positionierung vorgenommen werden kann.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Öffnung exzentrisch zu einem Mittelpunkt eines ringförmigen Abschnittes der Exzenterscheibe angeordnet. Die Öffnung kann dabei verschiedene Formen haben, beispielsweise kann sie selber kreisförmig ausgebildet sein oder eine vom Kreisförmigen abweichende Kontur besitzen. Vorzugsweise besitzt die Öffnung zumindest einen verbreiterten Abschnitt zum Durchführen eines Schraubenkopfes und einen schmaleren Abschnitt zur Aufnahme eines Schaftes einer Schraube. Dann kann eine besonders exakte Positionierung der Montageplatte erfolgen, insbesondere wenn der schmalere Abschnitt an der Exzenterscheibe zur Aufnahme des Schafts der Schraube dient und außermittig an der Exzenterscheibe angeordnet ist.
  • Um die Montage der Exzenterscheibe zu vereinfachen, kann eine Öffnung vorgesehen sein, die einen nach außen offenen Kanal aufweist. Der Kanal erstreckt sich in eine radiale Richtung, so dass nach dem Eindrehen der Schraube ein Schraubenschaft durch den Kanal in die Öffnung eingefügt werden kann. Dadurch kann die Exzenterscheibe weitgehend aus Vollmaterial relativ stabil ausgebildet sein.
  • Durch eine Aufrauhung der Kontaktflächen zwischen der Exzenterscheibe und der Montageplatte kann die Selbsthemmung der Paarung gesteigert werden. Alternativ ist es möglich, Profilierungen auf die Kontaktflächen aufzubringen.
  • Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung weist die Exzenterscheibe eine Werkzeugaufnahme für den Eingriff mit einem Werkzeug, vorzugsweise einem Schraubendreher auf. Dadurch kann eine einfache Feineinstellung erfolgen, indem die Exzenterscheibe mit einem Werkzeug gedreht wird. Dabei kann die Exzenterscheibe klemmend an der Aussparung der Montageplatte geführt sein.
  • Vorzugsweise weist die Exzenterscheibe einen ringförmigen Abschnitt auf, der in die Aussparung an der Montageplatte eingesteckt ist, wobei die Exzenterscheibe zudem einen Flanschabschnitt umfasst, der radial nach außen über den ringförmigen Abschnitt als Anschlag hervorsteht. Dadurch kann die Einstecktiefe der Exzenterscheibe genau vorgegeben werden. Zudem kann an dem ringförmigen Abschnitt eine Riffelung angebracht sein, die zumindest an gegenüberliegenden Seiten an einem Rand der Aussparung anliegt. Dadurch kann die Exzenterscheibe klemmend oder mit form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Mitteln festgelegt werden.
  • Um eine leichte Seitenverstellung zu ermöglichen, ist die Aussparung in der Montageplatte als Langloch ausgebildet. Dadurch kann die Exzenterscheibe an unterschiedlichen Positionen des Langloches positioniert werden, um die Montageplatte relativ zu der Schraube auszurichten, so dass ein großer Verstellweg vorhanden ist.
  • Für eine einfache Herstellung der Montageplatte ist diese durch Biegen und Stanzen eines Metallbleches hergestellt und umfasst einen Rand an der Aussparung, der durch einen umgebogenen Vorsprung ausgebildet ist. Ein solcher Vorsprung kann durch einen umgebogenen leistenförmigen umlaufenden Abschnitt gebildet sein.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung ist die Montageplatte als Bestandteil eines Montagewinkels ausgebildet. Dabei kann der Montagewinkel an einer Innenwand eines Möbelkorpus montierbar sein, was insbesondere für Hängeschränke eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Um eine ausreichende Stabilität zu besitzen, kann die Exzenterscheibe als Gussteil aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt sein.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Ein Wandschrank umfasst einen Möbelkorpus 1, der eine Rückwand 2 und eine Seitenwand 3 umfasst. In dem Eckbereich zwischen Rückwand 2 und Seitenwand 3 ist ein erfindungsgemäßer Beschlag 10 montiert, wobei eine Montageplatte 11 an einer Rückwand 2 abgestützt ist. Eine integral mit der Montageplatte 11 ausgebildete Befestigungsplatte 12 weist Öffnungen 13 auf, in die Befestigungsmittel zur Festlegung der Seitenwand 3 an dem Beschlag 10 eingefügt sind.
  • Wie aus den Figuren 2A und 2B ersichtlich ist, umfasst der Beschlag 10 an der Montageplatte 11 eine Aussparung 14, die als Langloch ausgebildet ist und einen von der Ebene der Montageplatte 11 hervorstehenden umgebogenen Rand 15 aufweist. Der Rand 15 umfasst an gegenüberliegenden Seiten gerade Abschnitte 16, die an Stirnseiten 17 gleichmäßig gekrümmt sind. Die Montageplatte 11 ist über eine Biegekante 18 mit der Befestigungsplatte 12 verbunden, wobei von der Biegekante 18 an der Oberseite und Unterseite hervorstehende Stege 19 ausgebildet sind, mittels denen eine Abdeckung 30 verrastbar ist. Hierfür umfasst die Abdeckung 30 Rastnasen 31, die die Stege 19 hintergreifen.
  • Zur Ausrichtung der Montageplatte 11 relativ zu einer Schraube ist eine Exzenterscheibe 20 vorgesehen, die als Gussteil, insbesondere aus Metall oder Kunststoff, hergestellt ist. Die Exzenterscheibe 20 umfasst einen ringförmigen Rand 21, an dessen Außenseite eine Riffelung ausgebildet ist. Der Umfang des ringförmigen Rands 21 entspricht im Wesentlichen dem Abstand der geraden Abschnitte 16 des umgebogenen Randes 15. Ferner ist an der Exzenterscheibe 20 ein radial über den ringförmigen Rand 21 hervorstehender Flanschabschnitt 22 ausgebildet, der als Anschlag dient und an den Rand 15 an der Aussparung 14 angelegt werden kann.
  • Die Exzenterscheibe 20 umfasst ferner eine Öffnung 23, die einen verbreiterten Abschnitt 26 zum Durchführen eines Schraubenkopfes einer Schraube aufweist und einen schmaleren Abschnitt 25, der halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist und zur Aufnahme eines Schaftes einer Schraube dient.
  • Wie in den Figuren 4A und 4B gezeigt ist, wird die Exzenterscheibe 20 so in die Aussparung 14 eingefügt, dass der ringförmige Abschnitt 21 an dem Rand 15 anliegt. Die Exzenterscheibe 20 kann dabei über eine Werkzeugaufnahme 24, die als kreuzförmiger Schlitz ausgebildet ist, auf einfache Weise gedreht werden.
  • Für die Montage wird zunächst eine Schraube 40 an einer Wand befestigt. Anschließend wird der an dem Möbelkorpus 1 montierte Beschlag 10 so über die Schraube 40 bewegt, dass der Schraubenkopf in der Aussparung 14 angeordnet ist. Anschließend wird die Exzenterscheibe 20 auf die Schraube 40 gesteckt, wobei der Schraubenkopf durch den verbreiterten Abschnitt 26 der Öffnung 23 durchgesteckt wird. Anschließend wird die Exzenterscheibe 20 so bewegt, dass der schmalere Abschnitt 25 um den Schaft der Schraube 40 gelegt wird.
  • Zur Ausrichtung der Position der Montageplatte 11 relativ zu der Schraube 40 kann die Exzenterscheibe 20 nun gedreht oder verschoben werden. Für eine Drehbewegung wird ein Werkzeug in die Werkzeugaufnahme 24 gesteckt und die Exzenterscheibe 20 dann gedreht, so dass eine Höhenverstellung vorgenommen werden kann, wie dies beispielsweise die beiden Positionen der Figuren 5A und 5C zeigen.
  • Zudem ist es auch möglich, die Exzenterscheibe 20 nur relativ zu der Montageplatte 11 zu verschieben, so wie dies die unterschiedlichen Positionen der Figuren 5A bis 5C zeigen.
  • In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Öffnung 23 in der Exzenterscheibe 20 so ausgebildet, dass ein breiterer Abschnitt zum Durchführen des Schraubenkopfes dient und ein schmalerer Abschnitt eine Aufnahme für den Schaft der Schraube 40 bildet. Eine solche Aufnahme ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich, denn die Exzenterscheibe 20 kann an dem Rand der Öffnung 23 auch durch Gewichtskräfte an dem Schaft der Schraube 40 gehalten sein. Zudem können am Rand der Öffnung 23 Vertiefungen ausgebildet sein, um ein Verrasten des Schaftes der Schraube 40 in der Öffnung 23 zu gewährleisten.
  • In den Figuren 6A bis 6C ist ein weiterer Beschlag 10 gezeigt, der wie beim vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel eine Montageplatte 11 und eine winklig dazu integral ausgebildete Befestigungsplatte 12 aufweist. In der Montageplatte 11 ist eine Aussparung 14 als Langloch ausgebildet, bei der ein umgebogener Rand 15 vorgesehen ist. Die Montageplatte 11 entspricht in der Form dem vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel.
  • An der Aussparung 14 ist eine modifizierte Exzenterscheibe 20' montierbar, die einen ringförmigen Rand 21' aufweist, der einen geringeren Durchmesser besitzt als ein ringförmiger Flanschabschnitt 22'. Dadurch ist die Exzenterscheibe 20' stufenförmig ausgebildet, wobei der ringförmige Rand 21' auf dem umgebogenen Rand 15 an der Aussparung 14 auflegbar ist. Der hervorstehende Flanschabschnitt 22' liegt stirnseitig an dem umgebogenen Rand 15 an.
  • Die Exzenterscheibe 20' umfasst außermittig eine Öffnung 23', die zur Aufnahme eines Schaftes einer Schraube 40' dient. Die Öffnung 23' weist einen nach außen offenen Kanal 25' auf, der dieselbe Breite besitzt wie der Durchmesser der Öffnung 23'. An der Öffnung 23' ist eine gestufte Aufnahme 26' ausgebildet, so dass ein Kopf der Schraube 40' in die Aufnahme 26' aufgenommen werden kann. Die Aufnahme 26' ermöglicht eine Führung der Exzenterscheibe 20' bei einer Drehbewegung. Zudem wird die Exzenterscheibe 20' gegen ein Herabfallen bei der Montage gesichert.
  • Ferner ist an der Exzenterscheibe 20' eine Werkzeugaufnahme 24' in Form eines kreuzförmigen Schlitzes ausgebildet.
  • Wie in den Figuren 7A und 7B zu sehen ist, wird für die Montage zunächst eine Schraube 40' an einer Wand befestigt. Anschließend wird der an dem Möbelkorpus 1 montierte Beschlag 10 mit der Aussparung 14 über die Schraube 40' gesteckt, wobei der Schraubenkopf 40' beabstandet von der Wand angeordnet ist. Anschließend wird die Exzenterscheibe 20' in die Aussparung 14 gesteckt, so dass der ringförmige Rand 21' zur Anlage auf dem umgebogenen Rand 15 kommt. Ferner wird der Schaft der Schraube 40' über den Kanal 25' in die Öffnung 23' eingeschoben, so dass die in Figur 7B gezeigte Position erreicht wird.
  • Für eine Höhenverstellung nach unten wird entsprechend 7C die Exzenterscheibe 20' gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, so dass die Schraube 40' nun in einem oberen Bereich der Aussparung 14 angeordnet ist. Dadurch bewegt sich die Montageplatte 11 relativ zu der Schraube 40' nach unten.
  • Bei einer Höhenverstellung nach oben wird entsprechend Figur 7D die Exzenterscheibe 20' im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, so dass die Schraube 40' in einem unteren Bereich der Aussparung 14 angeordnet ist. Entsprechend bewegt sich die Montageplatte 11 und der daran befestigte Wandschrank relativ zu der Schraube 40' nach oben.
  • In den Figuren 8A bis 8C ist eine gegenüber dem vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel modifizierte Ausführungsform eines Beschlages gezeigt, bei dem eine Montageplatte 11' eine Aussparung 14 umfasst, die einen umgebogenen Rand 15' aufweist. An dem Rand 15' sind Profilierungen 15" in Form von Aussparungen oder Einprägungen vorgesehen, die in Eingriff mit entsprechenden Profilierungen 20"' an einer Exzenterscheibe 20" gebracht werden können. Dadurch wird eine drehfeste Verbindung zwischen der Exzenterscheibe 20" und dem Rand 15' der Montageplatte 11' erhalten.
  • Die Exzenterscheibe 20" umfasst wie bei dem vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel eine Öffnung 23' mit einem nach außen offenen Kanal 25', so dass die Montage ansonsten gleich ist. Durch die Profilierungen 15" und 20"' kann auch ein Verrasten in vorbestimmten Positionen erreicht werden.
  • Die Aufnahme 26' für den Schraubenkopf kann auch bei den anderen gezeigten Ausführungsbeispielen an den Exzenterscheiben 20 und 20" ausgebildet sein.

Claims (14)

  1. Beschlag (10), insbesondere zur Montage von Wandschränken, mit einer Montageplatte (11), an der eine Aussparung (14) vorgesehen ist, in die eine Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") mit einer Öffnung (23, 23') eingesteckt ist, wobei eine Schraube (40) die Öffnung (23, 23') durchgreift, wobei die Öffnung (23, 23') an der Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") so ausgebildet ist, dass die Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") auf den Schaft einer an einer Wand montierten Schraube (40, 40') mit einem Schraubenkopf aufsteckbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Drehen der Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") eine Höhen- und Seitenverstellung der Montageplatte (11) relativ zu der Schraube (40, 40') durchführbar ist, wobei die Aussparung (14) in der Montageplatte (11) als Langloch ausgebildet ist.
  2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (23, 23') exzentrisch zu einem Mittelpunkt eines ringförmigen Rands (21, 21') der Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") angeordnet ist.
  3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (23) einen verbreiterten Abschnitt (26) zum Durchführen eines Schraubenkopfes und einen schmaleren Abschnitt (25) zur Aufnahme eines Schaftes einer Schraube (40) aufweist.
  4. Beschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schmalere Abschnitt (25) zur Aufnahme des Schaftes außermittig an der Exzenterscheibe (20) angeordnet ist.
  5. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterscheibe (20', 20") eine Öffnung (23') aufweist, die einen zur Außenseite hin offenen Kanal (25') aufweist.
  6. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") und/oder der Rand (15, 15') mit Profilierungen (15", 20'") versehen ist.
  7. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") eine Werkzeugaufnahme (24, 24') für den Eingriff mit einem Werkzeug, vorzugsweise einem Schraubendreher, aufweist.
  8. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") einen ringförmigen Rand (21, 21') aufweist, der in die Aussparung (14) an der Montageplatte (11) eingesteckt ist, und einen Flanschabschnitt (22, 22') umfasst, der radial nach außen über den ringförmigen Rand (21, 21') hervorsteht.
  9. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Rand (21, 21') an seiner Außenseite eine Riffelung aufweist und zumindest an gegenüberliegenden Seiten an einem Rand (15, 15') der Aussparung (14) anliegt.
  10. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (11) durch Biegen und Stanzen eines Metallbleches hergestellt ist und ein Rand (15, 15') der Aussparung (14) als umgebogener Vorsprung ausgebildet ist.
  11. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (11) als Bestandteil eines Montagewinkels ausgebildet ist.
  12. Beschlag nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagewinkel an einer Innenwand eines Möbelkorpus montierbar ist.
  13. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterscheibe (20, 20', 20") als Gussteil aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  14. Wandschrank, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wandschrank über mindestens zwei Beschläge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche an einer Wand hängend festgelegt ist.
