Definitions
- the invention relates to a towed piste working device, in particular a snow piste processing device, with a finisher arrangement consisting of elastically yielding material at least in sections, which is provided with profilings on its underside facing the surface of a piste which, during a towed operation, introduce a profile drawing into the piste surface.
- Such towed snow grooming equipment is intended for rear snow blowers on snow groomers, but also for beach cleaning vehicles in which a beach surface is a corresponding track.
- the finisher arrangement is used to smooth and even out the cleaned by the beach cleaner sandy beach section.
- the finisher assembly is made of resilient material.
- the finisher assembly In order to leave a powder snowy, machined runway surface, the finisher assembly has obliquely aligned rows of nubs on its underside to the towing direction. The inclination of the rows of knobs avoids the creation of a ribbed surface of the runway. Instead, a powder snow-like surface is achieved.
- a rear attachment in the form of a rear tiller is well known.
- a finisher arrangement is provided on the rear side, which serves for smoothing and equalizing the snow surface previously processed by the rear tiller.
- the rear tiller including the finisher assembly is towed by the snowplow caterpillar.
- the finisher assembly rests on the entire width of the rear tiller on the machined snow surface and smoothes it.
- the finisher assembly is provided with profilings that extend over the entire width of the finisher assembly and impress a groove-shaped pattern in the snow surface during a corresponding towing process. The finisher assembly thus inevitably also assumes a compression of the snow surface previously processed by the tail mill.
- the object of the invention is to provide a hauled piste working device of the type mentioned that on the one hand can already recognize the already done processing of the piste surface and on the other hand allows a good use of the machined slope surface.
- the at least one first profiling section with larger Width is achieved an optically characteristic drawing for the smoothed and compacted by the finisher assembly runway surface. It is clearly visible to a viewer that this surface of the ski track provided with the characteristic profile drawing has already been processed. In addition, the wider profiling section in the drawing of the smoothed runway surface dominates the overall appearance of the runway surface, with the result that irregularities in the rest of the runway surface take a back seat. For the viewer, the image of the processed surface of the piste thus appears more perfect. Due to the fact that this first profiling section having a greater width has a smaller depth, the impression produced in the runway surface is lower than the impressions of the second profiling sections-with a corresponding trailing operation. In particular for snow piste surfaces, the wide sections of the profile drawing, which were produced by corresponding first profiling sections, thus do not affect skiers or snowboarders traveling on this piste surface.
- a plurality of rows of profiling sections are provided which are aligned in the trailing direction in a spaced-apart manner.
- This embodiment is particularly advantageous in an at least partially elastically yielding finisher arrangement.
- the sliding resistance of the finisher assembly is reduced by the plurality of spaced apart rows of profiling sections. Ensuring the alignment of the rows of profiling sections in succession ensures that the respective subsequent row of profiling sections dips into the impression drawing already produced by the row of profiling sections in front of it and thus further densifies and smoothes the already existing impression drawing.
- the at least one first profiling section has a width which is substantially twice as large as the width of a second profiling section. This embodiment is particularly advantageous for achieving the advantages of the invention.
- the at least one first profiling section in cross-section on a flat base portion which is flanked by opening side bevels. This results in the cross section of a trapezoidal impression by this at least one first profiling section, which ensures a characteristic impression drawing.
- the flat base section width dimensions between 20 and 30 mm.
- the flat, smooth upper side of the profiled impression produced in the runway surface is also optically strongly lifted off the profile impressions of the first profiling sections.
- a depth of each first profiling section is reduced by at least 10% compared to a depth of each second profiling section.
- the at least 10% reduction ensures that it is easy for skiers and snowboarders to follow the machined and contoured ski run surface.
- the reduction of the depth is not greater than a maximum of 25% of the depth of each second profiling section to avoid trough formation, which could have negative effects for skiers or snowboarders when driving on.
- the finisher assembly at the level of the first profiling sections on bump areas, the opposite to the first profiling sections from an upper side of the finisher assembly projecting upwards.
- This embodiment is particularly advantageous when the finisher assembly is made of a solid resilient plastic material.
- the bump areas opposite to the wide profiling sections ensure stiffening of the elastic plastic material in these areas and consequently a secure smoothing and compacting function even at the height of the wide profiling sections.
- a finisher assembly 1 according to Fig. 1 to 7 is used for compacting and smoothing snow surfaces S, which has been previously processed by a Heckfräs adopted a snowcat.
- the finisher assembly is arranged on the rear side on the rear grinder and is towed by the snow groomer together with the rear grinder.
- the rear tiller is held on a rear end of the snow groomer at the rear of the vehicle.
- a snowcat with such a tail mill and an associated finisher arrangement is used for the design and maintenance of ski and snowboard slopes in ski resorts.
- the finisher assembly extends across the full width of a corresponding tail mill and laterally beyond the tail mill.
- the finisher assembly 1 consists of a stable, but at least partially elastically yielding plastic material.
- the finisher arrangement In the area of its upper side, the finisher arrangement has a receiving groove for receiving corresponding cross members, which can exert compressive forces on the finisher arrangement 1 from above, in order to press the finisher arrangement 1 against the snow surface.
- the cross members are associated with a milling frame of the tail mill and can be hydraulically pressurized to produce the desired compacting pressure on the finisher assembly 1.
- the finisher arrangement 1 is provided on its underside with a total of three rows of profiling sections 3a, 3b, 3c which are arranged at a distance one behind the other. Based on Fig. 5 is recognizable that each row 3a to 3c two laterally spaced apart first profiling sections 5 and a plurality of identically designed to each other, second profiling sections 4, which are arranged between the two first profiling sections 5.
- the profiling sections 4 and 5 of each row 3a to 3c are aligned in the direction of towing in such a way that each lying in the towing direction row 3b, 3c in the impression of the preceding row 3a, 3b of the snow surface S dips.
- profiling sections 4 are designed identically to one another. As based on the Fig. 2 and 4 can be seen, the profiling sections 4 have a wedge-like shape with the cross section in each case an isosceles triangle.
- the first profiling sections 5, however, have a trapezoidal cross-section. For this purpose they are - seen in cross section - provided with a flat base portion 6, which is also horizontally aligned with horizontal snow surface in towing operation. At this flat base portion 6 close to both sides outwardly inclined wall portions 7, which flank each base portion 6 on opposite sides.
- These oblique wall sections 7 merge directly into the profiled sections 4, which are triangular in cross-section, each of which has leg sections 8 inclined at 45 ° to the horizontal in cross section.
- the oblique wall sections 7 are aligned at a smaller angle relative to the horizontal.
- the first profiling sections 5 form profile impressions S 1 in the snow surface S.
- the second profiling sections 4 form profile impressions S 2 in the smoothed and compacted snow surface S.
- each profile footprint S 1 of the snow surface S has a lower height than each profiled section 4 generated by the profiling sections S 2 in the snow surface S.
- the top of the finisher assembly 1 is provided at the height of the two wide profiling sections 5 in the direction of towing, web-like humps 9, which are integrally formed from the top of the finisher assembly 1. These bumps 9 serve to stiffen the finisher assembly 1 in the end region of the finisher assembly 1, as shown in FIG Fig. 6 and 7 is recognizable.

Abstract
