Claims (15)

  1. Ensemble de coupe comprenant au moins un couteau annulaire (1) associé respectivement à au moins une plaque à trous, en particulier pour l'emploi dans des systèmes de coupe de machines destinées à fragmenter des matières premières d'origine naturelle, de préférence dans des hachoirs à viande ou similaires,
    dans lequel une bague d'écartement (2) est associée à la bague extérieure fermée (3) du couteau annulaire (1), bague qui, à titre d'élément d'écartement entre des plaques à trous voisines ou à titre de surface annulaire de soutien en remplacement de plaque à trous, définit un espace de protection de couteau dans lequel tourne le couteau annulaire (1) en coopérant avec au moins une plaque à trous stationnaire,
    caractérisé en ce que
    en supplément à au moins une paire de premières surfaces de soutien (4, 5) prévue entre la bague d'écartement (2) et la bague extérieure (3) et encaissant des forces axiales, soit il est prévu au moins une autre paire de surfaces de soutien entre des zones radialement intérieures du couteau annulaire (1) et une plaque à trou adjacente, soit la paire de surfaces (4, 5) efficace pour encaisser des forces axiales entre la bague extérieure (3) du couteau annulaire et la bague d'écartement (2) est réalisée sous forme de paire à effet d'usure pour le réajustement des lames.
  2. Ensemble de coupe selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, à titre d'autre paire de surfaces de soutien, une bague de soutien intérieure (9), voisine de la zone de moyeu (6), sur le couteau annulaire (1), laquelle coopère avec la surface d'une plaque à trou adjacente.

    caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de soutien associées aux lames de couteau (12) sont agencées de manière intégrée à titre d'éléments de soutien surfaciques (10) dans la plage d'approximativement la moitié de l'envergure des lames entre la zone de moyeu (6) et la bague extérieure (3) sur le corps de base (16) du couteau et/ou dans la lame respective (11), sans présenter d'effet de coupe.
  6. Ensemble de coupe selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que les éléments de soutien surfaciques (16) sont conformés sur la région postérieure traînée des lames, et sont de préférence conçus sous forme circulaire partielle ou sous forme de demi-cercle.
  7. Ensemble de coupe selon la revendication 1,
