  • the separation properties of a separation unit so equipped are set.
  • the separation unit has openings, these are conveniently arranged in one plane. Due to this arrangement, particle blockages in the separation unit are avoided since only a single separation process takes place.
  • an adjustment device for the separation dimension is provided on the mobile device. This makes it possible to adapt the mobile device the respective circumstances on the artificial turf pitch immediately and at short notice, because the adjuster is always available on the device because it moves with it.
  • a brush rotating about an axis to be provided as the removal device.
  • a corresponding extraction system can also be used as the removal device, which sucks particles and contents resting on the artificial turf area, similar to a vacuum cleaner.
  • the brush has, for example bristles, which intervene due to the rotating movement between the blades of the artificial turf and thus sweep the contents including particles.
  • the axis of rotation is preferably parallel to the plane of the artificial turf, usually oriented horizontally.
  • a brush with bristles In addition to the realization of a brush with bristles but also a variant is provided according to the invention, according to which on the brush according to individual massive tines are arranged, which optionally cooperate in combination with a bristle brush.
  • the tines may optionally have a slightly greater length and thus engage more deeply in the interspersed in the artificial turf product and this loosen up accordingly. It is then possibly a lesser part with also turned out, but there is also a loosening of the interspersed filling in artificial turf.
  • a number of operations are carried out with one machining operation, that is to say once the entire lawn has been driven off, namely a removal of dirt particles and other particles, ie a cleaning of the space, optionally also a cleaning of the swept filling material, connected with a Loosening of the non-swept filling and at the same time raising the blades of the artificial turf.
  • a height adjustment of the removal device is provided according to the invention, whereby the effectiveness range of the removal device can be adjusted.
  • the height adjustment usually acts at right angles to the artificial turf pitch and ultimately determines the penetration depth of the removal device, for example, in the embodiment of the removal device as a rotating brush (possibly also with tines), up to which level the bristles of the brush particles and contents from the lawn.
  • the separation unit is designed as a double screen, with a first and a second arranged parallel thereto, the first relatively movable second sieve, wherein the sieves each having a plurality of sieve openings and the sieve openings arranged one above the other openings of the Form separation unit.
  • the two screens used in the twin-wire are designed identically and to a certain extent relative to each other relatively movable, for example by the adjustment.
  • both screens are for Example in opposite directions to each other movable.
  • both screens are oriented parallel to each other, this does not exclude an arrangement in which these two screens also include a small angle to each other. This too is still covered by the term "parallel”.
  • a possible parallel arrangement is chosen to avoid jamming of the contents to be screened due to the bending between the two screens.
  • An advantage of this embodiment with the screens according to the invention lies in the fact that it is very easy to solve and extremely effective.
  • the screen openings are rectangular or square and the sliding movement between the two screens is diagonal thereto.
  • a square configuration of the sieve opening which is located in many ways on the respective sieves, sought, since in a simple manner, as proposed, the edge length of the sieve opening can be reduced or changed in both directions similar. If the displacement movement, As described, in the diagonal direction of a square, the second sieve under the first sieve emerges in a proportionately similar manner and the webs of the second sieve similarly reduce the sieve opening of the first sieve to a resulting opening of the separation unit. Such an arrangement therefore ensures a similar adjustability of the separation unit with high quality of the separation result.
  • the invention is provided to use rectangular sieve openings instead of square sieve openings formed. It should be noted that the invention is basically usable even with polygonal screen openings. Also round screen openings and so on are used, with such forms of screen opening a reduction in the size of the separation may not result in a uniform reduction as in a square configuration of the screen opening.
  • a slider or a thumbwheel is provided as an adjustment, the operation of which acts on the relative position of the two screens.
  • the adjustment device optionally has a corresponding determination of the slider or setting wheel, so that once selected separation size does not change automatically again.
  • the adjustment device is also equipped with a corresponding display in order to display the currently used degree of separation to the user. This can be done in a simple manner by appropriately mechanically moving hands and the like.
  • Both the removal device, as well as the separation unit extend skillfully over the entire width of the mobile device in order to achieve the highest possible degree of coverage and thus to provide the largest possible processing width available.
  • the result of this is that, under certain circumstances, a relatively high flow of expanded product has reached the separating unit, which has to be guided over the separating unit extending in the direction of travel.
  • the separation unit has a transport arrangement for the contents to provide within the device according to the invention for a corresponding further transport of the contents.
  • the transport arrangement is realized in such a way that the filling material removed at the removal device arranged in front in the direction of travel is treated accordingly on the separation unit following in the direction of travel and is immediately re-installed into the space after the separation unit, if possible at the location it was expanded. It is therefore cleverly provided, if appropriate, a control or control for the speed of the filling material by the transport arrangement in the separation unit.
  • the twin wire is inclined at an acute angle, such that the collecting area located in front in the direction of travel is higher than the end area of the twin wire. It results in such a way and in einfaeher Way a transport arrangement for the contents, since this runs on the forming inclined plane.
  • an angle of inclination relative to the horizontal of approximately 1 ° to 15 °, in particular approximately 3 ° to 9 ° is provided.
  • an inclination angle of about 5 ° is selected.
  • the inclined arrangement of the twin wire but also helps that on the screen approaching product as evenly as possible to distribute the width, but also in the direction of travel. In this way, in particular, it is achieved that the most uniform possible installation of the previously removed and then cleaned filling material is achieved.
  • the transport arrangement is realized by a trained as a vibrating screen twin wire.
  • a vibrating screen twin wire By shaking or vibrating the twin wire transporting is already achieved when this vertical movement is done namely with an inclined double screen.
  • the configured as bulk material sand, rubber granules or other pourable goods
  • dance downright on the twin wire are transported due to the inclined position of the higher to the lower area.
  • the contents gradually falls through the openings of the screen, but the particles to be filtered out are transported by the shaking movement in the lower end of the separation unit.
  • an eccentric drive is provided for the shaker screen. Due to the eccentric drive not only a high spin (only a vertical movement) of the contents is achieved, but the eccentric movement also includes a horizontal component of movement. It thus results in a high and back-to-move the product-to-be-separated mixture to be separated.
  • the arrangement is chosen so that in the end of the screen, so at the lowest point of the screen, actually only a vertical movement is observed.
  • another transport movement usually no longer necessary, since then other mechanisms take effect.
  • the particles are separated from the contents according to the set separation size, for example, the grain size or the Siebbies.
  • the contents fall through, for example, by the inventively provided double screen down and is immediately reinstalled in the artificial turf by falling through the bottom open double screen directly on the floor.
  • the invention is not limited to the fact that the contents after the separation unit immediately falls back into the artificial turf pitch, as provided in a first variant of the invention, but it is also possible to dissipate the so treated (because separate) contents in such a container or to reinstall at a later date.
  • a corresponding delivery option must also be provided for the particles separated from the contents.
  • one or more conveying units are provided for this purpose, which convey the particles after the separating unit, in particular into a collecting area.
  • the particles usually corresponding dirt particles, paper, bags, but also leaves, etc., just what can rest on a sports field or artificial turf are collected accordingly in a collection area.

  • both groups of conveyors are combined with each other and, for example, first a transverse conveying (transverse to the direction of travel of the movable device) and afterwards a corresponding suction are combined.
  • a level indicator is provided by present in the separation unit filling material.
  • a fill level indicator is preferably arranged, for example, at the end of the twin-wire, so as to indicate when too much filling material accumulates in the mobile device. In such a situation, the speed of travel of the device relative to the ground is then too high and therefore to be reduced in order to allow sufficient time for the product to be cleaned to fall back to the ground through the twin-wire screen.
  • the arrangement is to be operated so that the flow of material picked up by the removal device and the flow of product cleaned by the separation unit are the same.
  • a central drive for the rotation of the brush, the conveyor and / or the transport arrangement is provided.
  • the mobile device is towed by a separate vehicle, for example a towing vehicle, a tractor or the like.

  • the circle of the brush 10 is slightly opposite the turf surface characterized by the connections of the tires 21,22. This engagement of the brush 10 in the artificial turf makes it possible to sweep out correspondingly discharged there from him contents. Due to the adjustability of the altitude by means of the height adjustment 12, this can be varied.
  • the direction of rotation of the brush 10 is, for example, here in the clockwise direction, whereby it follows that the lower portion of the brush, which engages in the artificial turf, in the same direction as the direction of travel 20. Filled out of the artificial turf with particulate particles is from the Brush transported in the upper region of the housing 23 and conveyed into the collecting area 33 of a downstream in the direction of travel 20 of the removal device 1 separation unit.
  • the separation unit 3 consists of a tilted double screen 30, the front fifth is provided approximately as a collecting area 33.
  • This adjustment flap 34 is pivotable about a horizontal axis and extends over the entire width of the housing 23 or the movable device 2. This results in the possibility to adjust the size of the collecting area (that is, the longitudinal extent seen in the direction of travel). The position of the adjustment flap 34 thus ultimately determines the point of impact of the product conveyed by the brush 10 into the separation unit 3.
