Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile device for removing product from a surface, wherein the device comprises a removal device and a suction device with a filter element.
- Sports fields and here preferably sports grounds with an artificial turf, have an introduced into the artificial turf covering filling material that influences the characteristics of the artificial turf or determines and adapts to the respective sports to be performed on the sports field.
- Over time accumulate on the surface, and in particular on the artificial grass pitch, impurities and other particles, such as dusts, which combine with the contents and thereby adversely affect the characteristics of the sports field. It is therefore intended to remove the contents at regular intervals from the artificial turf pitch, rid of particles and adhering dirt and then bring back into the sports field.
- the document DE 44 08 247 A1 shows a cleaning device for sports flooring with litter, preferably in the form of sand, which is designed such that hardened or encrusted surface layers can be broken so that the brush roller can penetrate. In addition, it should be possible that a wet surface layer is replaced by a dry layer.
- the cleaning device furthermore has a sieve for screening out larger foreign particles than the grain sizes of the litter.
- the document DE 88 04 130 shows a machine for cleaning artificial turf with a collection box designed as a sieve. Heavier particles of sand and granules fall back onto the sieve and through the sieve onto the artificial turf. Lighter impurities are taken along by the air flow and deposited in the filter.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a mobile device of the type mentioned, which has a higher compared to known from the prior art devices availability, ie lower maintenance times.
- the invention is based on a mobile device, as described above, and suggests that the filter element is designed to be self-cleaning. Due to the self-cleaning design of the filter element, the maintenance and cleaning intervals of the device are extended. In addition, filters must be replaced less frequently. Overall, these measures lead to a reduced service life of the device and increase its operational readiness and availability. With the linkage of the service life and the reduced maintenance costs due to less frequent filter changes, a significant increase in the efficiency of the device and a faster armortization of the acquisition costs are ensured. The reduced maintenance costs less operating costs, which in turn contributes to financial relief of the operator of the device.
- the suction device sucks the particles directly from the surface, that is, for example, from a sports field or artificial turf, or is sucked into the device registered mixture of filling material and particles after entry into the device ,
- the proportion of particles is removed from the mixture, which has a lower density, a lower weight and thus
- Floating ability has. Only then can the extraction be ensured by means of air flow. At the same time the proportion of particles or particles can be selected via the strength of the air flow, which can / should be separated from the suction air flow by the filter or filter element provided in the suction device.
- a sieve is arranged, onto which the filling material, the adhering particles and other contaminants, which are transported by the removal device into the interior of the mobile device, are thrown.
- the sieve causes a separation of the contents of the other components of the mixture.
- a preferred embodiment of the device comprises a sieve which is arranged inclined in or against the direction of travel or oriented horizontally. Moreover, it is considered favorable if the sieve is detachably or firmly arranged in the device.
- the sieve in the device, this can be exchanged, if necessary, for a sieve with a correspondingly changed hole width, and the device can thus be adapted for use with different filling material.
- the sieve can also be exchanged for a plate and the device can then be used to remove the contents.
- the variably adjustable hole width is manually adjustable. This can be done for example via a lever arranged on the housing.
- the hole width automatically is adjustable.
- the device then corresponding actuators, such as actuators and / or a controller.
- the filter element is cylindrical, annular or substantially rectangular.
- a design of the filter element allows a variety of design options for accommodating the filter element in the mobile device.
- the design of the filter element is as a cartridge or as a completely removable capsule.
- an exchange of the filter element must take place at corresponding time intervals.
- the filter element is designed separable, so that after disassembly, only the filter medium can be removed from the filter element and replaced. This leads to a further reduction in maintenance costs and waste.
- the filter element is designed so that it can be subjected to vibration.
- vibration is imparted via a drive unit of the mobile device or a separate drive unit for vibrational loading in the Device is provided.
- the vibration application may also be mediated via a main drive of the mobile device. This separate drive can be made smaller in relation to the main drive or be coupled via a transmission to the main drive.
- the separate drive is powered by its own energy source.
- an electric motor for the vibration loading of the filter element may be provided, while the main drive of the device comprises an internal combustion engine.
- an eccentrically acting on the filter element, connected to the drive or the main drive lever is provided for Vibrationsbeaufschlagung. Due to the eccentric arrangement, the vibration of the filter element takes place without an uneven load of the main drive.
- a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention provides that a centrifugal separator is arranged upstream of the filter element.
- the centrifugal separator can have a separate collecting area for the separated particles.
- the separated particles from the centrifugal separator are passed directly into a silo, which is provided in the device.
- a screen disposed in the device which is a conveyance into the device registered large-volume or large-scale contamination causes silo out.
- the Vibrationsbeetzwegung of the screen can also be done via an eccentrically articulated on a rotating filter element deflecting lever. The vibration impact of the screen is thus independent of the main drive of the device, which brings a significantly reduced load on the main drive and increased smoothness of the device with it.
- the suction device has a control for the suction air flow or a corresponding control of the suction device is assigned.
- a reversal of the flow direction can be achieved and the suction air flow can thus be introduced into the filter element in order to blow it out.
- the introduction of the suction air flow into the filter element can take place periodically and thus the blow-out of particles from the filter, in the manner of a known from the fluid filter technique "back-flushing process" take place. It is provided that the air flow is further guided via corresponding flaps, which are provided in the suction device. Through these flaps, a closure of the outlet opening for the suction air flow in the regular operation of the device can be performed.
- the filter element which is in particular cylindrical or annular, is arranged on or on a first axis of rotation of the device. It is possible that the axis of rotation is arranged as a continuous axis in the device, or arranged as a two-part stub axle on two sides of the device or at two ends of the filter element.
- the filter element which, as previously shown, can also be designed as a capsule or cartridge, is plugged onto the rotation axis or pushed onto it.
- the device has a cover surface or at least one side surface, which is designed to be completely or partially detachable from the device. As a result, access to the filter element is ensured and this can be removed very quickly and easily from the device.
- the filter element extends over the entire width of the device. As a result, it is achieved that the exhaust air flow also impinges on the filter element distributed over the entire width of the device. As a result, fewer particle conglomerates are formed on only one side or in only one area of the filter element.
- the filter element extends only over part of the width of the device and is arranged, for example, in a separate housing provided in the housing of the device. It also proves to be advantageous if the filter element has a first, rotating section, which performs a prefiltration of the suction air flow and deposits coarse components from the suction air flow.
- the correspondingly pretreated suction air flow then impinges in a fixed second region of the filter element, where it is freed from the substantially smaller particles which are still present in the pre-filtered air flow.
- only the rotating area may be self-cleaning, while the fixed portion of the filter element is replaced regularly.
- the rotating part is cleaned due to the centrifugal force acting on the deposited particles, while the fixed part is formed to be vibrated, for example.
- a guide channel is provided for the suction air flow. Via a corresponding guide channel, which may be formed as a rail or pipe, the suction air flow will be selectively brought to the filter. It is then possible to use smaller filters. Also advantageous is the use of a guide channel in the already proposed cleaning of the filter by blowing, because here on the one hand, a directed impact of the air flow can be ensured on the filter element and on the other hand, the exiting particles are directed away from the filter.
- a further embodiment of the device according to the invention provides that the filter element is arranged pivotably in the device. By pivoting the filter element this can be pivoted into the exhaust air flow or swung out of this. About this possibility of inclusion or swinging it is achieved that the filter element is applied only periodically with the suction air flow.
- the mobile device is suitable, for example, for use in rooms, since here the dust load of the extracted air must be significantly reduced, while in an extraction of outdoor areas, the emerging from the device exhaust air may have a higher dust load.
- the pivoting of the filter element is performed automatically or manually. Again, it makes sense to provide appropriate operating lever on the device or insert menu items in an automatic device control that control the automated pivoting of the filter element via respective actuators.
- the device according to the invention has various areas of use. Along with this, the filling material which has been introduced or sucked into the device and the particles loading the filling material are designed differently.
- a plurality of exchangeable filter media is used, from which the filter element can be formed.
- cotton, polyester fleece, polypropylene or cellulose for example, can be used as the filter medium. Since these are flexible materials, a corresponding folding of the filter medium can be carried out particularly easily and thus the effective filter surface can be significantly increased.
- the filter In addition to the use of a flexible filter medium, it is also possible to form the filter of a ceramic or ceramic-like material or of metal. In addition, the various filter media can also be processed into fabrics or mats, wherein the corresponding fabrics or mats are formed from one or more of the filter media.
- a suitable filter medium it is also possible to equip the filter medium or the filter element with a surface coating, which on the one hand represents an adaptation to the cleaning environment, on the other hand also supports the self-cleaning of the filter element.
- Suitable coatings here are in particular a moisture-resistant, an antistatic or an anti-adhesive coating. In this case, in particular the antistatic and the anti-adhesive coating causes particles which are brought to the filter element in the exhaust air flow, fall out of the filter element after the end of the Saugbeetzschung and thus do not pollute or pollute.
- the filter element is designed to be dismantled and an exchange of the filter medium can be carried out in an installed state of the filter element. It is considered favorable in this context if only part of the filter element is removed and thus releases the filter medium. It may then be the replacement of the filter medium, with the result that the maintenance and repair of the filter element can be performed much faster and the costs associated with maintenance can be reduced.
- a stripping element which engages or engages the filter element.
- a vibration or pressurization of the filter element and caking or accumulation of particles or filter cake on the filter medium are so dissolved and removed from the filter element.
- the particles or filter cake dissolved by the wiping element fall out of the filter element and into the device.
- suitable conveying or guiding devices that accomplish a transport of the particles into a collecting device, such as a silo. It is considered favorable if the wiping element is designed as a strip arranged essentially transversely to the direction of travel of the device or parallel to the first axis of rotation or a longitudinal axis of the filter element.
- the stripping element has one or more fingers, bolts or pins which engage in the filter element or act on this concern and the filter element so. Due to the design of the stripping element as a bar, the highest possible loading of the filter element can be done since the strip can be designed so that it engages over the entire length of the filter element at this, rests or projects into this.
- the stripping element is preferably designed such that it continuously engages or engages the filter element.
- only intermittent engagement of the stripping takes place, for example, in connection with cleaning cycles or within appropriate time intervals during use of the device. It is thus carried out on the stripping a continuous or periodic pressure or vibration of the filter element.
- a manual or automatic control is provided for the engagement or attack of the stripping on or in the filter element.
- this control which may be formed, for example, as a pivoting lever, or as a hydraulic or pneumatic element or has corresponding servomotors, an on-demand loading of the filter element is possible.
- the connection or disconnection of the stripping also reduces the stress of the filter medium by the on or attacking stripping and in turn increases the service life of the entire filter element.
- the filter element has a lamellar filter medium which is arranged, for example, annularly or radially about an axis of rotation
- an embodiment of the invention which is regarded as advantageous provides that the wiping element intervenes between two lamellae of the rotating filter element and the lower lamella of the upper lamella in the direction of rotation spreads in cooperation with the rotation of the filter element.
- the splayed lamina dissolves after continued rotation of the filter element of the scraper and fast in Rotation. Due to this rapid movement of the blade and possibly by the collision with the next blade, a detachment of deposited on the blade particles or the filter cake and a cleaning of the filter medium. With continued rotation of the filter element so the cleaning of all slats takes place. Again, there is the possibility by periodic or continuous engaging the stripping perform a cleaning of the filter element.
- the cleaning of the filter element can take place at the same time.
- the cleaning which preferably takes place via a pressure or vibration loading of the filter element, can thus be carried out before, during or after the operation of the device.
- the time of cleaning can be taken into account when creating maintenance plans, for example.
- a development of the mobile device according to the invention which is regarded as favorable provides that a plate or rail projecting transversely to the direction of travel of the device, arranged in the exhaust air flow or protruding into the exhaust air flow, is provided with a baffle surface for at least a portion of the extracted particles.
- the plate or rail preferably has the baffle surface on a first side, while a baffle is provided on the side of the plate or rail opposite the baffle surface. This passes from the filter element falling or hurled particles to a silo or other catching device.
- the rail or plate thus has a dual function.
- the baffle surface not only serves to guide the suction air flow, but also causes the filling material components, contaminants and particles introduced into the device by the removal device to be guided onto a sieve arranged below the baffle surface.
- the baffle preferably has raised or upwardly curved side surfaces.
- the baffle is aligned with a silo or other receiving device for deposited from the filling dirt and particles out. The falling on the baffle, hurled or dissolved from the filter element particles or other ingredients are promoted by the baffle in the silo or the receiving device.
- the side surfaces are aligned with each other to extend. This orientation of the side surfaces causes a taper of the surface of the baffle on the silo or the collecting device. Thus, the transfer of the particles or of the particle mixture in the device is improved.
- a second axis of rotation which can be used to receive a roller, and in particular a brush roller.
- the second axis of rotation may have its own drive or be connected via a corresponding gear with a central drive of the device. If the device is not self-propelled but designed as a hitch, the connection can be made with a drive of the towing vehicle.
- the axis of rotation or the axes of rotation of the device can be used to vibrate the filter element or a screen arranged in the device.
- a reversing lever is provided, which is connected with its first end eccentrically with the first or second axis of rotation. The second end of the bell crank is attached to the screen or filter element disposed in the device.
- the reversing lever is substantially L-shaped and mounted pivotably in or against the direction of rotation in the device.
- a separate bearing can be used, but there is also the possibility that the reversing lever is rotatably mounted on a side surface of the guide plate.
- the reversing lever is either the vibration loading of the baffle, the screen or the filter element.
- the screen is additionally possible for the screen to be fastened to different positions of a leg of the reversing lever and thus to adjust its inclination.
- the amplitude of the vibration mediated by the reversing lever and thus the screening performance or the delivery rate of the device subject to vibration is also changed.
- favorable and advantageous from a constructive point of view is considered when at least one end of the reversing lever is connected via a coupling rod with the first or second axis of rotation. This results in the possibility that the lever must not be assigned directly to the corresponding axis of rotation, but can also be attached to a more or less freely selectable point of the device.
- the filter element or the guide plate in or on the axes of rotation of the device is in a favorable development of the device according to the invention also the possibility that a separate oscillating drive is provided for said elements. If such an oscillating drive, which can be designed, for example, as an unbalance motor, is arranged in the device, this results in the advantage that the other drive or the other drives of the device are not impaired by the vibration. In addition to the use of a separate oscillating drive, it is of course also possible to provide a common drive unit for the first and / or the second rotation axis and the vibration drive.
- a corresponding connection of the drive unit with the corresponding axes then takes place via a suitably designed gear, for example a belt drive and suitable deflection or transmission disks or wheels.
- the transmission can be conveniently designed as a gear, chain or belt transmission. It is considered advantageous if the transmission is arranged in a side region of the device and structurally separated from the rest, possibly contaminated area of the housing. This ensures that the transmission is not affected by the pollution and thereby increases the life of the transmission.
- the device As low is considered when the device is self-propelled or designed as a hitch to a tractor.
- an electric or internal combustion engine is provided as the main drive.
- This designed as the main drive of the device motor can then also be used to be coupled to the drive unit of the device.
- the corresponding vibration or rotational movement of the device parts, as already described above, is then carried out via this main drive.
- the device according to the invention preferably also has a removal device which picks up the contaminations or the contents which are deposited on the surface to be cleaned and transports them into the device.
- a roller is provided in the removal device, which may also be designed as a brush roller.
- the removal device can be adapted to the different substrates to be cleaned.
- an advantageous development of the device according to the invention has at least one Abstützrad that represents a relief of the roller and, if the Abstützrad is formed pivotally, also improves the steerability of the device.
- the device according to the invention has at least one fixed or movable broom.
- This broom works through the sieve falling contents in the cleaned or abraded surface. It is provided in this context that the broom of the roller is arranged downstream of the device in the direction of travel.
- the suction air flow is expediently discharged from the device. It is recommended in this case that an opening for discharging the suction air flow is provided on a cover surface or at least on a side surface of the device. Since the suction air flow has usually already been passed through the filter element before it has been discharged from the device, it has no or only a very low load of particles. A contamination of the environment or an impairment, for example, the operator of the device is thus prevented or reduced. It is considered favorable in this context if the suction air flow over the interior of the axis of rotation or the filter element or arranged on the axis of rotation filter element is guided.
- Fig. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of a mobile device 10, which comprises a removal device 11. With the mobile device 10 contents, dirt and other particles can be removed from a surface.
- the mobile device 10 is suitable for cleaning surfaces of any kind, even with a solid surface. However, it is considered to be particularly favorable if the mobile device 10 is used on a sports field and in this case preferably on an artificial grass pitch. Here, in addition to recording the contents of the artificial turf field and the renewed entry into the square, a cleaning of the properties of the artificial turf pitch influencing filling layer is performed.
- the mobile device 10 In its interior 14, the mobile device 10 has a guide plate 15. This guide plate 15 serves to guide through the removal device 11 in the mobile device 10 registered filling material, mixed with dirt and particles on a centrally disposed in the mobile device 10 sieve 16. The screen 16 extends over the entire width of the mobile device 10 and almost over its entire length.
- the screen 16 is arranged inclined in the mobile device 10 and has a counter to the direction of travel, which is indicated by the arrow A, aligned slope. At the rear end 12 of the wire 16 in the direction of travel, this opens into a silo 17, which receives the dirt and other particles not falling through the wire 16.
- the screen 16 is releasably disposed in the traveling device 10 and supported on respective projections 18.
- the projections 18 are designed such that they allow a vibration of the wire 16, but prevent slippage of the wire 16. In order to set the screen 16 in vibration, this is connected via a deflection lever 36 with a rotation axis 28.
- the silo 17 has a container 21 which can be removed from the mobile device 10 for emptying , To remove the container 21, a locking tab 22 is released and the container 21 is pulled out of the mobile device 10.
