Ski, en particulier ski de fond, comportant au moins un moyen destiné à empêcher le recul, comprenant un auxiliaire de montée ou de poussée (6, 6', 6"), qui peut être monté, si nécessaire, dans la partie centrale par rapport à la direction longitudinale du ski et qui comporte au moins un moyen anti-recul (4) de type peau ou poils ou de type profilé en écailles sur un élément de support (5) relativement résistant à la flexion et dimensionnellement stable, lequel est fixé de manière amovible, si nécessaire, dans un évidement (7) allongé, orienté dans la direction longitudinale du ski et ménagé dans la semelle (8) du ski, ledit élément de support (5) pouvant être inséré dans l'évidement (7) de manière mobile dans la direction verticale par rapport à la surface de base de l'évidement (7), caractérisé en ce que la face de l'élément de support (5), détournée du moyen anti-recul (4) de type peau ou poils ou de type profilé en écailles, comporte au moins une première surface (50, 50', 50") à action magnétique qui peut être amenée en attraction magnétique avec au moins une autre surface (51, 51', 51") à action magnétique sur le fond (11) de l'évidement (7) ou être amenée hors de l'attraction magnétique de celle-ci, ledit élément de support (5) étant réalisé de manière à pouvoir être comprimé ou raccourci élastiquement par rapport à sa direction longitudinale et, dans la position insérée dans l'évidement (7), étant poussé avec une précontrainte élastique contre une paroi (42, 42') au niveau d'au moins une extrémité frontale de l'évidement (7).
  2. Ski, en particulier ski de fond, comportant au moins un moyen destiné à empêcher le recul, comprenant un auxiliaire de montée ou de poussée (6, 6', 6"), qui peut être monté, si nécessaire, dans la partie centrale par rapport à la direction longitudinale du ski et qui comporte au moins un moyen anti-recul (4) de type peau ou poils ou de type profilé en écailles sur un élément de support (5) relativement résistant à la flexion et dimensionnellement stable, lequel est fixé de manière amovible, si nécessaire, dans un évidement (7) allongé, orienté dans la direction longitudinale du ski et ménagé dans la semelle (8) du ski, ledit élément de support (5) pouvant être inséré dans l'évidement (7) de manière mobile dans la direction verticale par rapport à la surface de base de l'évidement (7), caractérisé en ce que la face de l'élément de support (5), détournée du moyen anti-recul (4) de type peau ou poils ou de type profilé en écailles, comporte au moins une première surface adhésive ou agrippante (9) qui peut être amenée en contact ou en prise avec au moins une autre surface adhésive ou agrippante (10) sur le fond (11) de l'évidement (7) ou être amenée hors de contact ou hors de prise de celle-ci, ledit élément de support (5) étant réalisé de manière à pouvoir être comprimé ou raccourci élastiquement par rapport à sa direction longitudinale et, dans la position insérée dans l'évidement (7), étant poussé avec une précontrainte élastique contre une paroi (42, 42') au niveau d'au moins une extrémité frontale de l'évidement (7).
  3. Ski selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (5) peut être inséré dans l'évidement (7) sensiblement sans jeu par rapport à la direction longitudinale et transversale du ski.
  4. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une largeur (44) maximale de l'élément de support (5) à l'intérieur de ses différentes parties longitudinales correspond à une largeur intérieure (52) de l'évidement (7) à l'intérieur de ses parties longitudinales correspondantes, de telle sorte que l'élément de support (5) peut être inséré de manière mobile dans l'évidement (7) et peut être retiré de manière mobile hors de l'évidement (7).
  5. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (5) comporte une plaque de base (23) qui, dans au moins une partie d'extrémité par rapport à sa dimension longitudinale, comporte une paroi de délimitation (26, 27) formant un angle aigu avec le plan de la plaque ou comporte une saillie (28, 29) en forme de bloc ou de plaque.
  6. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (5) est réalisé en forme de cuve et comporte une plaque de fond (23) avec des parois (24-27) périphériques, entre lesquelles est logé le moyen anti-recul (4) de type peau ou poils ou de type profilé en écailles.
  7. Ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier élément agrippant (34) forme la première surface agrippante (9) et est collé, cousu, soudé ou riveté de manière permanente sur la face de l'élément de support (5), détournée du moyen anti-recul (4).
  8. Ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la première surface agrippante (9) est formée par un élément agrippant (34) en forme de bande, sur la face arrière duquel un élément de support (5) en matière plastique est déposé par projection par adhérence de matière et/ou par emboîtement.
  9. Ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que sur le fond (11) de l'évidement (7) est disposé un élément agrippant (35), dont la surface agrippante (10) est réalisée en correspondance avec la surface agrippante (9) sur l'élément de support (5).
  10. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie d'extrémité arrière, par rapport à la direction habituelle d'avancement - flèche (12) - du ski, de l'élément de support (5) forme au moins un bord transversal (14) qui, lorsque l'élément de support (5) est dans la position fixée dans l'évidement (7), forme au moins un bord de poussée (15) anti-recul par rapport à la face inférieure du ski.
  11. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, sur une coupe longitudinale du ski, la surface de l'élément de support (5), portant le moyen anti-recul (4), est orientée en angle par rapport à la semelle (8) du ski, de telle sorte qu'au moins un bord transversal (14) arrière, par rapport à la direction habituelle d'avancement - flèche (12) - du ski, de l'élément de support (5) ou du moyen anti-recul (4) forme un bord de poussée (15) anti-recul par rapport à la face inférieure du ski.
  12. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (5) est réalisé en forme de cale sur une coupe longitudinale.
  13. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un bord frontal (16) inférieur avant, par rapport à la direction habituelle d'avancement - flèche (12) - du ski, de l'élément de support (5) ou du moyen anti-recul (4) est situé plus près du noyau (40) du ski que le bord transversal (14) inférieur arrière de l'élément de support (5) ou du moyen anti-recul (4).
  14. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un bord transversal (14) arrière, par rapport à la direction habituelle d'avancement - flèche (12) - du ski, de l'élément de support (5) ou du moyen anti-recul (4) est en saillie par rapport à la semelle (8) et/ou une partie d'extrémité avant de l'élément de support (5) ou du moyen anti-recul (4) est en retrait par rapport à la semelle (8) vers le noyau (40) du ski, de telle sorte qu'il se forme au moins un bord de poussée (15, 17) anti-recul.
  15. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (7) est formé par un creux fraisé dont les dimensions spatiales correspondent sensiblement aux dimensions de l'élément de support (5).
  16. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond (11) de l'évidement (7) est formé par une couche d'écartement (39) qui est disposée entre une membrure inférieure (38) du ski, significative pour la résistance, et la face, orientée vers le noyau (40) du ski, d'un revêtement (41) formant la semelle (8).
  17. Ski selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'écartement (39) délimite un volume de réception de l'évidement (7), dans lequel des parties des parois latérales et des parois frontales (42, 42') de l'évidement (7) sont formées par la couche d'écartement (39).
  18. Ski selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'écartement (39), au moins à l'intérieur de la partie longitudinale du ski comportant l'évidement (7), a une largeur (43) qui correspond à la largeur du revêtement (41) de la semelle.
  19. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'élément de support (5) est dans la position écartée de l'évidement (7), la face de l'élément de support (5), détournée du moyen anti-recul (4), présente une courbure concave par rapport à la direction longitudinale dudit élément de support, ou en ce que l'élément de support (5) en forme de latte ou de plaque est réalisé avec une forme courbe dans la direction longitudinale.
  20. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (5), au niveau d'au moins une extrémité frontale, comporte un élément de compensation (28a) élastiquement flexible ou est réalisé en lui-même de manière élastiquement flexible.
  21. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (5), au niveau d'au moins une extrémité frontale, comporte une saillie (45, 46) ou un évidement qui peuvent être amenés en prise par emboîtement avec au moins un creux (47, 48) correspondant ou, respectivement, avec au moins une saillie correspondante dans l'évidement (7) ou être amené hors de prise de ceux-ci.
  22. Ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une première surface (50) à action magnétique et l'autre surface (51) à action magnétique sont formées par au moins deux aimants permanents (53, 53a) pouvant être amenés en attraction magnétique ou, en alternative, par au moins un aimant permanent (53, 53', 53") et au moins un matériau ou élément (54, 54', 54") ferromagnétique pouvant être amenés en attraction magnétique.
  23. Ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première surface (50, 50', 50") à action magnétique sur l'élément de support (5) est formée par au moins un matériau ou élément (54, 54', 54") ferromagnétique sur la face de l'élément de support (5), détournée du moyen anti-recul (4), ou en ce que l'élément de support (5) pour le moyen anti-recul (4) est formé au moins en partie dans un matériau ferromagnétique, tel que du métal, ou dans une partie de tôle en forme de bande.
  24. Ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'autre surface (51, 51', 51") à action magnétique est formée par au moins un aimant permanent (53, 53', 53") qui est fixé sur le fond (11) de l'évidement (7) ou est enfoncé pratiquement à fleur dans le fond (11) de l'évidement (7) et y est fixé.
  25. Ski selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une surface agrippante (9, 10) s'étend uniquement sur des parties de l'élément de support (5) et/ou sur la surface de base de l'évidement (7) du côté ski.
  26. Ski selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la première surface adhésive est formée par une couche adhésive réalisée dans une colle non durcissante à action adhésive permanente.
  27. Ski selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'autre surface adhésive sur le fond (11) de l'évidement (7) du côté ski est formée par une surface de base en matière plastique de l'évidement (7).
  28. Ski selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'auxiliaire de montée ou de poussée (6, 6', 6") est réalisé pour pouvoir tourner sur 180° par rapport à un axe orienté perpendiculairement à la face inférieure dudit auxiliaire, de telle sorte qu'une partie d'extrémité déterminée de l'auxiliaire de montée ou de poussée (6, 6', 6") constitue au choix l'extrémité avant ou l'extrémité arrière de l'auxiliaire de montée ou de poussée (6, 6', 6") par rapport à la direction habituelle d'avancement - flèche (12) - du ski et, de ce fait, l'action anti-recul de l'auxiliaire de montée ou de poussée (6, 6', 6") peut, au choix, être activée et désactivée ou atténuée.
