Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif (1) d'étiquetage de contenants, comprenant une unité de stockage (2) ayant reçu un stock de matériau d'étiquette (10), un système d'étiquetage (8) qui est agencé en aval de l'unité de stockage dans le sens de transport (T) du matériau d'étiquette et qui applique le matériau d'étiquette (10) sur les contenants, et un système d'impression (6), lequel imprime le matériau d'étiquette (10) avec une impression, dans lequel le système d'impression (6) est agencé dans le sens de transport (T) du matériau d'étiquette (10) entre l'unité de stockage (2) et le système d'étiquetage (8), et est espacé du système d'étiquetage (8) dans le sens de transport (T) du matériau d'étiquette (10), le dispositif (1) comprenant un système tampon (12) pour les étiquettes (10) et apte à recevoir une longueur variable du matériau d'étiquette (10), ce système tampon (12) étant agencé entre l'unité de stockage (2) et le système d'étiquetage (8) dans le sens de transport (T) du matériau d'étiquette (10),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système tampon (12) comprend une pluralité d'arbres de renvoi (14, 15) supérieurs et inférieurs, autour desquels le matériau d'étiquette (10) est guidé, dans lequel l'ensemble complet des arbres de renvoi (14, 15) supérieurs et/ou inférieurs est mobile dans le sens vertical, dans lequel l'unité de stockage (2) peut être découplée par intermittence du système d'étiquetage (8) par rapport à leur vitesse de travail, dans lequel des différences de vitesse survenant lors de ce découplage par intermittence peuvent être interceptées par le système tampon (12), dans lequel un système de séchage (7) est prévu à la suite du système d'impression (6), afin de sécher le matériau d'étiquette ou les impressions appliquées dessus.
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système d'impression (6) est prévu en amont du système tampon (12) dans le sens de transport (T) du matériau d'étiquette (10).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système d'impression (6) comprend un élément d'impression à jet d'encre (16).
  4. Dispositif (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif (1) est conçu de telle sorte qu'un plan d'impression du matériau d'étiquette (10) se situe dans un plan horizontal entre l'unité de stockage (2) et le système tampon (12).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système d'impression (6) est agencé au-dessus du matériau d'étiquette (10).
  6. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments d'impression à jet d'encre (16) du système d'impression (6) sont agencés de telle sorte qu'un produit d'impression parvient de l'élément d'impression (16) au matériau d'étiquette (10) dans un sens vertical.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de stockage (2) comprend au moins deux unités de réception (18) pour le matériau d'étiquette (10).
  8. Dispositif (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système d'étiquetage (8) comprend au moins un système de séparation, lequel sépare des étiquettes auto-adhésives d'un matériau de support.
  9. Procédé d'application d'étiquettes sur des contenants, dans lequel le matériau d'étiquette (10) est prélevé d'une unité de stockage (2) ayant reçu un stock de matériau d'étiquette (10), ce matériau d'étiquette (10) étant amené à un système d'étiquetage (8) et le matériau d'étiquette étant appliqué sur les contenants, dans lequel un système d'impression (6) pourvoit le matériau d'étiquette (10) d'au moins une impression, dans lequel le système d'impression (6) pourvoit le matériau d'étiquette (10) de l'impression avant que le matériau d'étiquette (10) n'atteigne le système d'étiquetage (8), dans lequel le matériau d'étiquette (10) s'étend à travers un système tampon (12) et dans lequel la longueur du matériau d'étiquette (10) à l'intérieur du système tampon (12) est variable,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système tampon (12) comprend une pluralité d'arbres de renvoi (14, 15) supérieurs et inférieurs, autour desquels le matériau d'étiquette (10) est guidé, dans lequel l'ensemble complet des arbres de renvoi (14, 15) supérieurs et/ou inférieurs est mobile dans le sens vertical (P1), dans lequel l'unité de stockage (2) peut être découplée par intermittence du système d'étiquetage (8) par rapport à leur vitesse de travail, dans lequel des différences de vitesse survenant lors de ce découplage par intermittence sont interceptées par le système tampon (12), dans lequel un système de séchage (7) est prévu à la suite du système d'impression afin de sécher le matériau d'étiquette ou les impressions appliquées dessus.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système d'impression (6) pourvoit le matériau d'étiquette (10) de l'impression, avant que celui-ci n'atteigne le système tampon.
  11. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le matériau d'étiquette (10) est imprimé par le système d'impression (6) dans un sens vertical.
  12. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une indication de date est imprimée sur le matériau d'étiquette (10) par le système d'impression (6).
  13. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le matériau d'étiquette est pourvu par le système d'impression (6) d'une impression en couleur, en particulier multicolore.
