Definitions

  • a floor surface or even a piece of furniture, in particular a upholstered furniture are sucked off.
  • the user can move the vacuum cleaner along the floor surface.
  • wheels are mounted on the lower housing part, for example, two wheels and at least one pivotable about a vertical pivot axis steering wheel.
  • the suction unit arranged in the upper housing part which has an electric motor and a suction turbine, generates a negative pressure in the dirt collecting container, which is formed by the lower housing part, so that dirt particles can be sucked into the dirt collector via the suction hose, which can be connected to the suction inlet.
  • an electrical supply cable is used to supply the suction unit with electrical energy.
  • the electrical supply cable may have a length of over 10 meters, for example, a length of 15 meters, and also the suction hose is usually a considerable length, for example, a length of at least two meters.
  • the supply cable is usually wound up and held on the vacuum cleaner.
  • the suction hose can be fixed to the housing of the vacuum cleaner. If the vacuum cleaner is then put back into operation, it is cumbersome for the user in many cases to transfer the supply cable and the suction hose independently in a position of use. Often there is a risk that The supply cable and the suction hose get tangled together, making it more difficult to put the vacuum cleaner into service.
  • a vacuum cleaner with the features of the preamble of claim 1 includes a cable holder for storing a supply cable and also a hose holder for storing a suction hose.
  • the cable receptacle surrounds the upper housing part on the outside in the circumferential direction and the hose holder is arranged below the cable receptacle.
  • Object of the present invention is to develop a vacuum cleaner of the generic type such that it has a simplified handling, the supply cable, the suction hose and accessories of the vacuum cleaner can be easily kept for storage on the vacuum cleaner and removed from the vacuum cleaner for putting into use.
  • the supply cable can be positioned in the vacuum cleaner according to the invention in a simple manner for storage on the upper housing part by being wrapped around the outside of the housing top.
  • the upper housing part has a cable receptacle, which is accessible to the user in a simple manner due to its positioning on the upper housing part. If the vacuum cleaner is to be put into operation, the user can easily unwind the supply cable from the upper part of the housing to the desired length.
  • the suction hose that can be connected to the suction inlet can also be easily positioned for storage on the vacuum cleaner.
  • a hose holder is used, which is arranged below the cable receptacle.
  • the suction hose can be positioned below the supply cable on the vacuum cleaner, so that supply cable and suction hose can be arranged independently of each other for storage on the vacuum cleaner without the risk that they get tangled.
  • the suction hose can be clamped in the hose holder. If the vacuum cleaner is to be put into operation, then the suction hose of the hose holder can be removed without affecting the removal of the supply cable from the cable holder.
  • the vacuum cleaner according to the invention is thus characterized by an easier handling.
  • One end of the suction hose can be connected as usual to the suction inlet and to the other end of the suction hose can be connected in a conventional manner, a suction tube, which carries at its free end a suction nozzle for sucking a surface.
  • a floor nozzle can be attached to the free end of the suction tube.
  • a crevice nozzle, a upholstery nozzle or even a radiator brush can be fastened as an alternative to the floor nozzle.
  • Such accessories of the vacuum cleaner are used for cleaning special surfaces used.
  • the accessories can be placed on the vacuum cleaner for storage.
  • the invention provides that below the hose holder at least one recess for storing at least one accessory of the vacuum cleaner is arranged.
  • the at least one accessory can preferably be clamped in the recess.
  • the positioning of the recess below the tube holder leads to a further simplification of the handling of the vacuum cleaner, since the removal and the insertion of an accessory in the recess is affected neither by the suction hose nor the supply cable.
  • the cable receptacle is designed to be channel-shaped and has an opening for passing an end region of the supply cable into the interior of the housing upper part.
  • a strain relief can be arranged at the opening.
  • the supply cable can initially extend within the upper housing part, in order then to emerge from the upper housing part through the opening arranged in the cable receiver. Outside of the housing top, the supply cable can be positioned in the channel-shaped cable holder for storage.
  • the tube holder is preferably fixed to the outside of the housing base. This has the advantage that the upper housing part can be lifted from the lower housing part without first having to remove the suction hose from the hose mount.
  • the hose holder is arranged at a greater distance from the bottom surface than the suction inlet. This facilitates the positioning of the suction hose in the hose holder, wherein at the same time one end of the suction hose is connected to the suction inlet.
  • the hose holder conveniently comprises at least one L-shaped hook. It when the tube holder has two L-shaped hooks which are arranged at a distance from each other is particularly advantageous. In the at least one hook, the suction hose can be easily clamped or hooked for storage.
  • the two hooks are aligned parallel to each other.
  • the hose holder comprises two hooks, each having a protruding from the housing base first leg, to which a second leg connects, which extends up to the height of the upper housing part and at a distance therefrom.
  • the first legs of the hooks may be fixed to the lower housing part and the second legs may protrude in the operating position of the vacuum cleaner in the direction away from the bottom surface upwards, wherein the free ends of the second leg are arranged laterally adjacent to the housing top and at a distance therefrom.
  • the suction hose can then be used in a simple way in the area between the second legs and the upper housing part, wherein it is supported on the underside of the first legs of the hook.
  • the two hooks of the hose holder via a crossbar are rigidly connected. This increases the mechanical stability of the hose holder.
  • the Traverse forms in an advantageous embodiment of the vacuum cleaner a support surface for supporting the suction hose.
  • traverse and the two hooks are integrally formed from a plastic molding.
  • the vacuum cleaner can be moved by means of the housing lower part arranged wheels along a bottom surface. If the vacuum cleaner for transport to a cleaning object, for example, for driving to a construction site, positioned on the back of a transport vehicle, so there is a risk that the vacuum cleaner unintentionally gets in motion during transport.
  • the hose holder has on its upper side facing away from the housing outer side at least one footprint for parking the vacuum cleaner on a floor surface in a tilted relative to the operating position of the vacuum cleaner by 90 ° storage position. In its operating position, the wheels arranged on the lower housing part contact the floor surface, so that the vacuum cleaner can be moved.
  • the vacuum cleaner can be tilted by 90 °, wherein it is seated with the at least one footprint, preferably with two mutually spaced shelves, the hose holder on the bottom surface. In this position, the vacuum cleaner can not be moved by means of the wheels, so that the risk is avoided that it accidentally slips during transport.
