Claims (6)

  1.     sachant que le dispositif d'amortissement présente au moins un élément (13a) à effet de ressort reçu dans le boîtier de serrure (10), élément qui précontraint par une sollicitation en force l'élément de fermeture (12) dans la position de fermeture contre le pêne de serrure (11), empêchant ainsi un cliquetis de l'élément de fermeture (12) dans la position de fermeture de la serrure (1),
    caractérisée en ce que l'élément (13a) à effet de ressort est réalisé sous forme de ressort à branches (13a), sachant que deux éléments formant mâchoires (15a, 15b), mobiles au moins l'un par rapport à l'autre à la manière d'une pince, sont reçus à déplacement dans le boîtier de serrure (10), éléments qui peuvent être précontraints par l'élément (13a) à effet de ressort dans une position de fermeture des mâchoires.
  2. Serrure (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier de serrure (10) présente un évidement récepteur (14) dans lequel l'élément de fermeture (12) peut être introduit depuis une direction d'introduction (19), afin de parvenir dans la position de fermeture.
  3. Serrure (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la force de ressort ou la résultante des forces de l'élément au moins unique (13a) à effet de ressort qui agissent sur l'élément de fermeture (12) agit sur l'élément de fermeture (12) à l'encontre de la direction d'introduction (19) de l'élément de fermeture (12) dans l'évidement récepteur (14).
