Definitions
- the invention relates to a bottle cell made of metal for use in a bottle cleaning device.
- Bottle cells are known from the prior art, which are formed either of metal or plastic.
- FIG. 1 For example, a cross-section of such a conventional bottle cell 120 of metal with a bottle neck receptacle 100 is shown.
- the bottle neck receptacle 100 is shaped so that it holds a bottle upside down loosely in the region of its opening during the cleaning process.
- the bottle cell 120 has a bottle-receiving side and a bottle-receiving-side end 122 and a head-side end 121, respectively.
- the bottle 130 Via the bottle receiving side 122, the bottle 130 is inserted into the bottle cell 120.
- the bottle neck receptacle 100 At the head end 121 of the bottle cell 120 is the bottle neck receptacle 100, which usually protects the bottle in the region of its opening during transport through the cleaning machine from damage. However, this does not apply to the bottle body.
- the bottle 130 as a rule does not completely fill the interior of the bottle cell 120 and thus has a certain distance 140 to the inside of the bottle cell 120 made of metal.
- the bottle since the bottle is not fixed in the region of its opening in the bottle neck receptacle, it can move in the bottle cell and thus come into contact with the metal of the bottle cell 120 during transport through the cleaning machine. Furthermore, can The bottle also come in contact with the metal when inserting into and removing from the bottle cell. Contact with the metal can damage the body of the bottle.
- bottle cells which are formed from plastic
- the wear on plastic bottle cells is high.
- parts, e.g. Broken glass store in plastic and then damage bottles.
- the bottle cells made of plastic often need to be replaced.
- the object of the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages.
- damage to the bottle to be cleaned by contact of the bottle body with the metal of the bottle cell should be avoided.
- the bottle cells should be stable, so they do not need to be changed so often.
- the bottle cell made of metal according to the invention has a lining, which is preferably formed from plastic.
- the lining can in this case completely or partially line the bottle cell.
- the lining must be formed in such a way that contact between the bottle body and the metal of the bottle cell is avoided.
- the lining of the bottle cell is preferably made of plastic. Alternatively, however, other materials can be used as long as it is ensured that bottles are not damaged if they continually come into contact with this material.
- the bottle does not come through the liner in contact with the metal of the bottle cell itself.
- the lining can be permanently fixed in the bottle cell, so that the lining can not be removed from the bottle cell. This has the advantage that the stability of the bottle cell is increased by the lining and the bottle cell form a solid unit.
- the lining in the bottle cell can be fastened so that the lining can be removed. This has the advantage that existing bottle cells in cleaning machines can be easily converted by the liner can be used and replaced.
- the lining can be designed such that the bottle cell is lined in the cell interior over its entire surface. This has the advantage that the bottle cell can accommodate bottles of different sizes. The recorded bottle always comes into contact only with the lining but not with the metal of the bottle cell.
- the lining may only partially line the bottle cell and be formed so that it has at least three webs, which are provided such that they extend in the bottle cell in the longitudinal direction thereof.
- the term extending in the longitudinal direction in this context means that the webs can extend from the head-side end of the bottle cell in the direction of the bottle-receiving end of the bottle cell.
- the at least three webs must be arranged inside the bottle cell so that contact between bottle body and metal of the bottle cell is avoided despite the possible movement of the bottle in the bottle cell.
- the number of three webs is to be provided as a minimum, so that any contact between the bottle and metal of the bottle cell is avoided.
- the number of webs can be three.
- the number of webs can also be greater than three, in particular four, in order to prevent contact between the bottle and side walls of the bottle cell, for example, in the case of square or octagonal bottle cells.
- the at least three webs may be provided so that they rest in the bottle cell on the side surface thereof.
- the webs are in contact with the metal of the side surface of the bottle cell. This has the advantage that the webs do not break under load.
- the at least three webs may be provided such that they extend over the entire longitudinal direction of the bottle cell.
- the webs extend from the head end of the bottle cell to the bottle receiving end of the bottle cell. Since the position of the center of gravity of the bottles can vary along the longitudinal direction of the bottle cell, in this way contact between bottle and metal of the bottle cell is basically avoided during movements of the bottle in the bottle cell. This has the advantage that the bottle cell can accommodate bottles of different sizes and the lining is formed more efficiently.
- a fastening means for fastening the liner to the bottle receiving side end of the bottle cell.
- a fastening device consist of a groove into which the bottle receiving edge of the bottle cell can be pushed.
- a fastening device for fastening the lining to the bottle receiving end of the bottle cell may be provided.
- the fastening means may be provided so that the at least three webs from the head end of the bottle cell to the bottle receiving side end of the bottle cell can be biased. When loaded, the webs do not bend through. This has the advantage that the webs can not break.
- the bottle cell may have at least one notch on its bottle-receiving-side end, which is suitable for receiving a projection.
- a projection is formed on the fastening device on the at least one of the webs, which projection is suitable for engagement in the notch on the bottle receptacle-side end of the bottle cell.
- a bottle cell of the prior art as shown for example in Fig. 1 is shown, fully lined.
- the lining is made of plastic.
- the lining is permanently fixed in the bottle cell.
- the lining in the bottle cell is fixed so that the lining is removable.
- the lining is designed so that the bottle cell is lined in the cell interior over the entire surface.
- the bottle cell is partially lined, as in Fig. 2 shown.
- the bottle cell 220 has a lining that has webs 210 that extend in the longitudinal direction of the bottle cell 220.
- the webs 210 are spaced from the bottle cell 220 in this embodiment.
- the cross section of the bottle cell in this case has an arbitrary shape.
- it can have a round, square or octagonal cross-section.
- the webs abut against the side surfaces of the bottle cell.
- a seventh embodiment of the bottle cell according to the invention is shown.
- the webs 310 extend continuously from the head-side end 321 of the bottle cell 320 to the bottle-receiving-side end 322 of the bottle cell 320.
- the webs 310 rest in this embodiment on the side surfaces of the bottle cell.
- a fastening device 311 is shown.
- the fastening device 311 is configured in such a way that the ends of the webs form a groove on the bottle receiving side of the bottle cell, so that the end of the web around the bottle cell engages from the inside to the outside or the bottle-receiving edge of the bottle cell is pushed into the groove.
- FIG. 12 is a plan view of the bottle receiving side 422 of the embodiment according to FIG Fig. 3 shown.
- four webs 410 are shown arranged to keep the bottle 430 away from the webs 420 of the webs 420.
- the webs may also be provided at a distance from the side surface of the bottle cell 320.
- the number, distribution and position of the webs can each be adapted to the cross section of the bottle cell. Here it is only necessary to ensure that a bottle that can move in the bottle cell only comes into contact with the bars and not in contact with the bottle cell itself.
- Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of a lining according to an eighth embodiment with at least three webs 510 and a fastening device 511.

- the fastening device 511 is configured in such a way that the ends of the webs form a groove on the bottle receiving side of the bottle cell, so that the end of the web around the bottle cell engages from the inside to the outside or the bottle-receiving edge of the bottle cell is pushed into the groove. In this way, a positive connection is formed, via which the web-side end of the bottle cell continued to the bottle receiving side of the bottle cell ledges 510 are biased.
- the prestressed webs are then more robust against pressure loads and can then no longer be bent become. As a result, on the one hand increases the stability of the webs and thus the lining and on the other hand, the webs do not break.
- the fastening device 611 has a projection 612 which engages in a notch 623 corresponding to this projection on the bottle receptacle-side end 622 of the bottle cell 620.
Abstract
Description
- In

Fig. 2 dargestellt.
- In
