Claims (2)

  1. Dispositif de durcissement de rails (1), particulièrement des rails profilés de roulement, le cas échéant de différente forme respective en coupe transversale et d'un longueur de plus de 50m, par refroidissement d'au moins une partie du coupe transversale respectif de rail sur toute la longueur de rail dans un milieu de refroidissement, consistant des moyens de déplacement transversale (21) dans la zone d'une ligne de rouleaux (2), des moyens à dresser et d'un preneur de manipulation (3) pour transporter le rail dans le dispositif, d'au moins un moyen de positionnement (4), comprenant un basin respectif (5) ou une auge avec le milieu de refroidissement ainsi qu'un lit refroidisseur (6), dans lequel au moins deux basins (5) avec des moyens de positionnement (4) sont disposés horizontalement et parallèlement à l'axe l'un à côté de l'autre au même niveau horizontalement, et que la partie utile pour un durcissement de rails du milieu de refroidissement (50) dans le basin (5) présente une profondeur, qui dépasse l'hauteur de la coupe transversale de rail plus grande par au moins 10%, caractérisé en ce, que des moyens d'évacuation pour le milieu de refroidissement sont disposés dans le basin (5) et/ou dans la conduite d'amenée, qui peuvent être ouverts pour la vidange en peu de temps du basin (5).
  2.
