Abstract
Uređaj za otvrdnjavanje tračnica posebno za profilirane pruge opcijski različitih oblika poprečnih presjeka i duljine veće od m za svako posebno pomoću hlađenja barem dijela odgovarajućeg poprečnog presjeka tračnice preko cijele dužine tračnice u mediju za hlađenje koji obuhvaća sredstvoza poprečno premještanje u području valjkastog ležaja sredstvo za ispravljanje i manipulacijski hvatač kako bi se uvela tračnica u uređaj najmanje jedno sredstvo za pozicioniranjekoje obuhvaća odgovarajući bazen ili korito smedijem za hlađenje kao i podlogu za hlađenje pri čemu su barem dva bazena sa sredstvom zapozicioniranje aksijalno paralelni i raspoređeni vodoravno jedno pored drugoga na istoj visinia dio medija za hlađenje koji se upotrebljava za otvrdnjavanje tračnica u bazenu ima dubinu koja prelazi visinu najvećeg profila tračnica za najmanje naznačen time da su u bazenu smještena sredstva za istjecanje medija za hlađenje i ili su smještena na cjevovodu za opskrbu koji može biti otvoren za kratkotrajno pražnjenje bazena Patent sadrži još patentni zahtjev
Claims (2)
1. Uređaj za otvrdnjavanje tračnica (1), posebno za profilirane pruge, opcijski različitih oblika poprečnih presjeka i duljine veće od 50m, za svako posebno, pomoću hlađenja barem dijela odgovarajućeg poprečnog presjeka tračnice preko cijele dužine tračnice u mediju za hlađenje, koji obuhvaća sredstvo za poprečno premještanje (21) u području valjkastog ležaja (2), sredstvo za ispravljanje i manipulacijski hvatač (3) kako bi se uvela tračnica u uređaj, najmanje jedno sredstvo za pozicioniranje (4), koje obuhvaća odgovarajući bazen (5) ili korito s medijem za hlađenje kao i podlogu za hlađenje (6), pri čemu su barem dva bazena (5) sa sredstvom za pozicioniranje (4) aksijalno paralelni i raspoređeni vodoravno jedno pored drugoga na istoj visini, a dio medija za hlađenje (50), koji se upotrebljava za otvrdnjavanje tračnica u bazenu (5), ima dubinu koja prelazi visinu najvećeg profila tračnica za najmanje 10% , naznačen time, da su u bazenu (5) smještena sredstva za istjecanje medija za hlađenje, i/ili su smještena na cjevovodu za opskrbu koji može biti otvoren za kratkotrajno pražnjenje bazena (5).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da bazen (5) na svojem donjem dijelu obuhvaća barem jedan ulazni otvor po 1,5m duljine bazena, kroz koji se može kontrolirano opskrbljivati protokom odgovarajućeg medija za hlađenje, pri čemu je u bazenu (5) smještena i zabrtvljena barem jedna ploča (51) na razmaku iznad ulaznih otvora medija za hlađenje, koja je perforirana ili je kroz nju omogućen protok, i/ili je umetnuta ploča (52) s mlaznicama ili koja ima kanale, a koja je smještena naknadno u smjeru protoka medija za hlađenje.
