位置ぎめ手段と共同作用して使用可能な急冷手段
を持ち、
制御手段により、装置部品が、レールの断面の頭部及び/又は他の部分及び/又は全表面の周期的浸漬が、レールの冷却中に調節可能であるようにする。

Claims (2)
- レール断面の少なくとも一部をレール全長にわたって冷媒中で冷却することによりレールを硬化する装置であって、レール(1)の縦方向に延びてその上にレール(1)を移送するころコンベア(2)、レール(1)をころコンベア(2)上に位置ぎめする横移動手段(21)、ころコンベア(2)に対して平行に延びて冷媒を収容する冷媒槽(5)、冷媒槽(5)に関してころコンベア(2)とは反対の側にある冷却床(6)、ころコンベア(2)と冷媒槽(5)と冷却床(6)との間で頭部(12)を下にしてレール(1)を移送する操作つかみ(3)、冷媒槽(5)の上方に設けられかつレールの硬化過程において冷媒槽 (5)にレール(1)を浸漬する少なくとも1つの位置ぎめ手段(4)を有するものにおいて、位置ぎめ手段(4)が、レール(1)の頭部(12)を下にして入れられるレール(1)の基部(11)用当接部(41)を持つ多数の保持部品(40)を、水平に一直線をなして持ち、基部(11)が、釈放可能な締付け手段(42)又は押付け体により、歪みを防止されてレール(1)の軸線方向に当接部(41)上に固定可能であることを特徴とする、装置。
- レール(1)が、位置ぎめ手段(4)の保持部品(40)のレール基部(11)用の1つの当接部(41)及び釈放可能な1つの締付け手段(42)によって、動かないように保持され、それぞれの保持部品(40)の他の当接部(41)及び締付け手段(42)がレール長手方向の移動を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
