Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungseinheit mit einer Aufnahmekammer für Popcorn oder dergleichen und mit einer außen an der Aufnahmekammer angeordneten, im Grundriss quadratischen Tasche, die so bemessen ist, dass ein Getränkebecher in einem Klemmsitz in die Tasche einsteckbar ist. Die Verpackungseinheit besteht vorzugsweise aus Karton, sie kann aber auch aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein.
  • Es ist weit verbreitet, dass beispielsweise Besucher von Filmtheaterbetrieben und sogenannten Multiplexen Popcorn, Maischips oder dergleichen und ein Getränk mit in die Vorstellung nehmen, die sie zuvor an einem Verkaufsstand oder in einem Verkaufraum des Filmtheaterbetriebs gekauft haben. Das Popcorn oder dergleichen wird dabei häufig in einer Tüte oder in einer aus einem Karton gebildeten Verpackung und das Getränk in einem getrennten Getränkebecher angeboten. Für den Besucher ist es dabei ziemlich unbequem, die beiden getrennten Verpackungseinheiten zu transportieren und zu halten, wozu er beide Hände benötigt.
  • Das selbe Problem ist auch bei anderen Veranstaltungen wie Sportveranstaltungen, auf Messen und Ausstellungen zu beobachten, wenn Besucher eine Tüte oder eine Schachtel mit einem Nahrungs- oder Genussmittel und ein Getränk gekauft haben.
  • US-A-4,491,220 offenbart eine Verpackungseinheit mit einer Aufnahmekammer für Popcorn oder dergleichen, wobei außen an der Aufnahmekammer ein flexibles, ringförmiges Band angeklebt ist, in das ein Getränkebecher einsetzbar ist.
  • EP-A-1018471 offenbart eine Verpackungseinheit mit einer Aufnahmekammer, bei der zwei Seitenwände ringförmige Ansätze haben, in die jeweils ein Getränkebecher einsetzbar ist. Die Aufnahmekammer ist mit einem Griff versehen, an dem die Anordnung getragen wird.
  • EP1241104B1 offenbart eine Verpackungseinheit der eingangs genannten Art, bei der eine Aufnahmekammer und eine Tasche aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt gebildet sind, wobei die Tasche so bemessen ist, das ein konischer Getränkebecher in einem Klemmsitz in die Tasche einsteckbar ist. Zum Tragen der Verpackungseinheit kann die Tasche von einer Hand eines Benutzers umgriffen werden.
  • GB 2344812 A offenbart eine Verpackung für Flaschen, die in der aufgestellten Verpackung durch streifenförmig frei geschnittene Wandabschnitte gehalten sind, die ins Innere der Verpackung ragen. Bei dieser Verpackung sind die Seitenteile durch Falzlinien begrenzt, die aber nicht bis zu der Unterseite der Verpackung durchgehen, sondern nur bis zu den frei geschnittenen streifenförmigen Wandabschnitten. Diese nach innen klappbaren Wandabschnitte haben seitlich zu den die Seitenteile trennenden Falzlinien versetzte Falzlinien. Dies hat zur Folge, dass an der errichteten Verpackung die freigeschnittenen streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte zwangsläufig nach innen geklappt sind, da sie wegen ihrer versetzten Falzlinie nicht in der Ebene der zugehörigen Wandabschnitte bleiben können. GB 965695 A offenbart Verpackungen mit mehreren nebeneinander liegenden Aufnahmekammern für elektrische Birnen, Spielzeuge etc.
  • In vielen Fällen werden Getränke zum Beispiel in Filmtheaterbetrieben außer in Getränkebechern auch in Flaschen, beispielsweise PET-Flaschen angeboten, deren Flaschenkörper einen kleineren Durchmesser hat als ein Getränkebecher, so dass eine derartige PET-Flasche nicht in der Tasche der vorbekannten Verpackungseinheit eingeklemmt werden kann. Eine PET-Flasche würde durch die Tasche nach unten fallen, da die Tasche der vorbekannten Verpackungseinheit keinen Boden hat.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackungseinheit anzugeben, in deren Tasche wahlweise ein Getränkebecher in einem Klemmsitz oder eine ein Getränk enthaltende Flasche sicher gehalten ist. Die Verpackungseinheit soll dabei einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar sein.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Die Erfindung sieht eine Verpackungseinheit mit einer mit einem Boden versehenen Aufnahmekammer für Popcorn oder dergleichen vor, bei der außen an der Aufnahmekammer eine als "Tasche" bezeichnete Halterung befestigt ist, in die ein Getränkebehälter einsetzbar ist. Die Verpackungseinheit besteht vorzugsweise aus Karton oder einer festen Papierqualität, wobei sie aber auch aus Kunststoff bestehen kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass am unteren Endbereich der Tasche wenigstens ein streifenförmiger Wandabschnitt, vorzugsweise zwei streifenförmige Wandabschnitte in ihrer Längsrichtung von den Seitenwänden der Tasche freigeschnitten sind, die sich parallel zur Unterkante der Tasche jeweils zu beiden Seiten der von der Aufnahmekammer beabstandeten Ecken der Tasche erstrecken, wobei die Oberkanten der streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte auf gleicher Höhe der Tasche verlaufen, und dass jeweils an den beiden Enden der streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte senkrecht zu diesen verlaufende Falzlinien ausgebildet sind, so dass die streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte um die Falzlinien in den Innenraum der Tasche schwenkbar beziehungsweise klappbar sind.
  • Bei dieser Ausbildung kann bei Bedarf ein bevorzugt konischer Getränkebecher in einem Klemmsitz in die Tasche eingesteckt werden, wie dies bei der vorbekannten Verpackungseinheit bekannt ist. Wenn jedoch in der Tasche eine Getränkeflasche mitgeführt werden soll, wird der mindestens eine streifenförmige Wandabschnitt, bevorzugt zwei streifenförmige Wandabschnitte nach innen in den Innenraum der Tasche gedrückt, wobei sich die beiden Seitenwände, aus denen jeweils ein streifenförmiger Wandabschnitt freigeschnitten ist, und der streifenförmige Wandabschnitt elastisch verformen, und die streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte nehmen dann eine stabile Lage im Innenraum der Tasche ein, aus der sie nicht selbsttätig wieder in den Ausgangszustand zurückkehren können. Dabei ragen die freigeschnittenen streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte soweit in den Innenraum der Tasche hinein, dass eine übliche Getränkeflasche, wie eine PET-Flasche auf die Oberkanten der streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte gestellt werden, derart, dass die Flasche sicher in der Tasche gehalten ist. Die Tasche kann auch in diesem Fall von einer Hand eines Benutzers umgriffen werden, um auf diese Weise die Aufnahmekammer mit dem Popcorn oder dergleichen und die Getränkeflasche zu transportieren.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, das zwei streifenförmige Wandabschnitte in der Weise ausgebildet werden, dass sie jeweils durch einen einzigen von der Unterkante der Seitenwände beabstandeten Einschnitt freigeschnitten sind, der das Material der Seitenwände durchtrennt. Die zwei benachbarte Ecken der Tasche einschließenden Einschnitte liegen dabei auf derselben Höhe. An den Enden der beiden streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte verläuft vorzugsweise jeweils eine Falzlinie zur Unterkante der streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte und damit zur Unterkante der Seitenwände. Grundsätzlich könnten diese vorgefertigten Falzlinien durch spätere Knicklinien ersetzt werden, was aber nicht so zweckmäßig sein dürfte. An den zugehörigen Ecken der bevorzugt im Grundriss quadratischen Tasche verlaufen ebenfalls senkrechte Falzlinien bis zur Unterkante der Tasche.
  • In näheren Einzelheiten wird vorgeschlagen, dass sich die freigeschnittenen streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte jeweils etwa über die halbe Breite der an die Aufnahmekammer angrenzenden Seitenwände der Tasche und etwa über jeweils ein Drittel der mittigen Seitenwand erstrecken. Wenn die Tasche quadratische Abmessungen von etwa 60 x 60 Millimeter hat, sind somit zwei streifenförmige Wandabschnitte mit einer Länge von 30 Millimeter an den an die Aufnahmekammer angrenzenden Seitenwänden und mit einer (über die Ecke durchgehenden) Seitenlänge von etwa 20 Millimeter von der mittigen Seitenwand freigeschnitten. Die streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte haben bevorzugt eine Höhe von etwa 10 - 15 Millimeter, womit sie bei einer üblichen Kartonstärke eine ausreichende Festigkeit haben, um eine darauf aufruhende PET-Flasche zu tragen.
  • Weiter wird mit Vorteil vorgeschlagen, dass die Aufnahmekammer und die Tasche aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt ausgebildet sind. Hierdurch ist die Herstellung der Verpackungseinheit erheblich vereinfacht. Im Einzelnen ist vorgesehen, dass das bei dem Zuschnitt innerste Seitenteil der Aufnahmekammer in das innerste Seitenteil der Tasche übergeht und dass die äußersten Seitenteile der Aufnahmekammer und der Tasche über jeweils eine Falzlinie in Befestigungslaschen übergehen. Die Befestigungslasche der Aufnahmekammer ist an der Innenseite des innersten Seitenteils angebracht, während die Befestigungslasche der Tasche außen an dem äußersten Seitenteil der Aufnahmekammer angebracht ist, so dass das äußerste Seitenteil der Aufnahmekammer ein Seitenteil der Tasche bildet. Hierdurch kann der Zuschnitt, aus dem die Verpackungseinheit hergestellt wird, verkleinert werden. Die Befestigung erfolgt dann, wenn die Verpackungseinheit aus Karton besteht, durch Kleben, während bei einer Kunststoffverpackungseinheit auch Schweißen in Betracht kommt.
  • Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass auch eine andere Ausführungsform im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt, bei der die Tasche als zunächst getrenntes Element mit zwei Befestigungslaschen außen an der Aufnahmekammer befestigt, vorzugsweise angeklebt ist. In diesem Fall sind die beiden äußeren Seitenteile der Tasche mit Befestigungslaschen versehen. Die Befestigung der Tasche erfolgt auch hier vorzugsweise in einem Eckbereich der Aufnahmekammer, wie bei einem einteiligen Zuschnitt der Verpackungseinheit.
  • Die Aufnahmekammer hat bevorzugt im Grundriss eine eckige Form, die zum Beispiel rechteckig oder quadratisch sein kann. Wenn nach einem weiteren Vorschlag der Erfindung die Tasche im Bereich einer Ecke befestigt ist, hat dies eine besonders stabile Einheit aus Aufnahmekammer und Tasche zur Folge.
  • Der Getränkebecher hat bevorzugt die Form eines sich nach oben leicht konisch verbreiternden Bechers, der in die Tasche in einen Klemmsitz einsteckbar ist. Wenn der Getränkebecher kleinere Abmessungen hat, so dass er nicht in der Tasche einklemmbar ist, ist er dennoch in der Tasche sicher gehalten, wenn die erfindungsgemäß vorgesehenen freigeschnittenen streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte der Seitenwände der Tasche nach innen verschwenkt beziehungsweise gedrückt sind, wobei sie in dieser nach innen verlagerten Position durch die Seitenwände der Tasche sicher gehalten sind und eine Auflage für den Becher - wie für eine PET-Flasche - bilden. Dabei kann es ausreichen, dass ein einziger freigeschnittener streifenförmiger Wandabschnitt nach innen verlagert ist.
  • Während die Aufnahmekammer zur Aufnahme des Popcorns etc. einen Boden hat, ist dies bei der Tasche demnach nicht vorgesehen. Mit einer höchst einfachen Maßnahme, nämlich dem Freischneiden eines oder zweier streifenförmiger Wandabschnitte, lässt sich - nach einwärts-drücken der streifenförmigen Wandabschnitte - dieselbe Wirkung hervorrufen, wie wenn die Tasche einen Boden hätte.
  • Weiter ist vorgesehen, dass die Tasche aus Seitenteilen gebildet ist, die über Falzlinien ineinander übergehen. Hierbei ist es zweckmäßig, das die Falzlinien parallel zueinander verlaufen, so dass die Tasche über ihre Höhe einen konstanten Querschnitt hat. Dies ist aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich, sondern die Falzlinien können auch im Winkel zueinander verlaufen, so dass sich die Tasche nach oben hin verbreitert. Dabei sind zweckmäßigerweise drei Seitenteile vorgesehen, die vorzugsweise dieselbe Breite haben, so dass die Tasche (bevor ein Getränkebecher eingesteckt wird) einen quadratischen Grundriss hat. Die vierte Seite wird durch das zugeordnete Seitenteil der Aufnahmekammer gebildet.
  • Es liegt aber auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass die Tasche aus vier eigenen Seitenteilen besteht, von denen eine außen an die Aufnahmekammer angeklebt ist.
  • Die Erfindung sieht demnach eine einfach und kostengünstig herstellbare Verpackungseinheit vor, die eine Aufnahmekammer für Popcorn oder dergleichen und eine Tasche hat, in die wahlweise ein vorzugsweise konischer Getränkebecher oder eine Getränkeflasche kleineren Durchmessers einsetzbar ist, so dass das Nahrungs- oder Genussmittel und das zugehörige Getränk mit einer Hand eines Benutzers transportierbar sind.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung einer Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungseinheit sowie anhand der Zeichnungen. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen einteiligen Zuschnitt einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungseinheit und
    • Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht der Verpackungseinheit gemäß Fig. 1.
  • Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Zuschnitt zeigt vier durch Gelenkfalze 1 voneinander getrennte Seitenteile 2 einer Aufnahmekammer 21a für Popcorn oder dergleichen, die an ihren Unterkanten über weitere Gelenkfalze 3 in Bodenteile übergehen. Das in der Abbildung linke Seitenteil 2 geht über einen weiteren Gelenkfalz 4 in eine Klebelasche 5 über, die an der Innenseite des rechten Seitenteils 2 angeklebt wird.
  • Die im Wechsel angeordneten Bodenteile 6 und 7 übergreifen einander im aufgestellten Zustand der Verpackungseinheit, wobei die Bodenteile 6 durch schräge Gelenkfalze in Bodenabschnitte 9 übergehen, die mit den benachbarten Bodenteilen 7 verklebt werden.
  • Das in der Abbildung rechte Seitenteil 2 der Aufnahmekammer geht bevorzugt über ein Falzlinie 10 in die Seitenteile 11 der Einstecktasche über. Die Seitenteile 11 sind durch Gelenkfalze 13 unterteilt, wobei sich über eine Falzlinie 14 eine Klebelasche 15 anschließt, die an der Außenseite des linken Seitenteils 2 der Aufnahmekammer 21 angeklebt wird. Die Unterkanten 16 der Seitenteile 11 fluchten mit den Gelenkfalzen 3 bzw. den Unterkanten der Seitenteile 2.
  • Die Oberkanten 17 der Seitenteile 2 haben eine gewellte Form, wobei das linke Seitenteil 2 einen kreisbogenförmigen Abschnitt 18 hat.
  • Die Oberkanten 19 der Seitenteile 11 haben eine Kreisbogenform, die symmetrisch zur Mittellängsachse der Seitenteile 11 verläuft.
  • Die Seitenteile 11 der Einstecktasche 12 enthalten zwei Einschnitte 21, die im gleichen Abstand zu den Unterkanten 16 der Seitenteile 11 verlaufen und die Wand der Seitenteile durchtrennen, wodurch seitlich freigeschnittene streifenförmige Wandabschnitte 23 gebildet sind. Jeder Abschnitt 21 erstreckt sich über etwa die halbe Breite des linken beziehungsweise rechten Seitenteils und - über den Gelenkfalz 13 durchgehend - über etwa ein Drittel der Breite des mittigen Seitenteils 11. An beiden seitlichen Enden der Einschnitte 21 verlaufen eingeprägte Gelenkfalze 22 bis zur Unterkante 16.
  • Die aus dem beschriebenen Zuschnitt gebildete Verpackungseinheit ist in Figur 2 in einem Zustand dargestellt, den dem ein Getränkebecher 20 in die Tasche 12 eingesteckt ist. Der Getränkebecher 20 befindet sich in einem Klemmsitz in der Tasche 12, wodurch der Getränkebecher 20 sicher darin gehalten ist. Ein Benutzer kann die Verpackungseinheit in diesem Zustand bequem tragen, indem der die Tasche 12 mit einer Hand umfasst. Wenn eine PET-Flasche in die Tasche 12 eingesetzt werden soll, werden die seitlich freigeschnittenen Wandabschnitte 23 um die Falzlinien 22 nach innen verschwenkt, wie in Figur 2 für den rechten Wandabschnitt 23 gestrichelt angedeutet ist.

Claims (9)

  1. Verpackungseinheit mit einer Aufnahmekammer (21 a) für Popcorn oder dergleichen und mit einer außen an der Aufnahmekammer (21 a) angeordneten, im Grundriss quadratischen Tasche (12), die so bemessen ist, dass ein sich nach oben leicht konisch verbreitender Getränkebecher (20) in einem Klemmsitz in die Tasche (12) einsteckbar ist, wobei die Tasche (12) aus Seitenwänden (11) gebildet ist, die jeweils über eine Falzlinie (13) ineinander übergehen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass am unteren Endbereich der Tasche (12) wenigstens ein streifenförmiger Wandabschnitt (23) durch einen von der Unterkante (16) der Seitenwände (11) beabstandeten Einschnitt (21) in Seitenwänden (11) der Tasche freigeschnitten ist, wobei sich der Einschnitt (21) über eine Falzlinie (13) durchgehend parallel zur Unterkante (16) der Tasche (12) zu beiden Seiten einer von der Aufnahmekammer (21 a) beabstandeten Ecke bzw. Falzlinie (13) der Tasche (12) erstreckt, und dass an den beiden Enden des wenigstens einen streifenförmigen Wandabschnitts (23) senkrecht zu diesem verlaufende Falzlinien (22) ausgebildet sind, so dass der wenigstens eine streifenförmige Wandabschnitt (23) um die Falzlinie (22) in den Innenraum der Tasche (12) klappbar ist.
  2. Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    sich der wenigstens eine freigeschnittene Wandabschnitt (23) über etwa die halbe Breite der an die Aufnahmekammer (21 a) angrenzenden Seitenwand (11) der Tasche (12) und über etwa ein Drittel der dazwischen liegenden Seitenwand (11) erstreckt.
  3. Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    zwei streifenförmige Wandabschnitte (23) durch Einschnitte (21) in den Seitenwänden (11) der Tasche (12) freigeschnitten sind, die auf gleicher Höhe der Tasche (12) verlaufen.
  4. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Aufnahmekammer (21a) und die Tasche (12) aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt gebildet sind, wobei der Zuschnitt aus einer Reihe von Seitenwänden (2) der Aufnahmekammer (21 a) und einer sich daran anschließenden Reihe von Seitenwänden (11) der Tasche (12) besteht, und wobei die bei dem Zuschnitt innerste Seitenwand (2) der Aufnahmekammer (21 a) in die innerste Seitenwand (11) der Tasche (12) übergeht und die äußersten Seitenwände (2, 1) der Aufnahmekammer (21 a) und der Tasche (12) über jeweils eine Falzlinie (4, 4) in Befestigungslaschen (5, 15) übergehen,
    dass die Befestigungslasche (5) der Aufnahmekammer (21 a) an der Innenseite der innersten Seitenwand (2) angebracht ist,
    und dass die Befestigungslasche (15) der Tasche (12) außen an der äußersten Seitenwand (2) der Aufnahmekammer (21a) angebracht ist, derart, dass die äußerste Seitenwand (2) der Aufnahmekammer (21a) eine Seitenwand der Tasche (12) bildet.
  5. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Aufnahmekammer (21a) im Grundriss eine eckige Form, vorzugsweise eine rechteckige oder quadratische Form hat, und dass die Tasche (12) im Bereich einer Ecke der Aufnahmekammer (21 a) befestigt ist.
  6. Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Falzlinien (13) parallel zueinander verlaufen.
  7. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Unterkanten (16) der Seitenwände (11) der Tasche (12) miteinander fluchten.
  8. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Unterkanten (16) der Seitenwände (11) der Tasche (12) mit den Bodenkanten der Aufnahmekammer (21a) fluchten.
  9. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Tasche (12) eine geringere Höhe hat als die Aufnahmekammer (21 a).
