Claims (15)
- Un connecteur côté fiche femelle (B) ou un connecteur côté fiche mâle (S), en particulier pour un système de changement d'outil pour la connexion électrique entre un outil et une main de robot, comprenant un boîtier de connecteur (1, 2) pour fixation à un bras de robot ou à un outil, où le boîtier de connecteur (1, 2) comprend au moins une chambre de contact (10, 20) avec un module de connexion et au moins une chambre de réception (50, 60) avec un module d'usure, qui est principalement disposée sur la chambre de contact (10, 20) et où dans l'au moins une chambre de contact (10, 20) le module de connexion (30) ayant des éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72) pour une connexion à au moins un premier dispositif périphérique, en particulier un câble, et dans l'au moins une chambre de réception (50, 60) le module d'usure (31) ayant des éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72) pour une connexion à au moins un second dispositif périphérique, en particulier un connecteur complémentaire, peut être disposé, où les éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72) du module de connexion (30) peuvent être connectés aux éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72) du module d'usure (31), caractérisé en ce que l'au moins l'au moins une chambre de réception (50, 60) est disposée dans un élément de châssis (5, 6) réalisé séparément du boîtier de connecteur (1), où l'élément de châssis (5, 6) peut être connecté au boîtier de connecteur (1).
- Le connecteur (B, S) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72) dans le module d'usure (32) du connecteur (B, S) sont des éléments de fiche femelle électroconducteurs (71) ou des éléments de fiche mâle électroconducteurs (70).
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments éléctroconducteurs (72) dans le module de connexion (30) présentent un premier côté (722) pour une connexion avec un dispositif périphérique et un deuxième côté (721) pour la connexion avec les éléments électroconducteurs (70, 71) du module d'usure (31, 32).
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les modules de connexion (30) et les modules d'usure (31, 32) sont faits d'un matériau électro-isolant et/ou élastique, et/ou que les modules de connexion (30) et les modules d'usure (31, 32) présentent des ouvertures traversantes (303, 313, 323), lesquelles servent à la réception des éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72), et/ou que les éléments éléctroconducteurs (72) dans le module de connexion peuvent être connectés aux éléments électroconducteurs (70, 71) dans le module d'usure (31, 32) à travers une connexion enfichable.
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les modules de connexion (30) pour le côté fiche femelle (B) et le côté fiche mâle (S) du connecteur sont essentiellement formés de manière identique, et/ou que la configuration des ouvertures (303) dans le module de connexion (30) est identique à la configuration des ouvertures (313, 323) dans le module d'usure (31, 32) correspondant et/ou que le nombre de connexions électroconductrices par module de connexion (30) respectivement par module d'usure (31, 32) est supérieur à 3, en particulier supérieur à 5, en particulier préférablement supérieur à 10.
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de contact (10) comprend des éléments de guidage (100) pour le guidage du module de connexion (30) et/ou des éléments d'encliquetage (12) pour l'encliquetage du module de connexion (30), et/ou que la chambre de réception (50, 60) comprend des éléments d'encliquetage (51, 61) pour l'encliquetage du module d'usure (31).
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la direction d'insertion (E) des modules de connexion (30) dans le boîtier de connecteur (1) est angulaire, en particulier verticale, par rapport à la direction d'insertion (F) des modules d'usure (31, 32) dans l'élément de châssis (5, 6), et/ou qu'un jeu latéral existe entre le module de connexion (30) et la chambre de connexion (10) et/ou le module d'usure (31) et la chambre de réception (50, 60), où le jeu latéral est de préférablement entre 0,25 mm et 0,5 mm par côté.
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des parties de l'élément de châssis (5, 6) pénètrent dans le boîtier de connecteur (1, 2) et que l'élément de châssis (5, 6) est fixé au boîtier de connecteur au moyen de moyens de fixation.
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de connecteur (1, 2) et l'élément de châssis (5, 6) sont formés en deux pièces.
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur comprend plusieurs, en particulier trois, chambres de contact (10) disposées en rangée l'une à côté de l'autre et/ou une seule ou plusieurs chambres de contact (10') qui sont disposées en décalage vers l'arrière par rapport à cette rangée, ou que le connecteur comprend une seule chambre de contact (10, 10', 20).
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif périphérique est un câble, lequel peut être sorti hors du connecteur à travers une ouverture (13) et/ou un canal (15).
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces des chambres de connexion (10) sont pourvues d'un revêtement électroconducteur, où les revêtements des chambres de contact individuelles (10) sont séparés de manière galvanique l'un de l'autre et/ou connectés l'un à l'autre et/ou que les surfaces des chambres de réception (50, 60) sont pourvues d'un revêtement électroconducteur, où les revêtements des chambres de réception individuelles (50, 60) sont séparés en particulier de manière galvanique l'un de l'autre et/ou connectés l'un à l'autre, où préférablement le revêtement d'au moins une chambre de connexion (10) peut être contacté ou relié avec le revêtement d'une chambre de réception (50, 60) disposée sur la chambre de contact (10) et où optionnellement un blindage d'un câble peut être connecté au revêtement.
- Le connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le blindage d'un câble du côte fiche femelle (B) peut être connecté à un élément électroconducteur (7, 70, 71, 72) et que le blindage d'un câble du côté fiche mâle (S) peut être connecté à un élément électroconducteur (7, 70, 71, 72) et que le blindage peut être guidé depuis le côte fiche mâle (S) vers le côté fiche femelle (B) en passant par les éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72).
- Un procédé pour l'assemblage d'un connecteur selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les modules de connexion (30) sont équipés d'éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72) à l'avance, lesquels sont connectés à un premier dispositif périphérique, en particulier un câble, et les modules d'usure (31, 32) sont équipés d'éléments électroconducteurs (7, 70, 71, 72), et que à la suite, les modules de connexion (30) sont disposés dans les chambres de contact (10) et les modules d'usure (31, 32) dans les chambres de réception (50, 60), caractérisé en ce que les modules d'usure (31, 32) sont disposés dans les chambres de réception (50, 60) dans l'élément de châssis et qu'à la suite les éléments de châssis (5, 6) sont connectés au boîtier de connecteur (1) correspondant.
- Une connexion enfichable, en particulier pour l'établissement d'un contact électrique entre une main de robot et un outil, comprenant un connecteur côté fiche femelle (B) et un connecteur côté fiche mâle (S) ayant au moins un connecteur selon une des revendications 1 à 13.
