Abstract
Claims (16)
- Corps support (1 ; 1') pour du matériau de surface sanitaire (5, 4 ; 19), présentant :- une surface d'appui (2) pour le matériau de surface sanitaire (5, 4 ; 19),- une surface de fond (20) pour l'agencement sur un support (14, 18),- une ouverture (10) traversant à peu près dans la direction verticale du corps support (1 ; 1') couché, qui forme des surfaces frontales latérales, et- un élément d'étanchéité (8), qui recouvre au moins partiellement l'une des surfaces suivantes : surface d'appui (2) ou surface de fond (20), caractérisé en ce quel'élément d'étanchéité (8) est placé fixement sur la au moins une surface d'appui (2) ou surface de fond (20) uniquement sur une première zone partielle (6) et recouvre de façon amovible au moins une autre seconde surface partielle (7) de la surface d'appui (2) et/ou de la surface de fond (20).
- Corps support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (8) est placé sur la surface d'appui (2).
- Corps support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (8) est placé sur la surface de fond (20).
- Corps support selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de surface sanitaire, en particulier une couche acrylique (19), est appliquée sur la surface d'appui (2).
- Corps support selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de surface sanitaire s'étend sur les arêtes (9) du corps support (1') et au moins en partie le long des surfaces frontales du corps support (1').
- Corps support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (8) est placé sur la surface frontale de l'ouverture (10).
- Corps support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (8) est un film d'étanchéité.
- Corps support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sa surface d'appui (2) s'incline vers le bas en direction de l'ouverture (10) traversant.
- Corps support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (2) et/ou la surface de fond (20) présente(nt) des entailles prédéfinies pour séparer plus facilement le corps support (1 ; 1') en ces emplacements dans le sens vertical.
- Corps support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface totale de l'élément d'étanchéité (8) est supérieure à la surface du corps support (1 ; 1'), qui recouvre l'élément d'étanchéité (8), pour dépasser de la surface du corps support (1 ;1') et former ainsi une zone de bordure libre (16) pour une étanchéité avec une surface (15, 18) contigüe au corps support (1 ;1').
- Procédé pour adapter un corps support selon l'une des revendications précédentes aux cotes de sol souhaitées d'un point de douche sanitaire, caractérisé en ce que- la partie, recouvrant de façon amovible la seconde zone partielle de la surface du corps support, de l'élément d'étanchéité est déplacée à partir de cette seconde zone partielle de la surface de telle sorte que cette seconde zone partielle est librement accessible,- le corps support est découpé de façon appropriée dans la zone de cette seconde zone partielle pour l'adaptation aux cotes de sol souhaitées, et- après la découpe, la partie recouvrante de façon amovible de l'élément d'étanchéité est redisposée au-dessus de la partie restante de la seconde zone partielle, en recouvrant les arêtes découpées du corps support.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la partie recouvrante de façon amovible de l'élément d'étanchéité est disposée de façon fixe sur la partie de la seconde zone partielle de la surface du corps support qui reste après la découpe.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que, après la découpe du corps support, la partie recouvrante de façon amovible de l'élément d'étanchéité est raccourcie de façon qu'elle recouvre d'une part la partie de la seconde zone partielle de la surface du corps support qui reste après la découpe du corps support, et d'autre part dépasse des arêtes découpées du corps support, pour former une étanchéité avec une surface contiguë au corps support.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que, après l'agencement renouvelé et le placement alors fixe de la partie amovible de l'élément d'étanchéité sur la partie restante de la seconde zone partielle de la surface du corps support, la surface d'étanchéité alors présente, mise à nu de l'élément d'étanchéité, est recouverte sur le corps support avec du matériau de surface sanitaire, en particulier des carreaux.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11-13, caractérisé en ce que- la surface d'appui du corps support est recouverte avant la découpe du corps support avec du matériau de surface sanitaire, et- l'élément d'étanchéité est placé sur la surface de fond du corps support.
- Utilisation d'un corps support selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 pour former le sol d'une cabine sanitaire à disposer dessus, en particulier d'une cabine de douche.
