Claims (6)
- Procédé de commande d'une machine d'impression à jet d'encre (10) fonctionnant selon le principe du jet d'encre continu, pour positionner une image d'impression à imprimer par l'installation d'impression à jet d'encre sur une matière d'impression (10),
procédé selon lequel- l'installation d'impression à jet d'encre fournit des gouttes d'encre d'impression suivant une fréquence de génération de gouttes, déterminée, et- on surveille la position de la matière d'impression à imprimer par rapport à l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre à l'aide d'un capteur, notamment à l'aide d'un codeur pour générer un signal de commande pour l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre,procédé caractérisé en ce qu'- à l'aide du capteur, on surveille la position absolue de la matière d'impression,- puis, lorsque le capteur détecte le début d'une zone de matière d'impression (20, 21) à imprimer avec une qualité d'impression relativement élevée, le signal de commande de l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre est couplé sur la fréquence de génération des gouttes pour la zone d'impression (20, 21) suivante à imprimer avec une qualité d'impression relativement élevée, et- lorsque le capteur détecte la fin d'une zone de matière d'impression à imprimer avec une qualité d'impression relativement élevée, le signal de commande de l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre est couplé au signal de capteur (19) pour la zone d'impression suivante, qui ne doit pas être imprimée ou être imprimée avec une qualité d'impression relativement faible. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
pour chaque zone d'impression à imprimer avec une qualité d'impression relativement élevée, le signal de commande de l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre est couplé à la fréquence de génération des gouttes pour que la fréquence du signal de commande corresponde à la fréquence de génération des gouttes. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le signal de commande de l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre est couplé à la fréquence de génération des gouttes pour chaque zone de matière d'impression à imprimer avec une qualité d'impression relativement élevée, de façon que la fréquence du signal de commande soit couplée à la fréquence de génération des gouttes par une fraction unitaire. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le signal de commande de l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre est couplé sur la fréquence de génération des gouttes pour chaque zone d'impression à imprimer avec une qualité d'impression relativement élevée de façon que la fréquence du signal de commande soit couplée sur la fréquence de génération des gouttes par le rapport d'une fraction ordinaire. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
pour chaque zone de matière d'impression qui ne doit pas recevoir d'impression ou doit être imprimée avec une qualité d'impression relativement faible, le signal de commande de l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre est couplé sur le signal de capteur de façon que la fréquence du signal de commande corresponde à la fréquence du signal de capteur. - Procédé de commande d'une installation d'impression par jet d'encre fonctionnant selon le principe du jet d'encre continu, pour placer une image d'impression à imprimer par une installation d'impression par jet d'encre sur une matière d'impression (16),
procédé selon lequel- l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre fournit les gouttes d'encre d'impression selon une certaine fréquence de génération des gouttes, et- la position de la zone d'impression à imprimer par rapport à l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre est surveillée à l'aide d'un capteur, notamment à l'aide d'un codeur pour générer un signal de commande destiné à l'installation d'impression par jet d'encre,procédé caractérisé en ce que
pour chaque zone de matière d'impression à imprimer, on fournit des données d'images d'impression tramées avec une résolution différente de façon qu'en fonction de la vitesse de la matière d'impression à imprimer, pour chaque vitesse respective, on utilise les données d'images d'impression tramées avec une résolution définie pour l'impression, et la résolution du capteur est adaptée à la résolution des données d'images d'impression, tramées.
