Claims (23)
- Gegenrahmenanordnung für Tür-/ Fensterrahmen, die zum Einführen in eine Öffnung in einer Außenwand (5) oder ein Dach eines Gebäudes geeignet ist, um-fassend- einen Gegenrahmen (10) für einen Tür-/ Fensterrahmen,- eine Isoliereinfassung (12) aus einem Wärmeisolierwerkstoff, der den Gegenrahmen (10) wenigstens an den Seiten, die der Wand (5) und der Außenseite des Gebäudes zugewandt sind, umschließen, gekennzeichnet dadurch,
dass der Gegenrahmen (10) und die Isoliereinfassung (12) derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass sie einen einzigen Block (1; 2) bilden, der in die Öffnung der Wand (5) einführbar ist, wobei wenigstens ein Gehäuse (18) für einen Kasten (40) oder eine Führung (49) für einen Rollladen (42, 48) in einem oberen Abschnitt (12') der Isoliereinfassung (12) vorgesehen ist. - Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) eine Dicke aufweist, die sich zwischen der Innenseite (5') und der Außenseite (5") der Wand (5) erstreckt, in die die Anordnung eingesetzt werden soll.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei die Innenfläche und die Außenfläche der Isoliereinfassung (12) durch eine Schicht eines Putzes (14) oder Vorputzes be-deckt sind, um den Gegenrahmen (10) zu verdecken.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei die Innenfläche (5') und die Außenfläche (5") der Isoliereinfassung (12) durch ein Gaze oder eine Schablone (16) bedeckt sind, auf der die Putzlage (14) oder Vorputz aufgetragen ist oder aufgetragen werden kann.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) ein Gehäuse (18) für einen Rollladen (42) oder für eine ein-stellbare Lamellenjalousien umfasst.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) für die Aufnahme wenigstens einiger Funktionselemente des Rahmens, beispielsweise Führungen (44, 49) für gleitende Bauteile, und gegen Wasser/Staub dichtende Dichtelemente geeignet ist oder diese ein-schließt.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei die Führungen für die gleitenden Bauteile in die Isoliereinfassung (12) mit Abstand zu den Elementen (10', 10") des Gegenrahmens (10) integriert sind, so dass ein Zwischenraum für eine Schicht (12") des Wärmeisolierwerkstoffs frei bleibt.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) ein Basiselement (20) umfasst, auf dem wenigstens eine Platte derart angeordnet ist, dass sie die Innenfensterbank (23) und/oder die Au-βenfensterbank (22) des Rahmens bildet.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) Abschnitte von vertikalen (10") und der oberen/ unteren horizontalen Seiten (10') umfasst, die durch ein jeweiliges Profil (34) aus einem Metall- oder Plastikwerkstoff bedeckt sind, das geeignet ist, sichtbar zu bleiben.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) geeignet ist, den Rahmen, der nach außen weist, we-nigstens teilweise zu überlappen.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) ferner geeignet ist, den Türrahmen (32) derart zu überlappen, dass von außen nur die Glasschei-be (50) des Rahmens sichtbar ist.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) mit der Außenseite (5") der Wand (5) durch Schrägflächen (36) derart verbunden ist, dass der Lichteintritt durch den Rahmen maximiert ist.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Einfassung eine Mehrzahl von eng miteinander verbundenen Elementen (12', 12a, 12b) umfasst, von denen wenigstens einige Elemente an dem Gegen-rahmen (10) befestigt sind.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei die Elemente (12', 12a, 12b) der Iso-liereinfassung (12) durch eine geometrische Kupplung oder eine Fügestelle anei-nander gekoppelt sind.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 14, wobei die Elemente (12', 12a, 12b) der Ein-fassung (12) an dem Gegenrahmen (10) durch eine Fügestelle und/oder durch Verkleben und/oder durch Schrauben und/oder durch Klemmen oder eine profilierte Metallplatte befestigt sind.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Rahmen eine Fenstertür ist, und wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) einen unteren Träger (20') umfasst, der zum Einführen in ein Gehäuse im Boden geeignet ist.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Isoliereinfassung (12) einen vorderen Abschnitt (7a) gleicher Dicke und aus dem gleichen Werkstoffe, wie die Schutzschicht (7) der Wand (5) und einen rückwärtigen Abschnitt (6a), der der Dicke des Abschnitts der Wand (5) aus Mauerwerk entspricht, umfasst.
- Anordnung gemäß irgend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche umfassend ei-nen Tür-/ Fensterrahmen (30), der an dem Gegenrahmen (10) befestigt ist.
- Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 18 umfassend einen Gesamtrahmen (30, 32), der an dem Gegenrahmen (10) befestigt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung und Installation eines Tür-/ Fensterrahmens (30) in einer Öffnung einer Außenwand (5) oder eines Daches eines Gebäudes, fol-gende Schritte umfassend:- Bereitstellen eines Gegenrahmens (10);- Bereitstellen einer Einfassung (12) aus einem Wärmeisolierwerkstoff;- Bereitstellen wenigstens eines Gehäuses (18) für einen Kasten (40) oder eine Führung (49) eines Rollladens (42, 48) in einem oberen Abschnitt (12') der Einfassung (12);- Umhüllen des Gegenrahmens (10) mit der Einfassung (12) derart, dass sie wenigstens die Seiten des Gegenrahmens (10), die der Wand (5) zu-gewandt sind, in die er eingeführt wird, und zur Außenseite (5") des Ge-bäudes abdeckt;- Befestigen der Einfassung (12) an dem Gegenrahmen (10) derart, dass sie einen einzigen Block (1, 2) bilden,- Einführen des Blocks (1,2) in die Öffnung der Wand (5) oder des Daches.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 20, wobei der Block (1, 2) vor dem Einführen in die Öffnung mit einem Zementverputz oder Vorputz versehen wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 21, wobei nach dem Verputzen des Blocks (1, 2) und vor dem Einführen in die Wand (5) oder in das Dach, der Rahmen (10) an dem Block (1, 2) montiert wird.
- Verfahren gemäß irgend einem der Ansprüche 20 - 22, wobei vor dem Einführen in die Öffnung ein Rollladenelement (42, 48) und dessen Zubehörteile montiert werden.
