Claims (23)

  1. Structure de contre-bâti pour bâtis de porte/ fenêtre, appropriée pour être insérée dans une ouverture dans un mur externe (5) ou un toit d'un bâtiment et comprenant :
    - un contre-bâti (10) pour un bâti de porte/ fenêtre ;
    - un dormant isolant (12) dans un matériau d'isolation thermique, qui enferme le contre-bâti (10) au moins sur les côtés faisant face audit mur (5) et à l'extérieur du bâtiment,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit contre-bâti (10) et ledit dormant isolant (12) sont reliés mutuelle-ment de manière telle à former un bloc unique (1; 2) destiné à être inséré dans l'ouverture dans le mur (5), au moins un logement (18) pour un boî-tier (40) ou un guidage (49) d'un volet (42, 48) étant réalisé dans une partie supérieure (12') du dormant isolant (12).
  2. Structure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit dormant isolant (12) est d'une épaisseur telle à s'étendre entre le côté interne (5') et le côté externe (5") du mur (5) dans lequel la structure est destinée à être insérée.
  3. Structure selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle les surfaces interne et externe du dor-mant isolant (12) sont recouvertes par une couche d'enduit (14) ou de pré-enduit qui s'étend pour camoufler le contre-bâti (10).
  4. Structure selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle les surfaces interne (5') et externe (5") du dormant isolant (12) sont recouvertes par une grille de renforcement ou un gabarit (16) sur lequel la couche d'enduit (14) ou de pré-enduit est appliquée ou peut être appliquée.
  5. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle le dormant isolant (12) incorpore un logement (18) pour un volet roulant (42) ou un volet à lamelles réglable (48).
  6. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle le dormant isolant (12) incorpore ou est approprié pour incorporer au moins certains éléments fonction-nels du bâti, tels que des guidages (44; 49) pour des parties coulissantes, et des éléments d'étanchéité contre l'eau/la poussière.
  7. Structure selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle les guidages pour des parties coulis-santes sont incorporés dans le dormant isolant (12) à une distance des éléments (10', 10") du contre-bâti (10) de manière telle à laisser un espace interposé pour une couche (12") de matériau d'isolation thermique.
  8. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle le dormant isolant (12) comprend un élément de base (20) sur lequel au moins une plaque est placée de manière telle à créer le seuil interne (23) et/ou le seuil externe (22) du bâti.
  9. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle ledit dormant isolant (12) comprend des parties de montant (10") et des parties de côtés horizontaux supérieur/ inférieur (10") recouvertes par un profilé res-pectif (34) en matériau métallique ou plastique approprié pour rester visible.
  10. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle le dormant isolant (12) est approprié pour chevaucher au moins partiellement la partie du bâti (30) faisant face à l'extérieur.
  11. Structure selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle le dormant isolant (12) est également approprié pour chevaucher le bâti de porte (32) de manière telle que, de l'extérieur, seul le vitrage (50) du bâti soit visible.
  12. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle le dormant isolant (12) est relié au côté externe (5") du mur (5) par l'intermédiaire de surfaces inclinées (36) de manière telle à maximiser l'entrée de lumière à travers le bâti.
  13. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle ledit dormant (12) comprend une pluralité d'éléments accouplés de près (12', 12a, 12b), au moins certains desdits éléments étant fixés au contre-bâti (10).
  14. Structure selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle lesdits éléments (12', 12a, 12b) du dormant isolant (12) sont reliés mutuellement avec un accouplement géométrique ou à joint.
  15. Structure selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle lesdits éléments (12', 12a, 12b) du dormant (12) sont fixés au contre-bâti (10) avec un accouplement à joint et/ou par collage et/ou par des vis et/ou par des pinces ou un métal en feuille profilé.
  16. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle le bâti est une porte-fenêtre, et dans laquelle le dormant isolant (12) comprend une barre inférieure (20') appropriée pour être insérée dans un logement dans le plancher.
  17. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, dans laquelle le dormant isolant (12) comprend une partie frontale (7a) de la même épaisseur et du même matériau que le revêtement de protection (7) du mur (5), et une partie arrière (6a) correspondant à l'épaisseur de la partie du mur (5) en maçonnerie.
  18. Structure selon une quelconque des revendica-tions précédentes, comprenant un bâti de porte/ fenêtre (30) fixé au contre-bâti (10).
  19. Structure selon la revendication 18, compre-nant un bâti complet (30, 32) fixé au contre-bâti (10).
  20. Méthode de fabrication et d'installation d'un bâti de porte/fenêtre (30) dans une ouverture d'un mur externe (5) ou d'un toit d'un bâtiment, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - fabriquer un contre-bâti (10);
    - fabriquer un dormant (12) dans un matériau d'isolation thermique;
    - fabriquer au moins un logement (18) pour un boî-tier (40) ou un guidage (49) d'un volet (42, 48) dans une partie supérieure (12') du dormant (12);
    - envelopper le contre-bâti (10) avec ledit dormant (12) de manière telle qu'il recouvre au moins les côtés du contre-bâti (10) faisant face au mur (5) dans lequel il est destiné à être placé et vers l'extérieur (5") du bâtiment;
    - fixer le dormant (12) au contre-bâti (10) de manière telle à former un bloc unique (1, 2),
    - insérer ledit bloc (1, 2) dans l'ouverture du mur (5) ou du toit.
  21. Méthode selon la revendication 20, dans laquelle, avant l'insertion dans l'ouverture, le bloc (1, 2) est enduit ou pré-enduit au ciment.
  22. Méthode selon la revendication 21 dans laquelle, après que le bloc (1, 2) est enduit et avant l'insertion dans le mur (5) ou le toit, le bâti (10) est monté sur ledit bloc (12).
  23. Méthode selon une quelconque des revendica-tions 20 à 22, dans laquelle, avant l'insertion dans l'ouverture, un élément de volet (42, 48) et ses accessoires sont montés.
