Claims (9)
- Gegenzargenstruktur für ein Fenster, die geeignet ist, in eine Öffnung einer Außenwand eines Gebäudes eingesetzt zu werden, die umfasst:- eine Gegenzarge (10) eines Fensters;- eine isolierende Einfassung (12), die aus wärmeisolierendem Material hergestellt ist, welche die Gegenzarge wenigstens auf den Seiten, die der Wand und der Außenseite des Gehäuses zugewandt sind, umgibt,wobei die Gegenzarge und die isolierende Einfassung miteinander verbunden sind, um einen einzigen Block (1) zu bilden, der in die Öffnung der Wand eingesetzt werden soll, und wobei die isolierende Einfassung (12) wenigstens zwei vertikale Isolierelemente (14) und wenigstens ein unteres horizontales Isolierelement (16), das die vertikalen Elemente auf der Unterseite verbindet, umfasst und ferner einen Außensims (22) umfasst, der eine Simsplatte (24) in einem wasserdichten Material umfasst, die das untere horizontale Isolierelement überlappt, wobei die Seitenränder (26) des Simses aufwärts gebogen sind und in der Dicke der vertikalen Isolierelemente (14) der isolierenden Einfassung versenkt sind, wobei die Struktur durch eines oder beide der folgenden Merkmale gekennzeichnet ist:i) einen Sims, der ein Paar seitlicher Führungselemente (28) umfasst, wobei auf jedem von ihnen ein jeweiliges vertikales Isolierelement (14) teilweise ruht, in jedem seitlichen Führungselement der Seitenrand (26) ausgebildet ist, der aufwärts gebogen ist und in der Dicke eines jeweiligen vertikalen Isolierelements versenkt ist, wobei in jedem Führungselement eine seitlich offene Führungsnut (30) hergestellt ist, in welche die Simsplatte (24) eingesetzt ist, um zu gleiten;ii) einen Sims, der ein Querführungselement (32) umfasst, das in dem unteren horizontalen Isolierelement (16) entlang des Rands, der dem festen Fensterrahmen zugewandt ist, verankert ist, wobei das Querführungselement (32) eine Führungsnut (34) bildet, die geeignet ist, den Innenrand der Simsplatte (24) zu bilden.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes vertikale Isolierelement (14) der isolierenden Einfassung eine untere Oberfläche hat, die einen äußeren seitlichen Abschnitt (14'), der auf dem unteren horizontalen Isolierelement (16) ruht, und einen inneren seitlichen Abschnitt (14"), der auf einem Abschnitt des seitlichen äußersten Endes des Simses (22) ruht, umfasst.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die das Paar seitlicher Führungselemente (28) umfasst, wobei jedes seitliche Führungselement (28) des Simses in einer derartigen Weise geformt ist, dass es dem Umriss der Innenseite des entsprechenden vertikalen Isolierelements folgt, und wobei die Führungsnut eine Unterseite senkrecht zu der Wand des Gebäudes hat, um das Einsetzen der rechteckig geformten Simsplatte (24) zu ermöglichen.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine vertikale Nut (141) in jedem vertikalen Isolierelement hergestellt ist, die eine Führung (142) für ein Jalousieelement aufnimmt, wobei der Sims sich immer noch unterhalb der vertikalen Isolierelemente (14) über die Tiefe der vertikalen Nut (141) hinaus erstreckt.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei wenigstens eine Gehäusevertiefung zum Aufnehmen oder Führen einer Vorrichtung eines Jalousieelements in das obere horizontale Isolierelement (36) eingebaut ist, wobei die Vertiefung unterhalb durch eine entfernbare Verschlussplatte (40) geschlossen ist, die entlang eines Paars oberer seitlicher Führungselemente (42) gleitet, die zwischen der Oberseite der vertikalen Isolierelemente (14) und dem oberen horizontalen Isolierelement (36) positioniert sind.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die isolierende Einfassung geeignet ist, den festen Fensterrahmen (100) wenigstens auf der nach außen gewandten Seite wenigstens teilweise zu überlappen.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die isolierende Einfassung aus mehreren Isolierelementen (14, 16, 36, 44) besteht, die eng miteinander gekoppelt sind, von denen wenigstens einige an der Gegenzarge (10) befestigt sind.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die isolierende Einfassung (12) eine derartige Dicke hat, dass sie sich wenigstens an ihren unteren und/oder oberen horizontalen Seiten von der Innenseite (5') zu der anderen Seite (5") der Wand (5) erstreckt, in welche die Struktur eingesetzt ist, wobei sie eine äußere Schutzverblendung (7) umfasst.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 7, die einen vollständigen Rahmen (30, 32), der an der Gegenzarge befestigt ist, umfasst.
