Because of this, it is preferable for a difference between an outside diameter of the connecting pipe 1 and an outside diameter of the first and second elevator ropes 2 and 3 to be set to less than or equal to 3 mm, thereby enabling interference between the connecting pipe 1 and the rope latches to be prevented, and also enabling the connecting pipe 1 to be passed through the sheaves with the rope latches still mounted.

Claims (6)

  1. Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren, das ein erstes Aufzugseil (2), an dessen Außenumfangsabschnitt eine erste Außenumfangsbeschichtungsschicht (7), die aus einem Harz ist, angeordnet ist, und ein zweites Aufzugseil (3), an dessen Außenumfangsabschnitt eine zweite Außenumfangsbeschichtungsschicht (11), die aus einem Harz ist, angeordnet ist, verbindet,
    wobei das Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren den folgenden Schritt aufweist: Einführen eines Endabschnitts des ersten Aufzugseils (2) in eine Seileinführungsöffnung (1a) von einem ersten Endabschnitt eines Verbindungsrohrs (1), das die Seileinführungsöffnung (1a) aufweist, und ferner Einführen eines Endabschnitts des zweiten Aufzugseils (3) in die Seileinführungsöffnung (1a) von einem zweiten Endabschnitt des Verbindungsrohrs (1);
    wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    das Verbindungsrohr (1) aus einem Harz ist; und dass das Verfahren ferner den folgenden Schritt aufweist:
    Verschweißen der Endabschnitte der ersten und zweiten Aufzugseile (2 und 3) mit dem Verbindungsrohr (1) durch Erhitzen des Verbindungsrohrs (1).
  2. Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren, das ein erstes Aufzugseil (2), an dessen Außenumfangsabschnitt eine erste Außenumfangsbeschichtungsschicht (7), die aus einem Harz ist, angeordnet ist, und ein zweites Aufzugseil (3), an dessen Außenumfangsabschnitt eine zweite Außenumfangsbeschichtungsschicht (11), die aus einem Harz ist, angeordnet ist, verbindet,
    wobei das Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:
    Einführen eines Endabschnitts des ersten Aufzugseils (2) in eine Seileinführungsöffnung (1a) von einem ersten Endabschnitt eines Verbindungsrohrs (1), das aus einem Harz ist, und das die Seileinführungsöffnung (1a) aufweist, und ferner Einführen eines Endabschnitts des zweiten Aufzugseils (3) in die Seileinführungsöffnung (1a) von einem zweiten Endabschnitt des Verbindungsrohrs (1); und
    Befestigen der Endabschnitte der ersten und zweiten Aufzugseile (2 und 3) mit dem Verbindungsrohr (1) mittels eines Klebstoffs (12).
  3. Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren, das ein erstes Aufzugseil (2), an dessen Außenumfangsabschnitt eine erste Außenumfangsbeschichtungsschicht (7), die aus einem Harz ist, angeordnet ist, und ein zweites Aufzugseil (3), an dessen Außenumfangsabschnitt eine zweite Außenumfangsbeschichtungsschicht (11), die aus einem Harz ist, angeordnet ist, verbindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren folgende Schritte aufweist: Aufnehmen eines Endabschnitts des ersten Aufzugseils (2) und eines Endabschnitts des zweiten Aufzugseils (3) innerhalb einer Form;
    Einspritzen eines geschmolzenen Verbindungsharzes in die Form; und Ausbilden eines Verbindungsrohrs (1), das aus einem Harz ist, welches die Endabschnitte der ersten und zweiten Aufzugseile (2 und 3) bedeckt, durch Aushärten des Verbindungsharzes innerhalb der Form.
  4. Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei dem die Seileinführungsöffnung (1a) durch eine Trennwand (1b), die in einem Zwischenabschnitt der Seileinführungsöffnung (1a) angeordnet ist, in erste und zweite Seileinführungsöffnungen (1c und 1d) unterteilt ist.
  5. Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem ein sich verjüngender Abschnitt (1e), in welchem sich ein Außendurchmesser sukzessive zu einer Endfläche hin verringert, an einem Endabschnitt des Verbindungsrohrs (1) angeordnet ist.
  6. Aufzugseilverbindungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem eine Differenz zwischen einem Außendurchmesser des Verbindungsrohrs (1) und einem Außendurchmesser der ersten und zweiten Aufzugseile (2 und 3) kleiner oder gleich 3 mm ist.
