Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klapptisch mit einer Tischplatte und mindestens zwei ein- und ausklappbaren Tischbeinen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Aus EP 1 498 047 B1 ist ein Klapptisch mit zwei abklappbaren Standfüßen, die jeweils im äußeren Randbereich einer Tischplatte auf deren Unterseite verschwenkbar mit der Tischplatte verbunden sind und jeweils in einer Standstellung lösbar arretierbar sind, bekannt. Dabei bestehen die Standfüße in der Standstellung im wesentlichen aus einer die Tischplatte im äußeren Randbereich untergreifenden Querspange und einem zu dieser Querspange zumindest annähernd parallel angeordneten Querfußbügel, die über ein in der Standstellung zumindest annähernd vertikal stehendes, zentral angeordnetes Standrohr verbunden sind.
  • Um einen Klapptisch zu schaffen, der auf eine diagonale Abstützung verzichtet, einen stabilen Stand bietet und überdies leicht und platzsparend stapelbar ist, sind die Standfüße jeweils mittels einer zwei außenliegende Drehgelenke und ein zentral angeordnetes Klappgelenk umfassenden Dreipunktlagerung gehalten und mit der Tischplatte verbunden. Eine solche Dreipunktlagerung an den beiden äußeren Randbereichen der Tischplatte ist nicht nur aufwendig und teuer, sondern gewährt nur weitgehend Beinfreiheit bei ausgeklappten Standfüssen.
  • Aus US-A-5 284 100 ist ein Klapptisch mit einschwenkbaren Beinen bekannt. Im Bereich der schwenkbaren Lagerung der Tischbeine ist eine Stapelstütze vorgesehen, die sich im äußeren Randbereich der Tischplatte befindet. Darüber hinaus ist in einem Bereich dazwischen eine mittlere Stapelstütze vorgesehen. Die Tischbeine besitzen eine solche Länge, dass die Tischbeine als eingeklappte Tischbeine nicht bis zur mittleren Stapelstütze reichen.
  • Aus DE 10 2004 054 934 B3 ist ein Klapptisch mit zwei einklappbaren Beinen, die in unter der Tischplatte befestigten Lagerkonsolen schwenkbar gelagert sowie verriegelbar sind, bekannt. An einem im äußeren Randbereich der Tischplatte quer verlaufenden Verbindungsrohr zwischen zwei Beinen eines Tischbeins sind Stapelpuffer vorgesehen zur Vermeidung von Beschädigungen an den Tischplatten beim Stapeln von mehreren Klapptischen übereinander. Auch wird die Beinfreiheit bei ausgeklappten Standfüssen behindert.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, einen Klapptisch nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zu schaffen, der auf einfache Art und Weise ein- und ausklappbar ist, einen stabilen Stand bietet bei guter Beinfreiheit und dabei leicht platzsparend stapelbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Hierdurch wird ein Klapptisch geschaffen, dessen Tischbeine jeweils im äußeren Randbereich der Tischplatte einzeln schwenkbar gelagert sind, und in der Standstellung jeweils vertikal stehend an den Tischseiten angeordnet sein können, um dem Tisch einen sicheren Stand zu verleihen. Zum Stapeln des Klapptisches mit eingeklappten Tischbeinen bilden die der schwenkbaren Lagerung jeweils gegenüberliegenden anderen Enden der Tischbeine ein Auflager, das zur Stapelebene ausrichtbar ist, die von den Stapelstützen aufspannbar ist. Beim Stapeln mehrerer Klapptische mit eingeklappten Tischbeinen neben- oder übereinander erfolgt die Abstützung nicht nur an den Stapelstützen im Bereich der schwenkbaren Lagerung der Tischbeine und damit im äußeren Randbereich der Tischplatte, sondern auch in einem Bereich dazwischen. Diese Abstützung an in drei zueinander beabstandeten Bereichen längs der Unterseite einer Tischplatte führt dazu, daß die Halterungen im äußeren Randbereich eine verringerte Quererstreckung aufweisen können und sich auf die Tischmitte im Randbereich konzentrieren. Die Beinfreiheit bei ausgeklappten Tischbeinen wird dadurch wesentlich verbessert.
  • Für die Halterung der Tischbeine sind vorzugsweise Lagerkonsolen vorgesehen, die ein lösbares Arretieren der ausgeklappten Tischbeine erlauben. Durch ein Aufrasten einer Riegelfalle an einer am Tischbein vorgesehenen Haltefläche kann ein stabiler Stand des aufgestellten Klapptisches gewährleistet werden.
  • Das obere andere Ende der beiden übereinander liegend sich erstreckenden anderen Enden der Tischbeine kann eine Stapelauflage tragen, mittels der eine Vorspannung einstellbar ist. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, daß die Stapelauflage in Längsrichtung der Tischplatte zwischen den Stapelstützen zumindest geringfügig elastisch vorspringt. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, daß die Stapelauflage in Kontakt mit der Oberseite einer aufgestapelten Tischplatte eines weiteren Klapptisches steht, bevor die beiden äußeren Stapelstützen in Kontakt gelangen.
  • Die Stapelauflage zwischen den Stapelstützen kann durch einen unterseitig an einem Tischbein vorgesehenen Querfuß gebildet sein. Ein Querfuß bietet eine breite Stapelauflage in einem Bereich zwischen den äußeren Randbereichen der Tischplatte. Je nach Länge der Tischbeine und Überlappungsbereich der eingeklappten Tischbeine aufgrund der Tischplattenlänge befindet sich die Stapelauflage vorzugsweise in einem mittleren Bereich der Längserstreckung der Tischplatte.
  • Der Anschlag ist vorzugsweise im Mittelpunktsbereich zwischen den Halterungen zur schwenkbaren Befestigung der Tischbeine angeordnet, damit die Stapelauflage unabhängig davon ist, welches der mindestens zwei Tischbeine zuerst eingeklappt wird.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand des in den beigefügten Abbildungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

  • Die Fig. 1 bis 4 zeigen einen Klapptisch 1 mit einer Tischplatte 2 und mindestens zwei ein- und ausklappbaren Tischbeinen 3, 4, die jeweils in einem äußeren Randbereich der Tischplatte 2 auf deren Unterseite 5 mit einem Ende 6, 7 schwenkbar gehaltert sind. Die schwenkbare Halterung erfolgt derart, daß die zwei gegenüberliegend eingeklappten Tischbeine 3, 4 mit dem jeweils anderen Ende 8, 9. übereinander liegend zur Tischplatte 2 sich erstrecken, wie dies aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist.
  • Bei eingeklappten Tischbeinen 3, 4 liegen beide Tischbeine 3, 4 mit einem Überlappungsbereich übereinander. Eines der anderen Enden 8, 9 liegt dann bezogen auf die Unterseite 5 der Tischplatte oben und eines unten. Es gibt also ein oberes anderes Ende, hier das andere Ende 9, und ein unteres anderes Ende, hier das andere Ende 8. Welches Ende 8, 9 das obere andere Ende bildet, hängt davon ab, welches der beiden Tischbeine 3, 4 als erstes eingeklappt wird und damit benachbart zur Unterseite 5 der Tischplatte 2 sich erstreckt. Vorzugsweise sind beide Tischbeine 3, 4 gleich ausgebildet, so daß unabhängig davon, welches der Tischbeine 3, 4 zuerst eingeklappt wird, ein oberes und ein unteres anderes Ende mit einem Überlappungsbereich gebildet wird.
  • Die einen Enden 6, 7 der Tischbeine 3, 4 weisen jeweils eine Stapelstütze 10, 11 auf, die bei eingeklappten Tischbeinen 3, 4, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, eine Stapelebene 16 (vgl. Fig. 3) beabstandet und vorzugsweise parallel zur Unterseite 5 der Tischplatte 2 bestimmen. Die Stapelstützen 10, 11 sind vorzugsweise jeweils zweiteilig ausgebildet, um eine Stapellinie quer zur Länge der Tischplatte 2 zu bilden, die durch Verbindung zweier zueinander beabstandeter Stapelstützenteilstücke gebildet wird. Die Stapelstützen 10, 11 sind dabei vorzugsweise als mit den Tischbeinen 3,4 schwenkbare Ausleger mit Auflagefläche ausgebildet.
  • Zur Abstützung der eingeklappten Tischbeine 3, 4 an der Tischplatte 2 ist ein Anschlag 12 vorgesehen, der für ein Positionieren des oberen anderen Endes 9 als Stapelauflage 13 in Bezug auf die von den Stapelstützen 10, 11 aufspannbare Stapelebene 16 vorgesehen ist. Mittels dieses Anschlages 12, der höhenverstellbar ist, wird durch eine wählbare Beabstandung der übereinanderliegenden Abschnitte 14, 15 der Tischbeine 3, 4 von der Unterseite 5 der Tischplatte 2 das jeweils obere andere Ende 9 gegenüber der Unterseite 5 der Tischplatte 2 gehoben oder gesenkt. Die Abschnitte 14, 15 der Tischbeine 3,-4 stützen sich dabei aufeinander ab. Mittels der Höhenverstellbarkeit des Anschlages 12 mit mindestens einer Komponente vertikal zur Ebene der Tischplatte 2 kann dann die Stapelauflage 13 zu den Stapelstützen 10, 11 ausgerichtet werden.   • Schraubenbolzen, der in eine in die Tischplatte 2 eingelassene Gewindebuchse 29 mit einer wählbaren Einschraubtiefe eingedreht werden kann. Ein Abstand X zwischen der Unterseite 5 der Tischplatte und dem zuunterst eingeklappten Tischbein 3 ist dadurch einstellbar.
  • Die Tischbeine 3, 4 sind mittels Lagerkonsolen 17, 18 an der Unterseite 5 der Tischplatte 2 arretierbar gehaltert. Die Lagerkonsolen 17, 18 weisen vorzugsweise Ausnehmungen 23, 24 zur Aufnahme der Stapelstützen 10, 11 bei ausgeklappten Tischbeinen 3, 4 auf, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt. Die Stapelstützen 10, 11 sind auf diese Weise in die Mechanik integriert bei der Gebrauchsstellung des Klapptisches 1 mit ausgeklappten Tischbeinen 3, 4. Die Lagerkonsolen 17, 18 erlauben weiche Verrundungen der Kanten, so daß eine geringere Stoßgefahr für die Knie besteht.
  • Das jeweils eine Ende 6, 7 der Tischbeine 3, 4 ist vorzugsweise an einer in der Lagerkonsole 17, 18 schwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkplatte 25, 26 befestigt, die jeweils eine Stapelstütze 10, 11 trägt. Die Schwenkplatte 25, 26 ist quer zur Längserstreckung des Tischbeins 3, 4 angeordnet. An der jeweiligen Schwenkplatte 25, 26 kann bei ausgeklappten Tischbeinen 3, 4 eine Riegelfalle 27 aufrasten, die mittels eines Betätigungshebels 28 lösbar ist. Die Stapelstütze 10, 11 liefert eine Abstützung parallel und mit Abstand zur Schwenkachse der Schwenkplatte 25, 26. Eine Stapelstützenlänge ist durch einen seitlichen Überstand der Stapelstützen 10, 11 gegenüber der jeweiligen Schwenkplatte 25, 26 einstellbar.
  • Das obere andere Ende 9 trägt vorzugsweise einen Stapelring 20. Dieser Stapelring 20 kann aus einem elastischen oder gummiartigen Weichmaterial bestehen. Der Stapelring 20 bildet dabei einen Fortsatz oder Stapelpuffer, der zur Vorspannung des oberen anderen Ende 9 gegenüber der aufspannbaren Stapelebene 16 genutzt werden kann. Das obere andere Ende 9 wird dazu mit einem gegenüber der aufspannbaren Stapelebene 16 mindestens teilweise vorstehenden Stapelpuffer angeordnet, wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Die Vorspannung beträgt vorzugsweise 1-2 mm.
  • Das andere Ende 8, 9 wird vorzugsweise von einem an dem jeweiligen Tischbein 3, 4 unterseitig vorgesehenen Querfuß 21, 22 gebildet. Die Stapelstützen 10, 11 am äußeren Randbereich der Tischplatte 2 stellen dann bezogen auf eine Breite der Tischplatte 2 eine kürzere oder kleinere Auflage bereit als das obere andere Ende 9 in Form des Querfusses 22.
  • Wie in Fig, 3 dargestellt, stützt sich jeder Klapptisch 1 auf einem benachbart gestapelten Klapptisch ab über die jeweiligen Stapelstützen 10, 11 und die Stapelauflage 13 der eingeklappten Tischbeine 3, 4 unter Abstützung an dem Anschlag 12. Die Stapelebene 16 koinzidiert dabei jeweils mit der Oberseite der Tischplatte 2 eines benachbarten Klapptisches. Für den zuunterst dargestellten Klapptisch 1 ist zur Verdeutlichung die Stellung der Tischbeine in ausgeklappter Stellung diese Stellung zusätzlich gestrichelt dargestellt.

Klapptisch mit einer Tischplatte (2) und mindestens zwei ein- und ausklappbaren Tischbeinen (3, 4), die jeweils in einem äußeren Randbereich einer Tischplatte (2) auf deren Unterseite (5) mit einem Ende (6, 7) derart schwenkbar gehaltert sind, daß zwei gegenüberliegend eingeklappte Tischbeine (3, 4) mit dem jeweils anderen Ende (8, 9) übereinander liegend zur Tischplatte (2) sich erstrecken unter Ausbildung eines oberen (9) und eines unterhalb (8) des oberen (9) und der Unterseite (5) der Tischplatte (2) liegenden anderen Endes, und die einen Enden (6, 7) der Tischbeine (3, 4) jeweils eine Stapelstütze (10, 11) aufweisen, die bei eingeklappten Tischbeinen (3, 4) eine Stapelebene (16) beabstandet zur Unterseite (5) der Tischplatte (2) bestimmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlag (12) zur Abstützung der eingeklappten Tischbeine (3, 4) an der Tischplatte (2) vorgesehen ist, der für ein Positionieren des oberen (9) anderen Endes als Stapelauflage (13) in Bezug auf die von den Stapelstützen (10, 11) aufspannbare Stapelebene (16) durch wählbare Beabstandung von der Unterseite (5) der Tischplatte (2) höhenverstellbar ist, wodurch ein Abstand (X) zwischen der Unterseite (5) der Tischplatte (2) und dem zuunterst eingeklappten Tischbein (3) einstellbar ist.
  2. Klapptisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tischbeine (3, 4) mittels Lagerkonsolen (17, 18) an der Unterseite (5) der Tischplatte (2) arretierbar gehaltert sind.
  3. Klapptisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere (9) andere Ende eine Stapelauflage (20) trägt.
  4. Klapptisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Vorspannung des oberen (9) anderen Endes gegenüber einer aufspannbaren Stapelebene (16), das obere (9) andere Ende mit einem zusammendrückbaren gegenüber der aufspannbaren Stapelebene (16) mindestens teilweise vorstehend positionierbaren Stapelring als eine Stapelauflage (20) ausbildbar ist.
  5. Klapptisch nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stapelring als elastische oder gummiartige Stapelauflage (20) aus einem Weichmaterial ausbildbar ist.
  6. Klapptisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende (8, 9) jeweils von einem an dem Tischbein (3, 4) unterseitig vorgesehenen Querfuß (21, 22) gebildet ist.
  7. Klapptisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelstützen (10, 11) als mit den Tischbeinen (3, 4) schwenkbare Ausleger mit Auflagefläche ausgebildet sind.
  8. Klapptisch nach Anspruch 2 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerkonsolen (17, 18) Ausnehmungen (23, 24) zur Aufnahme der Stapelstützen (10, 11) bei ausgeklappten Tischbeinen (3, 4) aufweisen.
  9. Klapptisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das jeweils eine Ende (6, 7) der Tischbeine (3, 4) an einer in einer Lagerkonsole (17, 18) schwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkplatte (25, 26) befestigt ist, die mindestens eine Stapelstütze (10, 11) trägt.
  10. Klapptisch nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkplatte (25, 26) quer zur Längserstreckung des Tischbeins (3, 4) angeordnet ist.
  11. Klapptisch nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Schwenkplatte (25, 26) eine Riegelfalle (27) bei ausgeklappten Tischbeinen (3, 4) rastbar ist.
  12. Klapptisch nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelstützen (10, 11) am Randbereich der Tischplatte (2) bezogen auf eine Breite der Tischplatte (2) eine kleinere Auflage bereitstellen als das obere (9) andere Ende.
