Definitions

  • the invention relates to a. Device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a furniture according to claim 12.
  • the ejection can take place, for example, by means of a particularly pivotable ejection lever which can be driven by a drive unit and which is attached to one of the two furniture parts and temporarily in contact with the other furniture part in order to eject the movable furniture part.
  • the movable furniture part may be a drawer, door, flap or other movable furniture parts.
  • the ejection lever comes into contact with the other furniture part during ejection within a contact area provided on the ejection lever, and the contact is released after ejection.
  • the ejection device In the design of the ejection device a variety of requirements must be taken into account. On the one hand, the ejection device should be as inexpensive as possible, robust and space-saving. On the other hand, the aim is to allow comparable ejection movements of the movable furniture part, in particular even if it is with this example. By a variable load each strongly different masses must be moved.
  • Object of the present invention is to improve a device of the type mentioned in terms of a technical and economic realization or to provide a piece of furniture with a corresponding device.
  • the invention is initially based on a device for ejecting a furniture part, which is movably received on a stationary furniture part, with a driven by a drive unit ejection lever which is attached to one of the two furniture parts and temporarily in contact with the other furniture part to the movable To eject furniture part, and the ejection lever has a contact area, within which the contact between the ejection lever and the other furniture part, wherein the ejection lever is driven, with the intention that during a ejection operation, the contact between the ejection lever and the other furniture part is canceled.
  • An essential aspect of the invention is that the contact area has a bend.
  • a desired course of the ejection movement or an advantageous ejection characteristic can be realized on the design of the contact area on the ejection lever or by a corresponding shaping of the ejection lever.
  • different effective lever lengths thus come into effect during the ejection process with a relatively simply modified ejection lever.
  • Different effective lever lengths also cause different forces or Moments that can be transmitted during the ejection process of the ejection lever on the other furniture part. This may be particularly advantageous if, for example, at the beginning of the ejection movement comparatively large forces or moments are necessary to move the movable furniture part, in particular to overcome a standstill position in the closed state of the movable furniture part.
  • an effective lever length of the ejection lever is crucial, which depends on the lever geometry or the type of kinking.
  • a shorter lever length can be realized than at a later time of the ejection process.
  • Due to the bend in the contact area the contact with the other furniture part will take place there at the beginning of the ejection movement.
  • forces or moments can be set up in an advantageous manner for an ejection effect from the ejection lever on the furniture part to be moved.
  • a particularly space-saving placement of the ejection lever can be possible with a bend in the investment area.
  • the kinking may describe a comparatively shallow kink angle, eg lying on the side facing away from the contact area between 120 and 170 degrees or even below.
  • the ejection lever is designed to deform elastically during the ejection process.
  • an elastic bending of at least parts of the ejection lever, in particular of the contact area, under load during the ejection process a possibility can be provided for influencing the ejection process, in particular the duration and size of the forces or moments that can be transmitted by the ejection lever.
  • the course of the ejection process can thereby be adapted to different conditions, for example to different masses to be moved during ejection. This can be done with a spring-trained ejection lever, as this depending on the strength and time change -A-
  • the elastic deformation during ejection makes correspondingly different ejection effects possible.
  • the ratio of the proportions of the driven path and the non-driven trailing path after the end of the drive effect may be different in order to always obtain approximately the samePolausdorfweg.
  • About the deliberately established, reproducible elasticity of the ejection lever, which has a noticeable effect on the ejection process, so to speak can implement a self-adjusting to different loads or other variable boundary conditions of the movable furniture part ejection effect.
  • the characteristic of the ejection process which is dependent on the elasticity of the ejection lever can be influenced, for example, by different material properties of the elastically effective part of the ejection lever or a corresponding shaping or positioning of the elastically deforming regions of the ejection lever.
  • the ejection lever is formed such that a maximum change in position of one end of an elastic member of the eject lever caused by the elastic deformation at the ejection operation is at least 2%, more preferably at least 5%, relative to the length of the elastic member of the ejection lever. If, for example, an elastic part of the ejection lever bending around an attachment point is considered, the length of the elastic part of the ejection lever is approximately the distance from the attachment point to an end of the elastic part of the ejection lever which is at a distance from the attachment point.
  • the ejection lever is designed as a bending lever with a bend in the contact area, through which two substantially straight portions of the contact area are aligned at an angle to each other.
  • a bend does not mean, in particular, a curved course of the contact area or should it just be avoided.
  • the ejection lever can be designed for a relatively simple and space-saving.
  • the bend from a straight ejection lever which is straight especially in a starting position, form only at the beginning of the ejection process or a pivoting of the ejection lever, for example when the kink is articulated.
  • an ejection lever with a bend in the abutment region can provide a first effective lever length in a first phase of the ejection movement and a further effective lever length in the further course of the ejection movement of the ejection lever.
  • the ejection lever has a part which essentially acts rigidly during the ejection process and a part which elastically deforms during the ejection process and which in particular comprises the abutment region.
  • the ejection lever can be easily adapted to different desired ejection characteristics. By tuning the elastically deforming part and a substantially rigid part of the ejection lever can act significantly different in the ejection process Forces are set up by the ejection lever on the other furniture part. In addition, an automatic adjustment of the ejection lever can be achieved during the ejection process. It is also possible, for example, to attach different elastically deforming parts of the ejection lever to a rigid main body of the ejection lever, depending on the desired elasticity. The two parts may be separate components or formed in one piece.
  • the abutment region of the ejection lever is formed repeatedly kinked.
  • a Mehrfachabknickung or a polygonal shape of the contact area can be made possible with progressive lever movement during the ejection process, a repeatedly extending effective lever length.
