- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le tambour de tuyau (21) comporte un axe d'enroulement cylindrique (24) et des joues latérales (25) saillant radialement au-dessus de l'axe d'enroulement (24) et en ce que, à partir du tambour de tuyau (21), au moins un premier élément de déviation (32) est disposé à une distance de l'axe d'enroulement (24) qui est supérieure au diamètre de l'axe d'enroulement (24).
