Definitions

  • the invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning device of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
  • a high pressure cleaning device which has a high pressure hose and a connection piece for a liquid supply line.
  • the liquid supply line is designed as a separate hose line.
  • the DE 298 09 473 U1 shows a high-pressure cleaner with a hose reel for a high pressure hose and with a hose reel for a flexible hose.
  • the US 2,640,724 shows a cleaning device with a hose reel for a cleaning hose, which includes a hose for water, a hose for a cleaning agent and a hose for compressed air.
  • a spring is set, which biases the hose reel in the winding direction.
  • the WO 2006/053079 A1 shows a cleaning trolley with a wound on a hose reel hose, which is used for connection to a faucet.
  • a spiral hose is connected to the hose via leads routed to the carriage.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a high-pressure cleaner of the generic type, which has a simple structure and allows easy handling.
  • connection line is provided for connection to a water supply to the high-pressure cleaner itself, no separate connection cable is needed.
  • connection line By the execution of the connection line as Textilflachschlauch a compact construction can be achieved.
  • the space required for the connecting cable is low.
  • the textile flat hose acts as a pressure buffer, so that pressure surges from the water line are reduced when switching off.
  • the textile flat hose forms a volume of water storage for areas with fluctuating water supply. This is possible because the textile flat hose limp is. This avoids the formation of a negative pressure in the hose, which can cause the pump to switch to suction mode.
  • the storage device comprises a winding device for the textile flat hose.
  • an automatic winding device for textile flat hose advantageously comprises a return spring, which is tensioned during unwinding of the textile flat hose.
  • the winding of the flat textile hose can be effected in a simple manner by releasing a latch or the like.
  • the high-pressure cleaning device advantageously comprises a storage device for the textile flat hose, which is integrated in particular in the housing of the high-pressure cleaning device. This eliminates a separate connection hose. All components required for operating the high-pressure cleaning device can be integrated in the high-pressure cleaning device.
  • the storage device is adjustable on the housing between a storage position and an operating position in which the textile flat hose can be removed or arranged on the storage device. Characterized in that a storage position and an operating position are provided, the textile flat hose can be easily accessible in the operating position. In the storage position of textile flat hose is advantageously arranged so that it does not hinder the operator during transport of the high-pressure cleaner and that there is a closed exterior of the housing of the high-pressure cleaner.
  • the storage device is arranged in a storage position in a receptacle on the housing, wherein the storage device is advantageously arranged completely in the housing and does not protrude beyond the housing outside in this position.
  • the take-up device has in particular a hose reel for the textile flat hose.
  • the hose reel is rotatably mounted, so that a simple unwinding and winding the textile flat hose is made possible.
  • the term hose reel is to be understood wide. This is understood to mean drums, individual struts or other elements around which the flat textile hose can be wound.
  • the hose reel is advantageously adjustable between a Aufwickel gleich and a storage state, wherein in the stored state, the measured perpendicular to the axis of rotation width of the hose reel is smaller than the measured perpendicular to the axis of rotation height of the hose reel.
  • the textile flat hose is very flexible in the deflated state. As a result, the hose reel, together with the flat pleated hose wound thereon, can be moved from the winding state into a storage state, for example, folded up. As a result, the hose reel can be integrated well into the available installation space on the housing of the high-pressure cleaning device. The space required for storing the hose reel is small.
  • the high-pressure hose and the textile flat hose are each wound on a hose reel, wherein the two hose reels are rotatable about a common axis.
  • the hose reels can be arranged, for example, in the region of a bracket provided for guiding the high-pressure cleaning device.
  • the hose reel advantageously has actuating means for rotating the hose reel.
  • the winding device has a holder for the hose center of the textile flat hose. Due to the fact that the textile flat hose with its tube center is held on the take-up device, the textile flat hose is wound up in two layers. This simultaneously prevents twisting of the textile flat hose.
  • the storage device comprises at least one fixed to the housing holder, around which the flat textile hose can be wound up.
  • the storage device comprises at least one fixed to the housing holder, around which the flat textile hose can be wound up.
  • the high-pressure cleaning device comprises a connection for the textile flat hose and that the textile flat hose arranged in the storage device can be connected to the connection.
  • the textile flat hose can already be connected in the stored state.
  • the flat textile hose only has to be removed from the storage device, for example unwound and connected to a water supply.
  • an emptying device for the flat textile hose is provided, which at least partially stretches the residual liquid contained in the textile flat hose when the hose is being wound up.
  • a simple design results when the emptying device has a slot through which the textile flat hose is guided.
  • the textile flat hose advantageously has an internal structure which presses the textile flat hose in the unloaded state.
  • the high-pressure cleaner 1 has a housing 2, in which a high-pressure pump, not shown, is arranged.
  • the high-pressure cleaning device 1 has two wheels 3, with which the high-pressure cleaner 1 can be pulled over the ground.
