一种保护水带的水带盘卷装置
技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术领域,具体地说是涉及水带盘卷装置。
技术背景
水带盘卷装置具有机架,在架子上设置有盘卷盘,在盘卷盘前面还有挤压辊,挤压辊是挤压水带里面的存水、将存水排除的部件,挤压辊成对横向设置;现有技术中,挤压辊的长度超过盘卷辊的宽度,这样挤压辊就对水带宽度上整体挤压,往往会将将水带折叠边形成挤压痕迹,这些痕迹出容易者烂破损,不能很好保护水带。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点,提供一种可以保护水带、延长水带使用寿命的水带盘卷装置——一种保护水带的水带盘卷装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种保护水带的水带盘卷装置,包括机架,在架子上设置有盘卷盘,在盘卷盘前面还有挤压辊,挤压辊是挤压水带里面的存水、将存水排除的部件,挤压辊成对横向设置;其特征是:所述的挤压辊的长度小于盘卷盘的宽度,挤压辊在盘卷盘正前方设置,在挤压辊的两端具有倒角结构。
进一步地讲,所述的挤压辊外周具有软质层。
进一步地讲,所述挤压辊的长度是盘卷盘的宽度的0.8倍。
进一步地讲,所述的挤压辊外周是中间粗的鼓形结构。
本发明的有益效果是;这样的水带盘卷装置具有可以保护水带、延长水带使用寿命的优点;
所述的挤压辊外周具有软质层,还具有更好保护水带的优点;
所述挤压辊的长度是盘卷盘的宽度的0.8倍,具有设计合理的优点;
所述的挤压辊外周是中间粗的鼓形结构,具有盘绕时不易打滑的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、2、3所示,一种保护水带的水带盘卷装置,包括机架1,在架子上设置有盘卷盘2,在盘卷盘前面还有挤压辊3,挤压辊是挤压水带里面的存水、将存水排除的部件,挤压辊成对横向设置;其特征是:所述的挤压辊的长度小于盘卷盘的宽度,挤压辊在盘卷盘正前方设置,在挤压辊的两端具有倒角结构4。
这样水带的两个边就不会受到挤压,形成圆弧形的过渡,实现保护水带的目的。
进一步地讲,所述的挤压辊外周具有软质层5。
进一步地讲,所述挤压辊的长度是盘卷盘的宽度的0.8倍。
进一步地讲,所述的挤压辊外周是中间粗的鼓形结构6,如图中下面的挤压辊所示。

1.一种保护水带的水带盘卷装置,包括机架,在架子上设置有盘卷盘,在盘卷盘前面还有挤压辊,挤压辊是挤压水带里面的存水、将存水排除的部件,挤压辊成对横向设置;其特征是:所述的挤压辊的长度小于盘卷盘的宽度,挤压辊在盘卷盘正前方设置,在挤压辊的两端具有倒角结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水带盘卷装置,其特征是:所述的挤压辊外周具有软质层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水带盘卷装置,其特征是:所述挤压辊的长度是盘卷盘的宽度的0.8倍。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的水带盘卷装置,其特征是:所述的挤压辊外周是中间粗的鼓形结构。
5.根据权利要求3所述的水带盘卷装置,其特征是:所述的挤压辊外周是中间粗的鼓形结构。
