Description

The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning device with a housing in which a pump and a drive motor are arranged, wherein the pump pressurized liquid can be delivered via a high-pressure hose and the high-pressure hose can be wound on a hose drum which is rotatably mounted within the housing about a rotational axis is, and led out of the case.

From the utility model DE 299 14 193 U1 a high-pressure cleaning device is known in which the hose reel, on which the high-pressure hose can be wound, is arranged on the outside at an end face of the housing. Via a hose guide device, the high-pressure hose can be unwound from the hose drum on a longitudinal side of the housing. The hose reel is freely accessible. There is therefore a risk that the hose reel, in particular their storage, is damaged when using the high-pressure cleaner. In addition, the high-pressure cleaning device can not be placed directly on the side of a wall, since there must be sufficient space next to the high-pressure cleaning device to unwind the high-pressure hose from the hose reel.

From the publication EP 0 770 575 A1 is a high-pressure cleaner with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known. In this device, the hose drum is disposed within the housing and the high-pressure hose led out of the housing via an opening. By means of a hand crank held on the side of the housing, the high-pressure hose can be wound up. The axis of rotation of the hose reel is aligned parallel or perpendicular to the vertical axis of the housing. During operation of the high-pressure cleaning device, the housing assumes an upright position, for the process it can be tilted in the manner of a sack truck, wherein it has a relatively long extent and therefore must be moved carefully.

Object of the present invention is to develop a high-pressure cleaning device of the type mentioned in such a way that it has a shorter design.

This object is achieved by a high-pressure cleaner with the features of claim 1.

In the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention, the hose reel is arranged within the housing and therefore protected from damage. There is virtually no risk that the hose reel, in particular their storage, will be damaged during operation of the high-pressure cleaning device. From the hose drum, the high-pressure hose can be unwound at the back of the high-pressure cleaner. For this purpose, the high-pressure hose is led out of the housing at the rear. This simplifies the handling of the high-pressure cleaning device, in particular no space is required laterally next to the high-pressure cleaning device in order to be able to wind up and unwind the high-pressure hose.

The axis of rotation of the hose reel is aligned parallel to the horizontal axis of the housing. This allows a particularly short construction of the housing, so that the high-pressure cleaner according to the invention is characterized by a compact design.

To wind the high pressure hose, the hose reel can be rotated. In a preferred embodiment of the invention for this purpose a hand crank is rotatably mounted on the back of the housing. It is advantageous if the axis of rotation of the hand crank is aligned coaxially to the axis of rotation of the hose reel, in particular it can be provided that the hand crank is rotatably connected to the hose reel.

A particularly short construction of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention is characterized in that the hand crank is arranged in a rear recess of the housing. This has the advantage that the hand crank protrudes at most slightly above the back of the housing, since it is largely taken up by the rear recess of the housing.

In a preferred embodiment, operating elements of the high-pressure cleaning device are arranged above the depression. For example, a switch for switching on and off the drive motor can be arranged above the depression, which drives the pump. Also display elements can be arranged above the recess, for example, a temperature display, if the high-pressure cleaning device is heated. The arrangement of controls above the handle receiving recess on the back of the housing simplifies the handling of the high-pressure cleaner, because the operator can operate the high-pressure cleaner standing at the back.

It is advantageous if at least one filling opening for filling a storage tank arranged in the housing is arranged in the recess. The housing may, for example, comprise a storage tank for a cleaning chemical which may be admixed with the pressurized liquid, preferably water. The storage tank can be filled via a filling opening arranged in the recess. This simplifies the handling of the high-pressure cleaner.

It can also be provided that, in addition to the depression, at least one filling opening is arranged for filling a storage tank arranged in the housing, for example, the housing can have a storage tank for a descaling solution, which can be filled via a filling opening arranged laterally next to the depression.

It is particularly advantageous if the depression is arranged between two filling openings, via which a respective storage tank can be filled. For example, two filling openings for storage tanks can be arranged on the rear side of the housing, preferably in each case in a corner area, the depression being positioned between the two filling openings.

The high-pressure cleaning device can be designed to be heatable by the pressurized liquid can be heated by means of a heat exchanger. For operation of the heat exchanger fuel can be used, which are stored in a storage tank within the housing can. As already explained, another storage tank can accommodate a descaling solution, wherein this storage tank can also be filled via a filling opening arranged on the rear side of the housing, namely laterally next to the recess.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, all operating elements of the high-pressure cleaning device are arranged on the rear side of the housing. This allows a particularly simple handling of the high-pressure cleaning device.

It is advantageous if a hose guide device is arranged in the housing for guiding the high-pressure hose from the hose reel to a rear opening of the housing. By means of the hose guide device, the high-pressure hose can be guided within the housing. This ensures that the high-pressure hose can be easily pulled out of the housing at the rear of the housing and returned to the housing as required. An unintentional looping when winding or unwinding the high pressure hose or jamming of the high pressure hose can be avoided.

The hose guide device comprises in an advantageous embodiment a plurality of mutually spaced deflection elements. It has been found that the high-pressure hose can be wound up and unwound in a simple manner by means of a set of deflection elements spaced apart from one another. Between adjacent deflecting the high-pressure hose can relax, this facilitates the winding and unwinding. It is favorable if at least one deflecting element is arranged below the hose drum. This allows a compact design of the high-pressure cleaning device, wherein the space required for the hose reel and the supply of the high-pressure hose can be kept low.

It can be provided that the hose reel has a cylindrical winding core and radially projecting side cheeks above the winding core and that, starting from the hose reel, at least one first deflecting element is arranged at a distance from the winding core which is larger than the winding core diameter. By providing a relatively large distance between the winding core and the first deflecting the winding and unwinding of the high pressure hose on the hose reel is simplified. This is especially true when the side cheeks have a relatively large distance from each other. The rather large selected distance between the first deflecting element and the winding core allows reliable feeding of the high-pressure hose to the winding core, without the risk that the high-pressure hose is wound unevenly on the winding core.

It is particularly favorable if the distance between the first deflecting element and the winding core is at least 1.5 times the diameter of the winding core.

The first deflecting element is designed in an advantageous embodiment as a deflecting bar whose length corresponds at least to the mutual distance of the side cheeks. The deflection bar is preferably freely rotatably mounted, wherein the axis of rotation of the deflection bar can be aligned parallel to the axis of rotation of the hose drum.

In a particularly compact design of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention, the high-pressure hose can be aligned substantially horizontally on the first deflecting element. For example, the high-pressure hose can be guided by the winding core oriented obliquely to the horizontal to the first deflecting element and there experience a deflection in a horizontal plane. In the case of a preferred embodiment, the high-pressure hose can be deflected by at least 90 ° at the first deflecting element.

At least one second deflection element is arranged in a preferred embodiment at a distance from the first deflection element, which corresponds at least to the winding core diameter. This allows a relaxation of the high-pressure hose between the first and the second deflecting element and this in turn facilitates the winding of the high pressure hose on the hose reel.

Preferably, the distance between the first and the second deflecting element is at least 1.5 times the diameter of the winding core.

It is advantageous if the high-pressure hose can be aligned on the second deflecting element substantially parallel to the horizontal axis of the housing. This makes it possible in a structurally simple way to output the high-pressure hose at the rear of the housing in an orientation parallel to the horizontal axis of the housing.

The second deflection element can be designed, for example, as a freely rotatable deflection roller. The axis of rotation of the deflection roller is preferably aligned vertically.

The second deflecting element may have a plurality of freely rotatable deflection rollers, which allow a total of a deflection of the high-pressure hose at an angle of about 90 °.

In the drawing, a heated high-pressure cleaning device 10 is shown schematically with a housing 12 which is movably mounted on rear wheels 14 and front wheels 15 and accommodates in the usual way a pump not shown in the drawing, a drive motor driving the pump and a fuel-operated heat exchanger. Such pumps, drive motors and heat exchangers are known in the art, they are therefore not shown in the drawing. By means of the pump, a cleaning liquid, preferably water, can be pressurized, and by means of the heat exchanger, the cleaning liquid can be heated.

To deliver the pressurized cleaning liquid, the high-pressure cleaning device 10 comprises a high-pressure hose 17, which can be wound onto a hose reel 21 arranged within the housing 12 in the region of its rear side 19. The hose reel 21 is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 22 which is aligned parallel to the horizontal longitudinal axis (horizontal axis) of the housing 12.

The hose reel 21 comprises a cylindrical winding core 24 and two spaced-apart and over the winding core radially projecting side cheeks, of which only one side cheek 25 is shown in the drawing. The two side cheeks are aligned parallel to each other and each formed in the form of a grid.

One end of the high-pressure hose 17 dips into the winding core 24 and is connected via a known per se and therefore not shown in detail in the drawing stationary fluid coupling in the axis of rotation 22 of the hose drum 21 with a housing-fixed pressure line, which is connected to the outlet of the pump , About the fluid coupling a liquid-tight connection between the pressure line and the high-pressure hose 17 is ensured in each position of the hose drum 21.

The hose drum 21 is surrounded by a cage 27 which is formed by a plurality of spaced-apart webs 28, each are aligned parallel to the axis of rotation 22 of the hose drum 21 and are arranged distributed over the outer circumference of the side cheeks 25. By means of the cage 27 it is ensured that the high-pressure hose 17 can not uncontrollably form a loop protruding from the hose drum 21.

The high-pressure hose 17 is guided radially outward between two webs 28 and strikes underneath the hose reel 21 a hose guide device 30 with a first deflecting element in the form of a deflecting rod 32 and a second deflecting element in the form of two deflecting rollers 33, 34, between which the high-pressure hose 17 is passed , The deflection bar 32 is freely rotatable about an axis of rotation 36 aligned parallel to the horizontal longitudinal axis of the housing 12, and the two deflection rollers 33, 34 are freely rotatable via vertically aligned axes of rotation 37, 38. With an orientation obliquely to the vertical of the high-pressure hose 17 is guided from the winding core 24 to the deflection bar 32. At the deflection bar 32, the high-pressure hose 17 undergoes a first deflection in such a way that it is subsequently aligned substantially horizontally. In the horizontal plane defined by the high-pressure hose 17, the latter then experiences a further deflection at the deflection rollers 33, 34, so that it is subsequently aligned parallel to the horizontal longitudinal axis of the housing 12 and via a housing opening 40 which is arranged on the rear side 19 of the housing 12. can be pulled out of the housing 12. At the housing opening 40 more pulleys 41, 42, 43 are arranged, which are each mounted freely rotatable. The axes of rotation of the guide rollers 41 and 42 are vertically aligned and the axis of rotation of the guide roller 43 is aligned horizontally. The high pressure hose 17 is passed between the two guide rollers 41 and 42, and the guide roller 43 is at the housing opening 40 above the high pressure hose 17 arranged and bridges the distance between the pulleys 41 and 42nd

For this purpose, in a rear recess 45 of the housing 12, a hand crank 47 is rotatably mounted about an aligned with the axis of rotation 22 of the hose drum 21 axis of rotation. On a bottom wall 49 of the recess 45 two closable respectively by a lid 51 and 52, filling openings 53 and 54 are arranged. Via the two filling openings 43 and 44, two chemical tanks, which are arranged within the housing 12, can be filled with cleaning chemicals, which can be added to the pressurized liquid.

The housing 12, in addition to the already described chemical tanks and a fuel tank for storing fuel for the heat exchanger. The fuel tank can be located on the side next to the recess 45 arranged filling opening 65 are filled, which is closed by a cover 66.

The high-pressure cleaning device 10 can be operated in a simple manner from the back 19 -aus, since all controls of the high-pressure cleaner 10 and all filling openings 53, 54, 65, 68 for storage tanks as well as the hand crank 47 for winding the high-pressure hose 17 on the back 19 of the housing 12 are arranged.
