Zwei Möbelteile eines Sitzmöbels miteinander verbindender Schwenkbeschlag, mit einem Schwenkteil (2) und einem Tragteil (1), die um eine Drehachse (15) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das Tragteil (1) an einem relativ dazu axial verschiebbar an einem der beiden Möbelteile angeschlossenen Befestigungselement (3) gehalten ist, wobei das Tragteil (1) und das Schwenkteil (2) mittels eines aus zwei Kurbelgetrieben (8, 9) bestehenden Hebelgetriebes (7) bewegungsabhängig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei ein Kurbelgetriebe (9) zumindest am Tragteil (1) und das andere am Tragteil (1) und am Schwenkteil (2) angelenkt sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen zwei Möbelteile eines Sitzmöbels gelenkig miteinander verbindenden Schwenkbeschlag nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein derartiger Schwenkbeschlag ist beispielsweise aus der DE 200 05 850 U1 bekannt.
  • Der darin gezeigte und beschriebene Schwenkbeschlag, mit dem eine ein Möbelteil bildende Kopfstütze beispielsweise eines Sessels aus einer gegenüber einer das andere Möbelteil bildenden Rückenlehne geneigten Gebrauchsstellung in eine Nichtgebrauchsstellung verschwenkt werden kann, bei der dann die Kopfstütze nach hinten, also zur Rückseite hin gerichtet ist, hat sich prinzipiell bewährt. Dabei wird die Kopfstütze durch ein Gesperre entsprechend den Abstufungen eines dazugehörenden Sperrrades in verschiedenen Schwenkpositionen gehalten.
  • Zur Streckung des Bezugsstoffes bzw. der Aufpolsterung im Schwenkbereich des einen Möbelteiles, das im Übrigen auch durch eine Fußstütze oder eine verschwenkbare Armlehne gebildet sein kann, beim Verschwenken in eine gegenüber dem anderen Möbelteil gleich gerichtete Lage zu erreichen, wobei die Strecklänge dem sich in abgewinkelter Stellung des einen Möbelteiles ergebenden äußeren Bogenmaßes entspricht, ist bei der bekannten Konstruktion oberhalb einer Schwenkachse, an der die Traglasche und das Schwenkteil miteinander verbunden sind, eine Drehachse vorgesehen, an der eine Lenkerlasche zur Verschiebung des einen Möbelteiles angeordnet ist.
  • Allerdings muss die Drehachse funktionsbedingt relativ weit oberhalb der Schwenkachse platziert sein, so dass der Raum für eine ausreichende Aufpolsterung in diesem Bereich nur unzureichend zur Verfügung steht. Insofern stellt diese Konstruktion hinsichtlich des geforderten Komforts kein Optimum dar.
  • Durch die möglichst eng beieinander liegende Positionierung der Drehachse zur Schwenkachse wird andererseits das eine Möbelteil nicht in einer Weise in seiner Länge beim Zurückschwenken in eine mit dem anderen Möbelteil fluchtende Stellung verschoben, in der eine ausreichende, d.h. glatte Streckung des Bezugsstoffes erreicht wird. D.h., der Bezugsstoff schlägt in dem vom Schwenkbereich vorgegebenen Maß Falten, was aus vielerlei Gründen unerwünscht ist, beispielsweise weil solche Falten potentielle Schmutzecken bilden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schwenkbeschlag der gattungsgemäßen Art so weiterzuentwickeln, dass der Benutzungskomfort des Sitzmöbels verbessert wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Schwenkbeschlag mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Durch diese konstruktive Ausbildung wird erreicht, dass eine Verschiebung des einen Möbelteils zum anderen Möbelteil möglich ist, die in jedem Fall ausreicht, um den Bezugsstoff in einer fluchtenden Stellung beider Möbelteile faltenfrei zu strecken.
  • Dies schafft andererseits die Möglichkeit, die Aufpolsterung im Schwenkbereich so zu dimensionieren, dass sie den Komfortansprüchen des Benutzers in ausreichendem Maße entspricht.
  • Dabei bildet die Schwenkachse, an der das Tragteil und das Schwenkteil gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, sozusagen den höchsten Drehpunkt, der die Vorgabe für die Aufpolsterung im Schwenkbereich bildet.
  • Die beiden Kurbelgetriebe bestehen jeweils aus einem Kurbelglied, die bevorzugt am Tragteil schwenkbar gelagert sind und die mittels einer Koppellasche miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Ein Kurbelglied, das zweiarmig ausgebildet ist, ist über eine endseitig angeschlossene Kurbellasche mit dem Schwenkteil verbunden, während das andere Kurbelglied an einem Ende ebenfalls eine angelenkte Kurbellasche trägt, die am Befestigungselement angeschlossen ist.
  • Durch die Kopplung beider Kurbelgetriebe mittels der Koppellasche erfolgt die bewegungsabhängige axiale Verschiebung des Tragteiles gegenüber dem Befestigungselement beim Verschwenken des Schwenkteiles, so dass der Abstand der beiden Möbelteile zueinander bei einer Verschwenkung in einer eine fluchtende Stellung ausreichend groß gestreckt wird, um den die Möbelteile gemeinsam überdeckenden Bezugsstoff faltenfrei zu straffen.
  • Nach einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist das Befestigungselement als Führungsstange ausgebildet, die in einer Führungsschiene längs verschiebbar gelagert ist. Denkbar ist aber auch, das Befestigungselement, wie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, in einer Langlochführung zu halten.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben.

  • Der gezeigte Schwenkbeschlag ist in der Figur 1 in einer abgewinkelten Nichtgebrauchsstellung und in der Figur 3 in einer gestreckten Gebrauchslage dargestellt, während die Figur 2 eine Zwischenstellung wiedergibt.
  • Mittels des Schwenkbeschlages sind zwei Möbelteile eines nicht dargestellten Sitzmöbels gelenkig miteinander verbindbar, beispielsweise die Rückenlehne mit einer Kopfstütze oder das Sitzteil des Sitzmöbels mit einer Fußstütze.
  • In seinem Grundaufbau weist der Schwenkbeschlag ein Schwenkteil 2 und ein Tragteil 1 auf, die im Bereich einer Drehachse 15 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das Schwenkteil 2 direkt und das Tragteil 1 indirekt jeweils an einem der Möbelteile befestigt sind.
  • Das Tragteil 1 ist an einem Befestigungselement 3 relativ dazu axial verschiebbar gelagert, wobei das Befestigungselement 3 aus einer am Möbelteil befestigten Führungsstange 4 und einer Führungsschiene 5 besteht, in der die Führungsstange 4 beispielsweise durch Kugelführungen gelagert ist. Die Führungsschiene 5, als Bestandteil des Tragteiles 1, ist an einer Halteplatte 19 festgelegt.
  • Das Tragteil 1 und das Schwenkteil 2 sind bewegungsabhängig miteinander verbunden, wozu ein aus zwei Kurbelgetrieben 8, 9 bestehendes Hebelgetriebe 7 vorgesehen ist, die über eine Koppellasche 14 miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Jeder der beiden Kurbeltriebe 8, 9 besteht aus einem Kurbelglied 10 bzw. 12, die jeweils mittels eines Drehzapfens 17, 18 an der Halteplatte 19 befestigt sind.
  • Dabei ist das dem dem Schwenkteil 2 zugewandten Kurbelgetriebe 8 zugehörige Kurbelglied 10 als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgebildet, an dessen einem Ende die Koppellasche 14 und an dessen anderem Ende eine Kurbellasche 11 angelenkt sind, die andererseits über eine Schwenkachse 16 mit dem Schwenkteil 2, das im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel als Lasche ausgebildet ist, verbunden ist.
  • Das Kurbelglied 12 des anderen Kurbelgetriebes 9 ist als einarmiger Hebel ausgebildet, d.h., mit seinem einen Ende ist es mittels eines Drehzapfens 18 an der Halteplatte 19 befestigt, während am anderen Ende eine Kurbellasche 13 angelenkt ist, die andererseits verschwenkbar mit der Führungsstange 4 verbunden ist. Die Koppellasche 14 greift im übrigen zwischen dem Drehzapfen 18 und dem Anlenkpunkt der Kurbellasche 13 am Kurbelglied 12 an.
  • In der Figur 1 ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass in abgewinkelter, d.h. in Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Schwenkteiles 2 die Schwenkachse 16 unterhalb der Drehachse 15 angeordnet ist, zumindest nicht über die Oberkante des Gesperres 6 hinausragt, so dass für diesen Bereich ein ausreichender Platz für eine Aufpolsterung bleibt. Dabei erstrecken sich die Kurbelgetriebe 8, 9 in den von der Projektion des Schwenkteiles 2 ergebenden Raum unterhalb des Schwenkteiles 2.
  • Bei einer Verschwenkung in eine gestreckte Lage (Figur 3) wird durch das Zusammenwirken der beiden Kurbelgetriebe 8, 9 das Tragteil 1, einschließlich der Halteplatte 19 und der darauf befestigten Kurbelgetriebe 8, 9 gegenüber der Führungsstange 4 axial nach oben geschoben, so dass sich der Abstand der Drehachse 15 zur Führungsstange 4 entsprechend vergrößert, was gleichbedeutend ist mit einer Streckung eines Bezugsstoffes, der eine Polsterung in diesem Bereich überdeckt, so dass dieser Bezugsstoff in jedem Fall glatt anliegt.

Claims (11)

  1. Zwei Möbelteile eines Sitzmöbels miteinander verbindender Schwenkbeschlag, mit einem Schwenkteil (2) und einem Tragteil (1), die um eine Drehachse (15) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das Tragteil (1) an einem relativ dazu axial verschiebbar an einem der beiden Möbelteile angeschlossenen Befestigungselement (3) gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragteil (1) und das Schwenkteil (2) mittels eines aus zwei Kurbelgetrieben (8, 9) bestehenden Hebelgetriebes (7) bewegungsabhängig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei ein Kurbelgetriebe (9) zumindest am Tragteil (1) und das andere am Tragteil (1) und am Schwenkteil (2) angelenkt sind.
  2. Schwenkbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbelgetriebe (8, 9) durch eine Koppellasche (14) miteinander verbunden sind.
  3. Schwenkbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Kurbelgetriebe (8, 9) ein Kurbelglied (10, 12) sowie eine daran angelenkte Kurbellasche (11, 13) aufweist.
  4. Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbelglieder (10, 12) am Tragteil (1) schwenkbar befestigt sind.
  5. Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kurbelglied (10) des dem Schwenkteil (2) zugewandten Kurbelgetriebes (8) als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgebildet ist, an dessen einem Ende die am Schwenkteil (2) angelenkte Kurbellasche (11) und an dessen anderem Ende die Koppellasche (14) befestigt sind.
  6. Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit dem Kurbelglied (12) des Kurbelgetriebes (9) verbundene Kurbellasche (13) am Befestigungsteil (3) angelenkt ist.
  7. Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppellasche (14) zwischen dem Anlenkpunkt des Koppelgliedes (12) am Tragteil (1) und dem Anlenkpunkt mit der Kurbellasche (13) angeschlossen ist.
  8. Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (3) eine am zugeordneten Möbelteil befestigte Führungsstange (4) aufweist, die in einer Führungsschiene (5) gelagert ist.
  9. Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppellasche (13) an der Führungsstange (4) befestigt ist.
  10. Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung zwischen der Führungsschiene (5) und der Führungsstange (3) als Kugelführung ausgebildet ist.
  11. Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbelgetriebe (8, 9) sich in den von der Projektion des Schwenkteiles (2) in abgewinkelter Stellung zum Tragteil (1) ergebenden Raum erstrecken.
