Abstract
Claims (9)
- Dispositif (1) permettant de compenser des coups de bélier dans le cas éventuel de coups de poussier ou d'explosions de gaz dans des systèmes fermés, tels que des silos, des conduites tubulaires ou analogues, avec un couvercle rabattant (3) pivotant sur une tubulure d'échappement ou une structure (2), comprenant un corps fermé (14) formant le contour du couvercle en matière synthétique, par exemple un matériau expansé, qui présente une surface externe plane (12), dans lequel il est prévu, sur la tubulure d'échappement ou sur la structure (2), une chicane (8) pour s'appuyer sur le couvercle (3) en cas d'explosion,
caractérisé en ce que
le couvercle rabattant (3) est formé d'un matériau à base de carbone et de fibres de verre, dans lequel le corps principal (3a) du couvercle est formé de mats de carbone et de fibres de verre multicouches (18, 19) formant les parois externes et en ce qu'un chauffage d'accompagnement (20) est laminé dans le mat de carbone et de fibres de verre multicouche (18, 19) tourné vers l'extérieur (12,13) ; - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le corps synthétique fermé (14) est formé plus ou moins d'une section sphérique. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le couvercle de carbone et de fibres de verre (3) est conformé sensiblement en cercle, dans lequel le corps principal circulaire (3a) du couvercle est positionné dans un cadre pivotant (16) formé de mats de carbone et de fibres de verre et/ou une bague de matériau expansé (17) et/ou une bague de renfort est ou sont positionnées sous la forme d'un profil creux de matériau synthétique à quatre pans entre le corps principal (3a) du couvercle et le cadre pivotant (16). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
au moins la surface (12) du couvercle est pourvue d'un revêtement à effet lotus. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
un corps anti-flamme (21) pourvu d'une pluralité d'orifices traversants ou structurés en nids d'abeille est positionné dans la tubulure d'échappement ou dans la structure (2) en dessous du couvercle. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
une cage anti-flamme (24) est positionnée autour de la structure (2) pourvue du couvercle (3) et/ou la cage anti-flamme est formée d'un cadre d'appui revêtu d'un tissu anti-flamme (26). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la tubulure d'échappement ou la structure (2) portant le couvercle (3) est pourvue d'une fermeture à bandage (10, 11) résistant à la pression pour un montage rapide. - Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
la fermeture à bandage (10, 11) est formée d'au moins une bande d'acier (10a) présentant au moins une fermeture rapide (11), dans lequel une pluralité de griffes de serrage (29) plus ou moins en forme de U en coupe transversale, en particulier en matière synthétique hautement sollicitable, sont positionnées à distance l'une de l'autre. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des
revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chicane (8) sollicitée par un ressort est maintenue
dans la position de transport par plusieurs fils de sécurité (23) étagés dans la longueur.
