Dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage pour un système à portes coulissantes et pivotantes d'un véhicule, en particulier un véhicule de transport de personnes, lequel système à portes coulissantes et pivotantes comporte un dispositif d'entraînement (4), qui est disposé dans la partie supérieure d'une baie de porte (2) et qui actionne et déplace un vantail (27) de la porte pour ouvrir et fermer la baie (2), ainsi que le long d'une paroi extérieure (5) du véhicule pendant son coulissement, sachant que le dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage comporte un élément de verrouillage, une partie de guidage et de verrouillage (6) et un levier pivotant (20), qui est guidé avec l'une de ses extrémités sur un battant (1) associé du vantail de porte (27) et qui est fixé avec son autre extrémité sur l'élément de verrouillage, qui est logé pivotant dans la partie de guidage et de verrouillage (6), montée fixe du côté intérieur du véhicule sur le bâti de porte (7) et/ou sur le plancher (8) du véhicule, caractérisé en ce que la partie de guidage et de verrouillage (6) comporte un premier élément de guidage (9, 32) dans lequel est réalisée une première ouverture de coulisse (14, 34), qui comporte une zone de verrouillage (16) et une zone de pivotement (17, 35) et dans laquelle est guidé de manière coulissante et pivotante un élément de verrouillage réalisé en forme de coulisseau (12, 33), la zone de verrouillage (16) et un tronçon de verrouillage (12b), réalisé en forme de taquet de blocage (13), du coulisseau (12, 33) étant en prise l'un avec l'autre dans la position de verrouillage du dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage, et sachant que, lors du processus d'ouverture du vantail de porte (27), le levier pivotant (20) fait coulisser ou tire le tronçon de verrouillage (12b) du coulisseau (12, 33), dans une première étape, dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule hors de la zone de verrouillage (16) de la première ouverture de coulisse (14, 34) et ensuite, dans une deuxième étape, dans la zone de pivotement (17, 35) le fait pivoter par rapport à la zone de verrouillage, et sachant que, lors du processus de fermeture du vantail de porte (27), le levier pivotant (20) fait pivoter le tronçon de verrouillage (12b) du coulisseau (12, 33) devant la zone de verrouillage (16) de la première ouverture de coulisse (14, 34) et, ensuite, le tire ou le fait coulisser dans celle-ci.
  2. Dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de guidage et de verrouillage (6) est disposée du côté du plancher sur le bâti de porte (7).
  3. Dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (20) est un levier pivotant à roulette, en particulier un levier pivotant à double roulette.
  4. Dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (20) comporte une roulette (21), roulant dans un guidage (22) du côté de la porte, de préférence une paire de roulettes roulant dans ledit guidage.
  5. Dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de guidage et de verrouillage (6) comporte un deuxième élément de guidage (10) avec une deuxième ouverture de coulisse (15), réalisée dans celui-ci sous la forme d'une rainure ou d'un trou oblong, dans laquelle/lequel s'engage un tronçon de guidage (12a) du coulisseau (12) et dans laquelle/lequel il est guidé par coulissement dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule.
  6. Dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de guidage (9) et le deuxième élément de guidage (10) sont réalisés d'un seul tenant ou sont assemblés l'un à l'autre de manière immobile en rotation par enfichage, vissage ou soudage.
  7. Dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de guidage (9) et/ou le deuxième élément de guidage (10) sont montés sur le bâti de porte (7) au moyen d'une plaque de support (19).
  8. Dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de guidage (9) et/ou le deuxième élément de guidage (10) sont montés de manière immobile en rotation sur la plaque de support (19).
  9. Véhicule de transport de personnes, qui comporte un système à portes coulissantes et pivotantes avec un dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage, ledit dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage comportant un levier pivotant (20), qui est guidé avec l'une de ses extrémités sur un battant (1) associé d'un vantail de porte (27) et qui est fixé avec son autre extrémité sur un élément de verrouillage, qui est logé pivotant dans une partie de guidage et de verrouillage (6), montée fixe sur le bâti de porte (7) et/ou sur le plancher (8) du véhicule, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de guidage et de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
