Die im Verschwenkungsbereich 35 ausgebildete Anschlagkante 18 dient abschnittsweise als Führung des modifizierten Kulissenschiebers 33, indem ein Teilabschnitt 36 der Anschlagkante 18 parallel verlaufend zur gegenüberliegenden Kante 37 der Kulissenöffnung 34 ausgebildet ist. Die Verschiebung des Kulissenschiebers in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung beim Öffnungsvorgang wird von einem kreisbogenförmigen Abschnitt 38 begrenzt, der den Teilabschnitt 36 und die dem Teilabschnitt 36 gegenüberliegende Kante 37 miteinander verbindet. Somit sind auch die am Kulissenschieber 12 ausgebildeten Führungsabschnitte 12a und 12c nicht mehr notwendig, so dass der modifizierte Kulissenschieber 33 lediglich einen Montageabschnitt 39 aufweist, der in die Montageöffnung 28 des Schwenkhebels 20 derart eingreift, dass der Schwenkhebel 20 und der Kulissenschieber 33 drehfest miteinander verbunden sind.   4. A guiding and locking device according to claim 3, characterised in that the pivoting lever (20) has a roller (21) running in a guide (22) on the door, preferably a roller pair running therein.
  5. A guiding and locking device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guiding and locking part (6) has a second guide element (10) having a second guideway aperture (15) formed therein in the form of a groove or an elongate hole into which a guiding portion (12a) of the guideway slider (12) engages and in which it is guided to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
  6. A guiding and locking device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the first guide element (9) and the second guide element (10) are formed in one piece or are connected to each other in such a manner as to be non-rotatable relative to each other by means of pinning, bolting or welding.
  7. A guiding and locking device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the first guide element (9) and/or the second guide element (10) is/are attached to the door frame (7) by means of a base plate (19).
  8. A guiding and locking device according to claim 7, characterised in that the first guide element (9) and/or the second guide element (10) is/are attached to the base plate (19) in such a manner as to be non-rotatable relative thereto.
  9.
