Description

The invention relates to a fitting for an at least tiltable and parallel-adjustable wing of a window having a fixed frame, a door or the like, with a locking linkage of the wing which can be operated by means of an actuating member and which extends from the actuating member at least along the lower end of the wing, wherein the wing at the lower wing end is coupled to the fixed frame via a device which can be released by the locking linkage and which in the working position blocks the opening movement, and the lower wing end is released in the opening direction in the released position of the device, the device also being provided with at least one each on the lower cross member . Like. of the fixed frame or the like. fastened element and a member movable by means of a drive rod of the locking linkage and with respect to a cover rail covering the drive rod and the latter engages behind an edge of the element in the working position. Such a fitting is known from DE-A-30 33 751. With its help, the sash can be transferred from a closed and locked position to a ventilation position in which it is tilted relative to the fixed frame. The locking device can be released by a further actuation of the actuating member. It is now possible to bring the sash into the parallel storage position. The adjustment of the slidable member or the like on the fixed frame. attached element is via a three-position gear. In two gear positions, the sliding member cannot exit the frame-fixed element and these positions correspond to the locking position and the ventilation position of the gear. Only in the third position can the lower wing end be removed from the fixed frame, in which case the displaceable member exits through an open-edge slot of the element fastened to the fixed frame.

Conversely, it is easily possible to push the lower wing end back and thereby return the wing to the tilt position. The sliding member then automatically re-enters the slot of the element attached to the fixed frame. This entry and exit occurs across the plane of the fixed frame. Because the tilted position of the returned sash is not secured, it can be moved from the tilted position to the parallel storage position and vice versa without affecting the fitting itself. If, as provided in DE-A-30 33 751, the wing can be moved sideways out of the parallel storage position, a relatively large entry opening is released by this movement. Due to the lack of security of the wing returned to the tilt position, this known fitting is not burglar-proof. Unauthorized transfer to the parallel storage position and lateral displacement can only be done with the previously known fitting by turning back the operating handle, i.e. can only be prevented by an intentional operation.

The object of the invention is therefore to develop a fitting of the type mentioned in such a way that the sash is always automatically secured in the tilt position against undesired parallel parking.

To achieve this object it is proposed according to the invention that the fitting is designed according to the preamble of claim 1 in accordance with the characterizing part of this claim. The lost motion route enables the sensible use of a three-position gearbox or a corresponding gearbox with olive, the switchover from the tilting position to the parallel parking position being preceded by a switchover process with which a lock can be released and the tilting or tilting ready position can be brought about. The same applies, of course, when returning the tilted wing into the closed position with the associated locking. The latching element must be assigned to the latching element in such a way that the displacement movement of the closure linkage necessary for disengagement is correctly assigned to any upstream displacement movements of the closure linkage. So if the locking linkage moves from right to left, for example during the transition from the closed position to the tilting position, the disengaging movement must also take place from right to left, so that a unidirectional disengaging movement can follow the movement of the drive rod for the tilting movement.

The drive rod moves the latching member in the disengaging direction, with the return spring tensioning or tensioning at the same time. At the end of this stroke of the drive rod, the maximum tension of the return spring and, at the same time, possibly a little earlier, the release position is reached. If you then release the drive rod, the return spring presses the drive rod and all parts coupled with it, in particular the latching element, back into the starting position. If you want to return the wing afterwards from the parallel storage position to the tilted position, you either have to design the locking device so that this return movement is easily possible or else bring the drive rod back into a suitable displacement position for disengagement. In particular with a sensible design of the locking device, this configuration has the advantage that when the parallel-wing is folded back into the tilted position, the tilted wing auto is blocked again.

Another variant of the fitting, in which the latching member penetrates an opening in a faceplate of the locking rod, the length of which in the longitudinal direction of the faceplate corresponds to the length of the latching member in this area plus the maximum displacement distance of the latching member, is characterized in that the return spring between the Locking member and a transverse edge of the opening is used. With this design, the opening of the faceplate, which is anyway necessary for the passage of the locking element coupled or connectable with the drive rod, can also be used to support the return spring.

Anspruch 3 beinhaltet eine Weiterbildung dieses Beschlags.Claim 3 includes a further development of this fitting.

A further embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a run-on slope is attached to the latching element for a latching approach of the latching member, the ramping slope and the latching approach interacting when the wing is pivoted from the parallel parking position into the tilting position and the latching member in the latching position with the latching edge engages behind the locking element. This is the functional design of the locking device which has already been indicated above and which automatically comes back into action when the wing placed in parallel is returned to the tilted position.

A very advantageous development of the invention, which enables the use for right and left stop, results from claim 5. The locking member is fork-shaped at its end facing the locking element due to two locking lugs arranged symmetrically to the longitudinal central axis. The latching element has essentially a trapezoidal shape with a latching edge formed on both ends.

Another preferred embodiment of the invention is set out in claim 6. If one speaks of the fact that the drive rod with the latching member is part of a corner deflection, then this is to be understood in such a way that the latching member is fastened to the displaceable force deflecting means of the corner deflection or can be coupled.

As already mentioned, the gear unit with the aid of which the fitting is switched is a three-position gear unit with the switching positions "locking", "tilting" and "parallel parking". A three-position gear is understood to be a gear which can be moved from one position to two other positions in succession, the two "shifting movements" being able to be of different sizes and preferably being. The three "shift positions" are also available in an analogous manner if a gear olive is used instead of the three-position gear. When transferring the three-position gear or the like. from the locking to the tilting position, the actuating member usually makes a 90 degree turn. If the next step is to switch to the parallel storage position, the actuating member is rotated again in the same direction, preferably by an additional approximately 20 degrees. It is irrelevant whether the (first) 90 degree rotation only reaches a ready-to-tilt position, from which the sash is brought into the tilted position by hand, or whether the fitting is due to the special design, in particular in the area of the opening device or devices , automatically causes this tilting at the upper wing end. The same applies to the parallel parking area. It can also be brought about automatically via the fitting or, if only a parallel parking standby position can be reached via the control element, from which the sash does not automatically go to the parallel parking position, you can simply pull it towards the interior, especially with the help of the control handle until it is parallel to the fixed frame. In the case of automatic transfer to the parallel storage position, however, the angle of rotation must be substantially greater than 20 degrees, for example 90 degrees.

The return spring between the drive rod on the closing side and the fixed stop on the leaf side supports the return spring on the lower leaf end in a restoring sense. It makes sense if the actuating fitting extends over at least the lower and the closing end of the wing, and this applies even more if drive rods are also located on the upper or even on all four spars of the wing. In the latter case, additional return springs can be attached to the other corner drives.

Another advantageous variant of this fitting emerges from claim 7. During the (first) quarter turn of the actuator, the tension of the additional return spring does not change, that is, if it is not preloaded, it remains untensioned even when changing from the closed position to the tilt position or tilt ready position. Subsequently, however, the displaceably coupled driver with the closing-side drive rod strikes the end of the additional return spring assigned to it and takes this end with a constant increase in the restoring force. At the end of the second rotary movement, the maximum restoring force of both this additional restoring spring and the restoring spring at the lower wing end is reached. Both together move the drive rod and all parts coupled with it back to the starting position as soon as the actuator is released. "Starting position" is understood here to mean the position that on The end of the first rotary movement has been reached, i.e. the tilting or tilting ready position.

The two support members for the additional return spring are advantageously located on the closing-side cuff rail part belonging to the corner deflection. In this case, the driver is also part of this corner drive.

In a frame 1, the wing 2 of a door - but it could also be the wing of a window - can be tilted (FIG. 2) and stored in parallel (FIG. 3). In the parallel position, it can be pushed in front of a fixed field 3, which can be another glazed wing, for example. It is also readily conceivable that this further wing is, for example, a rotating or reversing wing or a wing that can be moved in another way. In any case, the wing 2 is preferably two carriages 4 and 5 tiltably and slidably supported on a running rail 6, wherein the running rail can be firmly connected to the lower cross member 7 of the frame 1. The wing is equipped with a “three-position gear” in the sense of the above explanation or, preferably, with a gear olive 8 and a driver, which is attached to a vertical drive rod 9. The drive rod 9 is in drive connection with a horizontal drive rod 11 via a lower corner deflection 10. An upper closing corner deflection 12 creates the connection to an upper horizontal drive rod 13 with which two opening scissors 14 or the like can be actuated. In the exemplary embodiment, two further corner deflections are also provided, which are connected in terms of drive via an additional vertical drive rod 15.

The olive 8, which can be coupled to the driver 16, has a turning handle 17 which, when the wing 2 is closed and locked, points upwards according to the dash-dotted illustration 17a. Not only the driver 16, but at least one locking bolt 18 is firmly connected to the drive rod 9, both, or their fastening elements, penetrating longitudinal slots 19 and 20 of a faceplate 21. The one or more locking bolts interact in a known manner with locking surfaces and the like of the frame 1. The closing-side faceplate 21 is connected to an angular faceplate 22 of the corner deflection 10 or connects to the vertical leg of this faceplate. In addition, the vertical drive rod 9 is coupled via an adjustable toothed coupling 23, 24 to the corner deflection means 25 of the corner deflection 10 or to the lower section 9a of the drive rod connected to the corner deflection means, which also carries a further locking bolt 26.

The unlocking of the closed wing is achieved by turning the rotary handle 17 in the direction of arrow 27 from the position 17a drawn with dash-dotted lines to the position drawn with solid lines. This can be associated with actuation of the opening scissors 14, or at least lead to a release position of these scissors, so that the wing can be brought into the tilt position shown in FIG. 2 by pulling the handle 17.

However, the parallel storage position according to FIG. 3 is not readily possible because the lower wing end is initially held in place by a locking device 29 (FIG. 8). The locking device 29 includes a locking element 30 which is attached to the lower frame spar. Corresponding fastening screws 32 can be seen in FIG. 11. The locking device also includes a locking member 31, which in the exemplary embodiment is slidably mounted on the faceplate 33 of the corner deflection 10. A corresponding longitudinal guide 34 is formed by punching out this faceplate.

Das rechte Federende ragt in eine vergleichsweise lange Bohrung 38 des Verrastglieds 31 hinein, so dass die Feder insgesamt gut geführt ist.8 to 10 show that the locking member 31 can only be displaced in the direction of arrow 35 against the resistance of a return spring 36, which is preferably a helical compression spring. The opening 34 of the faceplate 33, which serves as a longitudinal guide, has at its one end, which is on the left in FIG. 8, a spike-like extension 37, on which the left end of the spring is attached. The right end of the spring protrudes into a comparatively long bore 38 of the latching member 31, so that the spring is guided well overall.

In the exemplary embodiment, the drive rod 28 is not rigidly coupled to the latching member 31, rather a lost motion path is interposed. For this purpose, the drive rod 28 has an elongated slot-shaped slot 39, into which a pin 40 of the locking member 31 projects. When locked Wing (FIG. 8), the pin 40 is assigned to the one end region - the left end region in the exemplary embodiment - of the slot 39. If, therefore, when the fitting is actuated from the position 17a to the position of the drive rod 28 drawn with solid lines, the position shown in FIG. 8 is transferred to the position according to FIG. 9, the slot 39 moves relative to the pin 40 , which corresponds to the lost motion distance. At the end of the unlocking and, if necessary, gear-controlled opening of the wing into the tilting position, the right end of the slot 39 comes into contact with the pin 40 or at least in the vicinity thereof. With a further stroke of the drive rod 28 in the direction of arrow 35, which is brought about by turning the rotary handle 17 further in the arrow direction 27 by preferably approximately 20 °, at the end of this second rotary movement the free end of the rotary handle 17 pointing obliquely downward in the manner of a door handle - This rotary movement is symbolized by the representation 17b -, the drive rod 28 takes the pin 40 in the direction of arrow 35, and thus the locking member 31 is displaced against the resistance of the return spring 36 in this direction.

The dash-dotted lines in FIG. 11 show the assignment of latching element 31 and latching element 30 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. It can be seen that a latching attachment 41 of the latching member 31 engages behind a latching edge 42 of the latching element 30. A second latching attachment 41 and a second latching edge 42a enable the locking device 29 to be left and right-handed. The latching member 31 is designed symmetrically to the longitudinal central axis 43 and the latching element 30 to the axis 44. In FIG. 11 the position according to FIGS. 8 and 9 is shown with dash-dotted lines, while the position according to FIG. 10 is indicated with solid lines. In this disengaged position of the locking device 29 shown in solid lines from FIG. 11, a movement transversely to the longitudinal central axis 43, i.e. transversely to the longitudinal axis of the lower wing spar, possible, so that the latter can be transferred into the parallel storage position shown in FIG. 3. This is done, for example, by the fact that the sash automatically moves into the parallel storage position due to the effect of its own weight in conjunction with particularly smooth-running bearings of its extension arms. At least one can expect or achieve support in this regard.

If the rotary handle 17 is then released, the return spring 36 causes the latching element 31 to be pushed back and the latter in turn takes the drive rod 28 against the arrow 35. Accordingly, the handle moves against the arrow 27 in the direction of the position drawn in with solid lines.

Because the force of the spring 31, particularly in the case of circumferential drive rods, as provided in the exemplary embodiment, may not be fully reached, or the provision may be sluggish, an additional return spring 45 is provided on the vertical leg of the corner deflection 10, which supports this return movement and which is also tensioned when the locking device is disengaged. Additional return springs can be installed if required.

The additional return spring 45 is inserted between two support members 46 and 47 connected to the closing face plate 22. The lower support member 46 is comparatively flat and has a mandrel 48 for insertion into the lower end of the spring. On the vertical lower section 9a of the drive rod 9, which is expediently U-shaped or double-walled, there are two drivers 49. They can be moved past the lower support member 46 laterally at the front and rear (in FIGS. 5 to 7).

When the wing 2 is closed and locked, the drivers 49 are in the lower end position shown in FIG. 5. After turning the rotary handle 17 by 90 °, the catches 49 moved upward in the direction of arrow 15, so that they now (FIG. 6), approximately at the lower end of the additional return spring 45, in particular bear against it. The fitting has reached the "tilted position", in which the upper wing end is either raised or in a tilt-ready position.

If you turn the rotary handle 17 further down in the direction of arrow 27 until position 17b is reached, the drivers 49 lift the lower end of the spring from the support member 46, the additional return spring 45, as well as the return spring 36, being tensioned. 7, which corresponds to the position according to FIG. 10, has been reached. Accordingly, the additional return spring 45 supports the return of the fitting to the tilted position. The latching member 31 is then in a displacement position which corresponds to that with dash-dotted lines in FIG. 11, but due to its parallel offset due to the parallel position of the wing 2, it is no longer latched with the latching element 30. The two and possibly additional return springs cause the drive rods and all parts coupled to them to be reset, but the wing remains in the parallel storage position because the opening of the lower wing end is not controlled by the drive rods, but due to a torque from its own weight and / or is effected by hand by pulling the rotary handle 17 towards the interior of the room.

If one now transfers the lower wing end from the position shown in FIG. 3 into the position according to FIG. 2, the latching projection 41 of the latching member 31 runs on a run-up slope 51 of the ver latching element 30. When the latching projection 41 slides along the run-up slope 51, the return spring 36 is briefly tensioned again until the latching has ended. Thus, the sash is automatically secured again when moving from the parallel storage position to the tilt position. It remains to be added that the screws 32 are covered by the lower wing spar so that the latching element 30 cannot be willfully removed.
