Claims (10)

  1. Locking device suitable for a tilt-pivot or tilt/slide casement of a window or of a door, having a connecting rod element (8, 22; 22a) and a lever-like latch (26; 50) which can be attached pivotably in a horizontal rebate space (42) between a blind frame and a casement (12) - by means of a pivoting axis (40) which can be attached to the casement essentially vertically to the casement plane and to be non-displaceable, which latch (26; 50) has a latch head (20) for locking admission into a closing plate (10) which can be attached to the blind frame and a control section (28a, 28b; 5 1 a) under the pretensioning effect of a spring element (31), which section

  5. Locking device according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the control member is at least one edge (32a, 32b) on a recess (32) of the connecting rod element (8, 22; 22a) for admission of the control section (28a, 28b) of the lever-like latch (26).
  6. Locking device according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the connecting rod element (8, 22; 22a) has a barrier element (32a, 52, 52a) which engages, in particular engages underneath (52, 51a) two-dimensionally, in the locking position of the lever-like latch (50, 26) on the control section (28a) of the lever-like latch - blocking its back-pivoting from the locking position.

  9. Corner profile according to claim 8, wherein the connecting rod element (22a;22, 8) controls the pivoting movement of the lever-like latch, in that this movement can be released, blocked and/or actively operated.
  10. Corner profile according to claim 8, wherein the lever-like latch (26, 50) is non-displaceable with respect to the connecting rod element (22, 22a).
