Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Satz umfassend ein Hausgerät (1,2) mit einer senkrecht zu einer Vertikalen (3) ausgerichteten Abdeckplatte (4), und ein Zusatzteil (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11), welches an der Abdeckplatte (4) anbringbar ist derart, dass es von einer etwa parallel zur Vertikalen (3) ausgerichteten, an die Abdeckplatte (4) angrenzenden Wand (5) absteht. Dabei weist das Zusatzteil (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) eine Klammer (13) auf, mit der die Abdeckplatte (4) teilweise übergreifbar ist und die ein Anlagestück (15) umfasst, welches an der Wand (5) anlegbar ist. Die Erfindung bietet eine universelle Halterung für eine Vielzahl verschiedener Zusatzteile (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) an dem Hausgerät (1, 2), welche bedarfsweise leicht herstellbar und leicht lösbar ist.

Description

Satz umfassend ein Hausgerät und ein Zusatzteil
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Satz umfassend ein Hausgerät mit einer senkrecht zu einer Vertikalen ausgerichteten Abdeckplatte, und ein Zusatzteil, welches an der Abdeckplatte anbringbar ist derart, dass es von einer etwa parallel zur Vertikalen ausgerichteten, an die Abdeckplatte angrenzenden Wand absteht.
Ein solcher Satz geht aus der DE 102 23 539 A1 hervor. Das Hausgerät des Satzes ist ein Wäschepflegegerät, insbesondere eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäschetrockner oder ein Kombinationsgerät sowohl zum Waschen als auch zum Trocknen von Wäsche. Das Zusatzteil des Satzes ist ein Trockengestell in Form eines Gitters, welches, wenn es nicht benötigt wird, unterhalb der Arbeitsplatte in dem Hausgerät angeordnet ist und bei Bedarf aus diesen herausgezogen werden kann. Das Trockengestell ist insbesondere auf Rollen beweglich, wobei die Rollen in U-förmigen Schienen, welche unterseitig an der Abdeckplatte angebracht sind, laufen.
Aus der DE 20 2005 014 385 U1 ist eine Ablage für einen Wäschekorb bekannt. Diese Ablage umfasst einen U-förmigen Rahmen, welcher unter einem Hausgerät zur Wäschepflege anordenbar ist. Aus diesem Rahmen ist bei Bedarf die plattenförmige Ablage herausziehbar. Die Ablage ist mit einem Hausgerät zur Wäschepflege zu einem Satz kombinierbar, wobei das Hausgerät insbesondere auf der Ablage aufgestellt wird.
Die nachfolgend zu offenbarende Erfindung bezieht sich insbesondere auf das Erleichtern von Tätigkeiten, die eine Bedienperson im Umfeld einer Benutzung eines Hausgerätes zur Wäschepflege zu leisten hat. Zu solchen Tätigkeiten zählen:
Sammeln der zu pflegenden Wäschestücke; - Trennen und Kombinieren gesammelter Wäschestücke zu verschiedenen
Gruppen, je nach Anforderungen an die Pflege;
Einbringen der Wäschestücke in eine Waschmaschine oder einen
Wäschetrockner;
Finden und Dosieren von Wäschepflegemitteln, insbesondere Grundstoffen für
Wasch- und Spüllaugen;
Falten und Ablegen der gepflegten Wäschestücke, eventuell Bügeln. Aus den zitierten Dokumenten des Standes der Technik gehen Zusatzteile hervor, die an einem entsprechenden Hausgerät anbringbar oder angebracht sind und solche Tätigkeiten unterstützen können, indem zum Beispiel Ablagemöglichkeiten für Wäschestücke geschaffen werden. Daneben kann zusätzlich geeignetes übliches Mobiliar wie ein Schrank, ein Tisch oder ein Bügelbrett in der Nähe eines Hausgerätes bereitgestellt werden. Allerdings beschränkt sich die aus bekannten Sätzen erhältliche Unterstützung für eine Bedienperson in jedem Falle auf wenige Tätigkeiten; umfassende Unterstützung ist bislang nur erhältlich über die Bereitstellung zusätzlichen Mobiliars, wobei aber wiederum vielfach enge räumliche Grenzen, die in einem herkömmlichen Haushalt für Zwecke der Wäschepflege etc. gesetzt werden, zu beachten sind.
Eine der nachfolgend offenbarten Erfindung zu Grund liegende Aufgabe besteht darin, den bekannten Satz umfassend ein Hausgerät und ein Zusatzteil dahingehend weiter zu bilden, dass eine flexible, Raum sparende, verschiedenen Tätigkeiten wahlweise anpassbare Unterstützung für eine Bedienperson möglich ist.
Dementsprechend wird erfindungsgemäß ein Satz umfassend ein Hausgerät mit einer senkrecht zu einer Vertikalen ausgerichteten Abdeckplatte, und ein Zusatzteil, welches an der Abdeckplatte anbringbar ist derart, dass es von einer etwa parallel zur Vertikalen ausgerichteten, an die Abdeckplatte angrenzenden Wand absteht, angegeben, bei welchem das Zusatzteil eine Klammer aufweist, mit der die Abdeckplatte teilweise übergreifbar ist und die ein Anlagestück umfasst, welches an der Wand anlegbar ist.
Demnach ist also eine universelle Halterung für das Zusatzteil an dem Hausgerät vorgesehen, welche für eine Vielzahl verschiedener Zusatzteile geeignet und auch bedarfsweise leicht herstellbar und leicht lösbar ist. Komponenten der Halterung sind eine einfache Klammer an jedem Zusatzteil und eine geeignete Ausnehmung in der Abdeckplatte, in welche die Klammer eingreifen und im Zusammenwirken mit dem Anlagestück, welches das Zusatzteil an einer Wand des Hausgeräts abstützt, das Zusatzteil halten. Es versteht sich, dass die Abdeckplatte mehrere solcher Ausnehmungen haben kann, um bedarfsweise mehrere Zusatzteile installieren zu können. Eine bevorzugte Weiterbildung des Satzes besteht darin, dass die Klammer einen Zapfen umfasst und in der Arbeitsplatte ein entlang der Vertikalen ausgerichteter Schlitz vorgesehen ist, und bei dem der Zapfen eingerichtet ist zum Eingreifen in den Schlitz. Diese Weiterbildung bietet durch den Zapfen eine besonders gute Halterung für die Klammer.
Vorzugsweise ist die Wand des Hausgerätes eine Seitenwand.
Ebenfalls vorzugsweise weist die Abdeckplatte eine Ausnehmung auf, in welche die Klammer einpassbar ist, so dass die Klammer mit der Arbeitsplatte abseits der Ausnehmung eine ebene Oberfläche bildet. So bleibt auch bei eingesetztem Zusatzteil die Ebenheit der Abdeckplatte erhalten, was für ihre Nutzung zum Falten von Wäsche und dergleichen von Vorteil ist.
Weiterhin bevorzugt enthält die Wand einen ferromagnetischen Werkstoff und das Anlagestück zumindest einen Permanentmagneten, durch welchen das Anlagestück gegen die Wand pressbar ist. Damit wird die Halterung des Zusatzteils an dem Hausgerät durch Nutzung der Magnetkraft des Permanentmagneten verbessert. Entsprechende Permanentmagnete sind grundsätzlich bekannt; sie können aus Legierungen oder Verbindungen der Eisenmetalle, beispielsweise Eisenoxiden, bestehen, gegebenenfalls in Zusammensetzungen mit anderen Metallen oder Oxiden, und dann herkömmlich als Ferrite bezeichnet; auch sind Permanentmagnete aus Zusammensetzungen mit anderen Metallen, zum Beispiel Metallen der Seltenen Erden, bekannt, beispielsweise Zusammensetzungen aus Aluminium, Nickel und Kobalt, Samarium und Kobalt oder Neodym, Eisen und Bor.
Besonders bevorzugt ist ein Satz, in dem die Klammer aus einem spritzgießbaren bzw. spritzgegossenen Plastikwerkstoff besteht. Solche Plastikwerkstoffe sind grundsätzlich bekannt als Polyäthylene, Polypropylene und dergleichen thermoplastische Werkstoffe; sie sind billig verfügbar und kostengünstig verarbeitbar und zur Verwendung in Zusatzteilen hervorragend geeignet.
Als bevorzugte Beispiele für erfindungsgemäße Zusatzteile sind zu nennen ohne Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit ein Gefäß für Waschmittelpakete, Wäscheklammern und dergleichen, ein Kleiderbügelhalter, ein Träger für einen Wäschekorb oder dergleichen, ein Tisch, ein Bügelbrett oder ein Trockengestell. Insbesondere alle diese Zusatzteile sind geeignet, Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit Wäschepflege in einem normalen Privathaushalt zu unterstützen.
An dem Zusatzteil ist vorzugsweise insbesondere dann, wenn es sich um ein schweres oder schwer belastbares Zusatzteil wie ein Tisch, ein Bügelbrett, oder ein Trockengestell handelt, eine zusätzliche Stütze zur Abstützung gegen die Wand vorgesehen, um die teils erheblichen Kräfte sicher aufzufangen. Das entsprechende Zusatzteil hat mit zusätzlichem Vorzug ein erstes Gelenk zum Abklappen des Zusatzteils und ein zweites Gelenk zum Einklappen der Stütze, damit auch dieses Zusatzteil außerhalb seines Gebrauchs Platz sparend verstaut werden kann.
Eine besonders bevorzugte Weiterbildung des Satzes ergibt sich dann, wenn das Hausgerät auf einer Abdeckplatte eines weiteren, gattungsgleichen Hausgerätes abgestellt ist, und wobei an der Abdeckplatte ein Zusatzteil angebracht ist. Damit erschließt die Erfindung Tätigkeiten an einem solchen Turm aus zwei Hausgeräten, wie er in beengten räumlichen Verhältnissen als Kombination aus Waschmaschine (unten) und Trockner (oben) beliebt ist, der Erleichterung, insbesondere durch Verwendung einer Mehrzahl von Zusatzteilen. Weiter bevorzugt ist dabei zwischen der Abdeckplatte und dem Hausgerät ein Spalt vorgesehen, welcher eine Höhe hat, die größer ist als eine Höhe, mit der die Klammer über die Abdeckplatte ragt. Dabei ist keineswegs ausgeschlossen, dass der Spalt eine Höhe von Null haben könnte - in diesem Falle muss die Abdeckplatte eine weiter oben beschriebene Ausnehmung haben, welche die Klammer ganz aufnimmt.
Das Hausgerät in dem Satz ist vorzugsweise ein Gerät zur Wäschepflege, insbesondere eine Waschmaschine oder ein Wäschetrockner.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung erläutert. Die Zeichnung ist als Skizze, nicht unbedingt als maßstabsgetreue Wiedergabe realer Ausführungsbeispiele anzusehen. Im Einzelnen zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt zwei Hausgeräte 1 und 2, nämlich einen Wäschetrockner 1 und eine Waschmaschine 2, welche entlang einer Vertikalen 3 aufeinander gestapelt sind, so dass der Wäschetrockner 1 auf einer Oberseite der Waschmaschine 2 steht. Jedes Hausgerät 1 und 2 hat eine Oberseite, welche mit einer Abdeckplatte 4 abgedeckt ist. An der Abdeckplatte 4 und der Seitenwand 5 des unteren Hausgerätes 2 ist ein Zusatzteil 6 angebracht, nämlich ein Gefäß 6, in welchem Behälter für Waschmittel, Wäscheklammern und dergleichen aufbewahrt werden können. Das Gefäß 6 ist in einem Schlitz 12 in der Abdeckplatte 4 angebracht, und zwar mit einer Klammer 13. Diese Klammer 13 hat einen Zapfen 14 (vgl. dazu Figuren 2 und 3), welcher in den Schlitz 12 einführbar ist. Außerdem hat die Klammer 13 ein Anlagestück 15, welches an der Seitenwand 5 anliegt. Auf diese Weise ist das Gefäß 6 sicher an der Waschmaschine 2 befestigt.
Unter Bezugnahme auf Figuren 1 , 2 und 3 wird nun eine Weiterbildung des Satzes umfassend das Hausgerät 2 und das Gefäß 6 erläutert, wonach in der Abdeckplatte 4 eine Ausnehmung 16 vorgesehen ist, in welcher der Schlitz 12 angebracht ist. Die Ausnehmung 16 nimmt die Klammer 13 vollständig auf, so dass die Klammer 13 mit der Arbeitsplatte 4 abseits der Ausnehmung 16 eine im Wesentlichen glatte Oberfläche bildet. Aufgrund des Aufbaus der in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellten Abdeckplatte 4 ist die Oberfläche nicht ganz glatt, wie dies allerdings von herkömmlichen Hausgeräten bekannt ist. Die Abdeckplatte 4 ist aufgebaut aus einer Arbeitsplatte 17, welche entsprechend herkömmlicher Praxis aus einem Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial bestehen kann und im Wesentlichen flach ist, und einem diese Arbeitsplatte 17 umrundenden, gemäß herkömmlicher Praxis metallischen Kantenprofil 18. Wie aus Figur 2 und Figur 3 erkennbar, umrundet das Kantenprofil 18 die Arbeitsplatte 17 vollständig, und das Kantenprofil 18 enthält auch die Ausnehmung 16. Der Wäschetrockner 1 steht mit Füßen 19 (wovon nur ein Fuß 19 sichtbar ist) auf der Abdeckplatte 4 der Waschmaschine 2 auf, so dass sich ein Spalt 20 bildet; dieser Spalt muss mindestens so groß sein, dass die Klammer 13 unter den Wäschetrockner 1 passt. Dies ist in Figur 2 deutlich erkennbar.
Figur 3 zeigt eine Weiterbildung des Gefäßes 6 dahingehend, dass in der Wand des Gefäßes 6, welche die Fortsetzung des Anlagestückes 15 bildet, zwei Permanentmagnete 21 vorgesehen sind. Wenn die Seitenwand 5 gemäß herkömmlicher Praxis aus einem ferromagnetischen Werkstoff, insbesondere herkömmlichem Stahl, besteht, tragen solche Permanentmagnete 21 bei zur Fixierung des Gefäßes 6 an dem Hausgerät 1 . Sie unterstützen die fixierende Wirkung des Zapfens 14 und können diesen gegebenenfalls sogar ersetzen - siehe Figur 12, welche später detailliert beschrieben wird.
Aus den Figuren 4 und 5 ist ein weiteres Zusatzteil 7 für ein Hausgerät 1 erkennbar, nämlich ein Kleiderbügelhalter 7. Dieser Kleiderbügelhalter 7 ist beweglich an der Klammer 13 befestigt; ein entsprechendes erstes Gelenk 26 ist angedeutet. Wie in Figur 4 gezeigt, kann der Kleiderbügelhalter 7 von dem Hausgerät 1 weggeklappt werden, um einen Kleiderbügel 22 (oder eine Vielzahl solcher Kleiderbügel 22) aufzunehmen. Wenn der Kleiderbügelhalter 7 nicht benötigt wird, kann er in raumökonomischer Weise an das Hausgerät 1 angeklappt werden, wie in Figur 5 gezeigt.
Figur 6 und Figur 7 zeigen ein Zusatzteil 8 in Form eines Trägers 8, mit welchem ein Wäschekorb 23 an dem Hausgerät 1 gehaltert werden kann. Wie aus den Figuren 6 und 7 erkennbar, weist ein herkömmlicher Wäschekorb 23 einen umlaufenden gebördelten Rand auf, welcher unter Umständen bereits ausreichend sein kann als Eingriff für den Halter 8. Um die Halterung zu verbessern, sind an dem Halter 8 zwei Zapfen 24 angebracht, welche in entsprechende Schlitze 25 am Wäschekorb 23 eingreifen. Die Befestigung des Träges 8 am Hausgerät 1 ist am Besten erkennbar aus Figur 7; man erkennt dort, wie der Zapfen 14 der Klammer 13 des Halters 8 am Hausgerät 1 einrastet.
Eine weitere Ausführungsform eines Zusatzteils 9 zeigt Figur 8, in welcher das Zusatzteil ein Tisch 9 ist. Der Tisch 9 wird in beschriebener Weise mit einer Klammer 13 an der Abdeckplatte 4 verankert; das Anlagestück 15 der Klammer 13 ist nach unten verlängert, und daran ist eine Stütze 27 zur Stützung des Tisches 9 angebracht. Der Tisch 9 ist um ein erstes Gelenk 26 nach unten abklappbar, wenn er nicht benötigt wird. Zu diesem Zweck wird zunächst die Stütze 27, die um ein zweites Gelenk 28 schwenkbar ist, unter den Tisch 9 eingeklappt. So ist der Tisch 9 an das Hausgerät 1 anklappbar, wenn er nicht benötigt wird.
Noch ein anderes Zusatzteil 10 ergibt sich aus Figur 9, nämlich ein Bügelbrett 10. Dies ist analog zu dem soeben erläuterten Tisch 9 um ein erstes Gelenk 26 schwenkbar und zum Gebrauch mittels einer Stütze 27, die ihrerseits um ein zweites Gelenk 28 schwenkbar ist, gestützt. Auch das Bügelbrett 10 kann, wenn es nicht benötigt wird, an das Hausgerät 1 angeklappt werden.
Figuren 10 und 1 1 zeigen noch ein Zusatzteil, nämlich ein Trockengestell 1 1 . Auch dieses kann mit einer Klammer 13 in einem in einer Ausnehmung 16 der Abdeckplatte 4 befindlichen Schlitz 12 verankert werden. Auch zur Abstützung des Trockengestells 1 1 ist eine Stütze 27 vorgesehen; das Trockengestell 1 1 ist um ein erstes Gelenk 26, und die Stütze 27 um ein zweites Gelenk 28 schwenkbar, damit nach Einklappen der Stütze 27 das Trockengestell 1 1 bei Nichtgebrauch an das Hausgerät 1 angeklappt werden kann.
Figur 12 zeigt eine Weiterbildung des Satzes mit einem Zusatzteil 6 in Form eines Gefäßes 6. In Verlängerung des Anlagestücks 15 der Klammer 13 hat das Zusatzteil 6 zwei Permanentmagnete 21 , welche so stark sind, dass sie das Gefäß 6 ohne Unterstützung durch einen Zapfen 14 halten können. Die Klammer 13 ist in dieser Ausführungsform nur eine abgewinkelte Lasche, welche in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung 16 der Abdeckplatte 4 aufliegt. Materialien für entsprechende Permanentmagnete 21 sind weiter oben besprochen. Eine andere Weiterbildung des Satzes zeigt Figur 13. Dabei ist im Schlitz 12, in welchem der Zapfen 14 gelagert ist, eine Rastnase 29 vorgesehen, mit welcher eine am Zapfen 14 befindliche Rastnase 30 kooperiert. Damit ist das Gefäß 6 am Hausgerät 1 verrastet und kann nicht durch eine unbeabsichtigte Bewegung einer Bedienperson entfernt werden.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1 . Satz umfassend ein Hausgerät (1 ,2) mit einer senkrecht zu einer Vertikalen (3) ausgerichteten Abdeckplatte (4), und ein Zusatzteil (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1 ), welches an der Abdeckplatte (4) anbringbar ist derart, dass es von einer etwa parallel zur Vertikalen
(3) ausgerichteten, an die Abdeckplatte (4) angrenzenden Wand (5) absteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zusatzteil (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1 ) eine Klammer (13) aufweist, mit der die Abdeckplatte
(4) teilweise übergreifbar ist und die ein Anlagestück (15) umfasst, welches an der Wand (5) anlegbar ist.
2. Satz nach Anspruch 1 , bei dem die Klammer (13) einen Zapfen (14) umfasst und in der Arbeitsplatte (4) ein entlang der Vertikalen (3) ausgerichteter Schlitz (12) vorgesehen ist, und bei dem der Zapfen (14) eingerichtet ist zum Eingreifen in den Schlitz (12).
3. Satz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, bei dem die Wand (5) eine Seitenwand
(5) ist.
4. Satz nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei dem die Abdeckplatte (4) eine Ausnehmung (16) aufweist, in welche die Klammer (13) einpassbar ist, so dass die Klammer (13) mit der Arbeitsplatte (4) abseits der Ausnehmung (16) eine ebene Oberfläche bildet.
5. Satz nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei dem die Wand (5) einen ferromagnetischen Werkstoff enthält, und bei dem das Anlagestück (15) zumindest einen Permanentmagneten (21 ) enthält, durch welchen das Anlagestück (15) gegen die Wand (5) pressbar ist.
6. Satz nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei dem die Klammer (13) aus einem spritzgießbaren Plastikwerkstoff besteht.
7. Satz nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei dem das Zusatzteil (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1 ) ein Gefäß (6), ein Kleiderbügelhalter (7), ein Träger (8) für einen Wäschekorb (23), ein Tisch (9), ein Bügelbrett (10) oder ein Trockengestell (1 1 ) ist.
8. Satz nach Anspruch 7, bei dem das Zusatzteil (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1 ) eine zusätzliche Stütze (27) zur Abstützung gegen die Wand (5) aufweist.
9. Satz nach Anspruch 8, bei dem das Zusatzteil (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1 ) ein erstes Gelenk (26) zum Abklappen des Zusatzteils (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1 ) und ein zweites Gelenk (28) zum Einklappen der Stütze (27) aufweist.
10. Satz nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei dem das Hausgerät (1 ,2) auf einer Abdeckplatte (4) eines weiteren Hausgerätes (2) abgestellt ist, und wobei an der Abdeckplatte (4) ein Zusatzteil (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1 ) angebracht ist.
1 1 . Satz nach Anspruch 10, bei dem zwischen der Abdeckplatte (4) und dem Hausgerät (1 ,2) ein Spalt (20) vorgesehen ist, welcher eine Höhe hat, die größer ist als eine Höhe, mit der die Klammer (13) über die Abdeckplatte (4) ragt.
12. Satz nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei dem das Hausgerät (1 ,2) ein Gerät zur Wäschepflege, insbesondere eine Waschmaschine (1 ) oder ein Wäschetrockner (2), ist.
