Claims (9)
- Automate d'étiquetage pour des étiquettes sans liner (18-20) qui sont séparées d'une bande adhésive sans bande de support (1) à l'aide d'un dispositif de coupe, étant précisé que l'automate d'étiquetage contient une paire de cylindres (4) qui définit un interstice de cylindres (5) à travers lequel passe la bande adhésive (1), et que le dispositif de coupe est disposé en aval de cette paire de cylindres (4) tandis qu'une seconde paire de cylindres (14) avec un interstice de cylindres (13) est disposée en aval de telle sorte que le dispositif de coupe se trouve dans l'espace entre les deux paires de cylindres (4, 14), étant précisé qu'une contrainte de traction est produite sur la bande adhésive à couper (1), dans la zone du dispositif de coupe entre les deux paires de cylindres (4, 14), caractérisé en ce qu'une lame de coupe (7) se déplace linéairement dans le dispositif de coupe vers une lame opposée (6).
- Automate d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe coupe l'étiquette (18) alors que la bande adhésive (1) est arrêtée.
- Automate d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'étiquette (18) coupée est transférée sur un dispositif de transfert (15) monté en aval des paires de cylindres (4, 14).
- Automate d'étiquetage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de réception du dispositif de transfert (15) est légèrement plus grande que la vitesse de distribution de la seconde paire de cylindres (14) disposée à la sortie de la lame de coupe (7).
- Automate d'étiquetage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un cylindre de la paire (4 ; 14) située côté entrée et/ou côté sortie est entraîné.
- Automate d'étiquetage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse d'entraînement de la seconde paire de cylindres (14), située côté sortie, est légèrement plus grande que celle de la première paire de cylindres (4), située côté entrée.
- Automate d'étiquetage selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres des deux paires (4 ; 14) sont tous les quatre entraînés de manière synchrone par un moteur d'entraînement unique.
- Automate d'étiquetage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement unique n'entraîne que le cylindre supérieur ou que le cylindre inférieur de la paire (4 ; 14).
- Automate d'étiquetage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre des cylindres de la seconde paire (14), située côté sortie, est légèrement plus grand que le diamètre des cylindres de la première paire (4), située côté entrée.
