Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Klappe mit einer Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung mit zwei verschieblich gelagerten Verriegelungselementen und einem Betätigungselement, welches die Verriegelungselemente bestätigt.
  • Diese Klappen sind aus dem Stand der Technik, beispielsweise aus der EP 1 538 288 , der US 1884201 sowie der DE 41 39 740 C1 , bekannt. Die dort offenbarten Mechanismen sind jedoch vergleichsweise kompliziert und weisen eine große Anzahl von Teilen auf und sind demnach aufwendig herzustellen.
  • Es war deshalb die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Klappe zur Verfügung zu stellen, die die Nachteile des Standes der Technik nicht aufweist.
  • Gelöst wird die Aufgabe mit einer Klappe gemäß Anspruch 1.
  • Es war für den Fachmann überaus erstaunlich und nicht zu erwarten, dass die erfindungsgemäße Klappe mit sehr wenigen Teilen sicher realisiert werden konnte. Die Klappe ist einfach und kostengünstig herzustellen und zu betätigen.
  • Bei diesen Klappen kann es sich beispielsweise um die Klappe eines Handschuhfachs oder dergleichen handeln.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist die Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung zwei verschieblich gelagerte Verriegelungselemente auf. Jedes Verriegelungselement ist an der zu verriegelnden Klappe befestigt und wirkt im verriegelnden Zustand mit der Fahrzeuginnenverkleidung zusammen.
  • Des weiteren weist die Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung ein Betätigungselement auf, mit dem das Verriegelungselement betätigt wird. Dieses Verriegelungselement kann ein Schieber oder dergleichen sein. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei dem Betätigungselement jedoch um einen Druckknopf.
  • Weiterhin erfindungsgemäß weist die Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung ein Deformationselement auf, das bei Betätigung des Betätigungselementes verbogen wird und dabei die Verriegelungselemente verschiebt. Verbogen im Sinne der Erfindung ist ein Formwechsel beliebiger Art.
  • Erfindungsgemäß handelt es sich bei dem Deformationselement um eine Schenkelfeder.
  • Weiterhin ist mindestens ein Ende der Feder vorzugsweise verschieblich an dem Verriegelungselement gelagert. Durch diese Lagerung wird bei einem Formwechsel der Feder das Verriegelungselement bewegt.
  • Vorzugsweise weist die Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung Führungsmittel auf entlang derer sich das Deformationsmittel verbiegt.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Figuren 1 und 2 erläutert. Diese Erläuterungen sind lediglich beispielhaft und schränken den allgemeinen Erfindungsgedanken nicht ein.

  • In Figur 1 ist die erfindungsgemäße Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung 1 dargestellt. In dem vorliegenden Fall handelt es sich um die Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung eines Handschuhfachs oder dergleichen, welche mittels eines Druckknopfes 2 betätigbar ist. Dieser Druckknopf 2 verfügt über einen nach innen ragenden Bolzen 3, an dem rechtwinklig herausragender Zapfen 5 angeordnet ist. Dieser Zapfen 5 wird zumindest teilweise von einer Schenkelfeder 4 umfasst deren beide Enden jeweils verschieblich in Form eines Loslagers mit jeweils einer Schubstange 7, 7' verbunden ist. Die Schubstangen 7, 7' sind ihrerseits horizontal verschieblich gelagert und bewirken die Ver- bzw. Entriegelung der Klappe des Handschuhfachs. Des weiteren weist die Vorrichtung Führungsmittel 6, 6', in dem vorliegenden Fall Dorne, auf, die die Schenkelfeder in ihrer Lage stabilisieren und, wie später noch erläutert wir, die Deformation der Schenkelfeder kanalisieren.
  • In Figur 2 ist die Entriegelung der Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung dargestellt. Wie durch den senkrechten Pfeil symbolisiert, wird der Druckknopf nach unten gedrückt. Dabei nimmt der Zapfen 5 die Schenkelfeder mit und durch die Führungsmittel 6, 6' werden die Schenkel der Feder zusammengebogen. Diese Bewegung der Schenkelfeder wird, wie durch die beiden horizontalen Pfeile symbolisiert, auf die Schubstangen 7, 7' übertragen, die dadurch zusammengezogen werden, was die Entriegelung der Klappe des Handschuhfachs bewirkt. Sobald der Druckknopf losgelassen wird, drückt die Feder 4 den Zapfen 5 und damit den Bolzen 3 nach oben und die Schenkelfeder 4 entspannt sich in die in Figur 1 gezeigte Stellung. Diese Bewegung der Feder wird auf die Schubstangen 7, Tübertragen, die dadurch in die verriegelnde Stellung gedrückt werden. Die Schubstangen können unabhängig voneinander in die jeweilige Befestigung einfedern und das Handschuhfach wieder verrasten.
  • Durch die Schenkelfeder 4 wird zum einen die Rückstellung des Druckknopfes aber auch die Bewegung der Schubstangen 7, 7' bewirkt, was die benötigten Teile erheblich reduziert.

Claims (4)

  1. Reversibel verschließbare Klappe, an der eine Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung (1) mit zwei verschieblich gelagerten Verriegelungselementen (7, 7') und einem Betätigungselement (2), das die Verriegelungselement e (7, 7') betätigt, befestigt ist, wobei die Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung (1) im verriegelnden Zustand mit einer Fahrzeuginnenverkleidung zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nur ein Deformationselement (4) aufweist, das sich bei Betätigung des Betätigungselementes (2) verbiegt und dabei die Verriegelungselemente (7, 7') verschiebt und dass Deformationselement (4) eine Schenkelfeder ist, wobei das jeweilige Ende der Schenkelfeder (4) an dem jeweiligen Verriegelungselement (7, 7') gelagert ist, die Schenkelfeder (4) bei Betätigung des Betätigungselementes (2) für die Entriegelung der Klappe mitgenommen wird und sobald das Betätigungselement losgelassen wird, die Schenkelfeder (4) die Rückstellung des Betätigungselementes (2) und Bewegung der Verriegelungselemente (7, 7') in die verriegelnde Stellung bewirkt.
  2. Klappe nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Ende der Schenkelfeder (4) verschieblich an dem Verriegelungselement (7, 7') gelagert ist.
  3. Klappe nach einem der voranstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Führungsmittel (6, 6') aufweist, entlang derer sich die Schenkelfeder (4) deformiert.
  4. Klappe nach einem der voranstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (2) ein Druckknopf ist.
