Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Verbinden von zwei sich kreuzenden Stahlstangen, umfassen:
    - Bereitstellen einer Vorrichtung, in der die Stangen so zueinander positioniert werden können, dass die Stahlstangen zusammen mindestens eine Kreuzung bestimmen, beispielsweise wie in WO 2005/1156820 offenbart;
    - Bereitstellen einer Klemme (#1, #2, #3), die vor dem Anbringen auf der Kreuzung Folgendes umfasst:
    • ein U-förmig gebogenes Zwischendrahtstück mit zwei durch einen Körper verbundenen Beinen;
    • zwei schleifenförmige Enden, die ringförmige Ösen sind, sind an den entsprechenden Enden der zwei Beine verbunden und haben einen solchen Innendurchmesser, dass ein Haken in diesen eingreifen kann;
    • das Zwischendrahtstück mit den schleifenförmigen Enden, das so gebogen ist, dass die Klemme auf einer Kreuzung von mindestens zwei Stangen montiert werden kann und ihre Position auf dieser Stange beibehalten wird, bevor die Klemme gedreht wird, um die Stangen aneinander zu befestigen und so, dass die Klemme so an der Kreuzung positioniert werden kann, dass die schleifenförmigen Enden angewinkelt über die Kreuzung ragen, bis sie durch Drehen geschlossen werden, bis die Klemme eng um die Kreuzung gewickelt ist oder die Ringösen von der Klemme (#1, #2, #3) brechen;
    - Bereitstellens eines Hakens (2) mit einem Schaft, der an einem Ende mit einem Hakenelement versehen ist und dessen anderes Ende frei ist und in ein angetriebenes Handwerkzeug (1) eingesetzt werden kann;
    - Platzieren des Hakens (2) in das angetriebene Handwerkzeug (1) wie beispielsweise eine Handbohrmaschine, die vorzugsweise die Möglichkeit zum Drehen im und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn bietet;
    - Anbringen der mindestens einen Klemme (#1, #2, #3) auf der mindestens einen Kreuzung, wobei die Klemme ihre Position beibehält;
    - Platzieren des Hakens (2) durch die schleifenförmigen Enden der mindestens einen Klemme (#1, #2, #3);
    - Antreiben des angetriebenen Handwerkzeugs (1), sodass die Klemme (#1, #2, #3) gedreht wird und die Stangen im Wesentlichen fest durch die gedrehte Klemme (#1, #2, #3) verbunden werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei mehrere Klemmen (#1, #2, #3) vorher an mehreren Kreuzungen angebracht werden und wobei anschließend die mehreren Klemmen (#1, #2, #3) mit dem Haken (2), angetrieben durch das angetriebene Handwerkzeug (1), gedreht werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das angetriebene Handwerkzeug (1) angetrieben wird, bis die schleifenförmigen Enden von dem gedrehten Zwischenteil der Klemme abbrechen.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Beine der Klemme (#2, #3) mindestens eines enthalten, das über eine Linie gebogen ist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Körper ist.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zwei schleifenförmigen Enden in einer Ebene verlaufen, die einen Winkel mit der Ebene aufweist, in der die Beine des U-förmigen Zwischenstücks nahe der Schleifen verlaufen.
