Claims (5)

  1. Procédé destiné à relier deux barres en acier s'entrecroisant, le procédé comprenant :
    - la fourniture d'un gabarit dans lequel les barres peuvent être positionnées les unes par rapport aux autres de telle sorte que les barres en acier déterminent ensemble au moins un croisement, comme cela est décrit par exemple dans le document WO 2005/1 156 820 ;
    - la fourniture d'une agrafe (N° 1, N° 2, N° 3), l'agrafe comprenant, avant d'être appliquée sur le croisement :
    - une pièce de fil intermédiaire pliée en forme de U, le U présentant deux jambes interconnectées par un corps ;
    - deux extrémités en forme de boucle qui sont des oreilles en forme d'anneau sont reliées au niveau des extrémités associées des deux jambes et présentent un diamètre intérieur tel qu'elles peuvent être mises en prise par un crochet ;
    - la pièce de fil intermédiaire avec les extrémités en forme de boucle étant pliée de telle sorte que l'agrafe puisse être montée sur un croisement d'au moins deux tiges et conserve sa position sur cette tige avant que l'agrafe ne soit tordue pour sécuriser ensemble les tiges et de telle sorte que l'agrafe puisse être placée au niveau du croisement de telle sorte que les extrémités en forme de boucle fassent saille sous un angle au-dessus du croisement de façon à attendre la fermeture provoquée par le tordage jusqu'à ce que l'agrafe soit étroitement enroulée autour du croisement ou que les oreilles en anneau soient détachées de l'agrafe (N° 1, N° 2, N° 3) par rupture ;
    - la fourniture d'un crochet (2) présentant un arbre qui, au niveau d'une extrémité, est doté d'un élément de crochet et qui, au niveau de l'autre extrémité libre, peut être inséré dans un outil électrique portatif (1) ;
    - le placement du crochet (2) dans l'outil électrique portatif (1), tel qu'une perceuse électrique portative présentant de préférence une possibilité de rotation dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre ;
    - l'application de la au moins une agrafe (N° 1, N° 2, N° 3) au niveau du au moins un croisement, dans lequel l'agrafe conserve sa position ;
    - le placement du crochet (2) à travers les extrémités en forme de boucle de la au moins une agrafe (N° 1, N° 2, N° 3) ;
    - l'actionnement de l'outil électrique portatif (1) de telle sorte que l'agrafe (N° 1, N° 2, N° 3) soit tordue et que les barres soient reliées de manière sensiblement fixe par l'agrafe tordue (N° 1, N° 2, N° 3).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel de multiples agrafes (N° 1, N° 2, N° 3) sont au préalable appliquées au niveau de multiples croisements et dans lequel, après cela, les multiples agrafes (N° 1, N° 2, N° 3) sont tordues avec le crochet (2) actionné par l'outil électrique portatif (1).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'outil électrique portatif (1) est actionné jusqu'à ce que les extrémités en forme de boucle se détachent par cassure de la partie intermédiaire tordue de l'agrafe.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les jambes de l'agrafe (N° 2, N° 3) en contiennent au moins une pliée au-dessus d'une ligne qui est sensiblement parallèle au corps.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les deux extrémités en forme de boucle s'étendent dans un plan qui inclut un angle avec le plan dans lequel les jambes de la pièce intermédiaire en forme de U s'étendent près des boucles.
