Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif d'homogénéisation de poudre (20), comprenant un dispositif d'entraînement (3) et une unité d'homogénéisation (2), le dispositif d'entraînement (3) déplaçant l'unité d'homogénéisation (2) dans au moins une direction horizontale (A) d'avant en arrière, l'unité d'homogénéisation (2) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments (4) en forme de barre disposés essentiellement verticalement, qui plongent au moins en partie dans une poudre (20) à homogénéiser,
    caractérisé en ce que les éléments (4) en forme de barre sont réalisés sous forme de petits tubes et les éléments en forme de barre (4) sont connectés à une région de pression (5) pour acheminer de l'air comprimé dans la poudre (20).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments en forme de barre (4) présentent une section transversale extérieure de forme circulaire.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (3) comprend un électroaimant (10) et une plaque oscillante (11) avec un élément polaire (12) en matériau ferromagnétique, la plaque oscillante (11) étant montée de manière oscillante, une fente verticale (17) étant formée entre l'élément polaire (12) et l'électroaimant (10), afin d'exciter la plaque oscillante (11) lors d'un actionnement de l'électroaimant (10), et l'unité d'homogénéisation (2) étant connectée à la plaque oscillante (11).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (3) comprend un actionneur piézoélectrique ou un actionneur pneumatique pour le déplacement de la plaque oscillante.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque oscillante (11) est montée de manière oscillante au moyen d'au moins un ressort à lame (13).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la région de pression comprend une chambre de pression (5) dans l'unité d'homogénéisation (2), un dispositif d'étranglement (6) étant disposé dans la chambre de pression (5), lequel garantit une répartition homogène de l'air comprimé dans les éléments (4) en forme de barre et étrangle la pression de l'air comprimé à une valeur prédéterminée.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étranglement (6) est un bloc constitué d'un matériau microporeux perméable à l'air.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le dispositif d'entraînement (3) et l'unité d'homogénéisation (2) est disposé un adaptateur (15), afin de permettre un remplacement simple de l'unité d'homogénéisation (2).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (4) en forme de barre réalisés sous forme de petits tubes présentent à leur extrémité libre une pluralité d'ouvertures, en particulier une pluralité de fentes (4c).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les fentes (4c) présentent une longueur qui correspond environ à 1/3 d'une périphérie des éléments (4) en forme de barre.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une distance entre les éléments (4) en forme de barre adjacents est égale.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (4) en forme de barre présentent des longueurs différentes (L1, L2, L3).
  13. Dispositif de dosage pour le dosage d'une poudre (20) dans un récipient (27), comprenant un dispositif pour l'homogénéisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
