Claims (12)
- Dispositif pour le démontage d'un moyeu de roue (2) hors d'un palier (7) situé dans un bras d'essieu (3), lequel comprend une plaque à bride (9) qui peut être soutenue sur la bride (4) du moyeu de roue via des goujons dressés (10), et il est prévu une plaque de pression (34) qui est soutenue sur une bague de soutien (36) via des goujons de pression (35), ladite bague de soutien (36) pouvant être intégrée entre le bras d'essieu (3) et le moyeu de roue (2) et les goujons de pression (35) sont passés dans la bride (4) du moyeu de roue à travers des perçages taraudés (5) et une unité de pressage (55) peut être intégrée entre la plaque à bride (9) et la plaque de pression (34),

- Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur de bride (11) comporte une gorge annulaire (22) et en ce qu'il coiffe la périphérie extérieure (23) de la bride (4) du moyeu de roue avec la gorge annulaire (22).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les segments d'anneaux (12, 13) sont reliés par des goujons vissés (14) qui s'étendent dans leur plan (E).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que des éléments à coopération de formes (18), qui viennent mutuellement en engagement, sont prévus au niveau des surfaces d'aboutement (16, 17), en contact l'une avec l'autre, des segments d'anneaux (12, 13).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments à coopération de formes (18) sont formés par des tenons (19) et par des trous (20) associés aux tenons, et les goujons vissés (14) traversent les tenons (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de pressage (55) comprend un vérin hydraulique (56) et une broche filetée (57).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la broche filetée (57) traverse avec son corps de base (59) un perçage (61) dans la plaque à bride (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la bague de soutien (36) est formée par deux segments de bague (41, 42) susceptibles d'être couplés l'un à l'autre, qui peuvent être reliés au moyen de goujons vissés (43), et des éléments à coopération de formes (46), qui viennent mutuellement en engagement, sont prévus au niveau des surfaces d'aboutement (44, 45), en contact l'une avec l'autre, des segments de bague (41, 42).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les éléments à coopération de formes (46) sont formés par des tenons (46) et par des trous (48) associés aux tenons, et les goujons vissés (43) traversent les tenons (47).
- Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que deux surfaces annulaires (51, 52) en retrait via un gradin (50) sont prévues dans la bague de soutien (36).
