Claims (6)
- Dispositif de transfert pour le transfert d'une boîte en carton pliable (FS) d'un magasin (M) qui la reçoit dans l'état à plat vers un dispositif d'acheminement (30) avec montage simultané, comprenant un dispositif de maintien (24) qui reçoit la boîte en carton pliable (FS) et la porte durant l'opération de transfert, déplaçable sur un circuit cycloïdal (Z) présentant plusieurs points de rebroussement (P1, P2, P3) et des arcs de courbes situés entre eux, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert (10) comprend :• un levier principal (11) effectuant un mouvement de rotation uniforme,• une première paire de leviers (12) comprenant un premier levier (12.1) monté pivotant sur le levier principal (11) au moyen d'une première articulation (15), et un deuxième levier (12.2) monté pivotant sur le premier levier (12.1) au moyen d'une deuxième articulation (16),• une deuxième paire de leviers (13), comprenant un troisième levier (13.1), monté pivotant sur le levier principal (11) au moyen d'une troisième articulation (19), et un quatrième levier (13.2) monté pivotant sur le troisième levier (13.1) au moyen d'une quatrième articulation (21),• un bloc de maintien (22) sur lequel est fixé le dispositif de maintien (24) et qui est relié pivotant par une articulation supplémentaire (33) au deuxième levier (12.2) de la première paire de leviers (12), et• un élément de guidage (26) monté pivotant présentant un guidage linéaire (27), un curseur de guidage (28) étant conformé sur le bloc de maintien, disposé sur le guidage linéaire (27) et déplaçable le long de celui-ci,• la première paire de leviers (22) présentant une premier rouleau de guidage (14) en prise avec une première came de commande (K1), et la deuxième paire de leviers (13) présentant un deuxième rouleau de guidage (18) en prise avec une deuxième came de commande (K2).
- Dispositif de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres du deuxième levier (12.2) et du quatrième levier (13.2) sont reliées entre elles au moyen de l'articulation supplémentaire (33), de sorte que les deux paires de leviers (12, 13) forment un quadrilatère articulé (34).
- Dispositif de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le quatrième levier (13.2) de la deuxième paire de leviers (13) est relié articulé à l'élément de guidage (26) au moyen d'une articulation de guidage (35).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (26) est pivotant autour de l'arbre moteur (A) du levier principal (11).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (24) est fixé à un bras (23) qui s'étend parallèle à un axe de pivotement (B4) du bloc de maintien (22).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (24) comprend un dispositif d'aspiration (25.1).
